Great hotel we booked for during f1GP. Clean rooms and only 5 min from train stations 🚉 by walking 🚶‍♂️👌 the photo is from coffee ☕️ shop across the street.

Rooms okay but bathroom was old and not clean. Airco makes noise in room 221 (sounds like bubbling water in the system) Wifi was bad. There was an ongoing bad smell of smoking in hallway and room...awfull. Breakfast was good but they need 2 coffee machines because of cueing constantly in a small space.

In case the hotel is an 4star Hotel, which is maybe in France that case. But. - then this one guy behind the reception should leant be nice, the rest of the employees was really courteous. - parking cost 20€ a day, but it’s under the hotel and I guess just for the hotel, so it’s fine. - didn’t had a breakfast there, so I can’t say any about it. - the room was ok, I found some branding hold in the curtains and covers, that should be not on a 4star! - in total the hotel should need a renovation.

Pros: Good clean hotel, a bit expensive if you pay on checkin and not book in in advance. Internet is fast. Close to center, with big supermarket nearby (carefour) and a tram line close. Cons: Its not the hotel fault but :The parking is 15 euros per day. It is impossible to find a free parking space nearby and the only solution (local ones are doing it a lot) is to double park the car on the street. I left the door sign to not clean the room but the room was cleaned and the sign removed. The bathroom needs some repairs.

We had an unpleasant experience at this hotel in Nice. First of all , it was under construction but they did not let us know when we wanted book the hotel! The breakfast area was closed for the first 2 days and they tried to serve the breakfast in our room with a limited menu. The next days, when the breakfast area was open, at the 8:15 AM, The staff's attitude in the breakfast area was aggressive, they slams everything, they started collecting all utensils from the tables and ordering the tables with so much noise when we were having our breakfast which made our time so uncomfortable. The breakfast quality was terrible and the last day when at 8:13AM we arrived, it was almost empty and when we asked , they brought us almost nothing!!! The overall condition of the hotel was outdated, even the towels were so old looks likes since 10 years ago they have been using those, and all these conditions making it unsuitable for a comfortable stay. The price respect to the quality was so high and there were only 2 persons at the desk who could speak english! Not recommended at all!

Staffs were kind and polite. They let us checked in early at 12 noon. Breakfast buffet had pretty good selection and all were delicious (try the scrambled egg, pie and pastries). Stayed at room 208, which is facing the street and the elevator but could barely hear anything (good soundproofing). Bed were quite firm but comfy, the minifridge was working properly, and the room was pretty large. Couldn't detect any smell of cigarette at all while in my room. The location is great, we could go the port and the old town by walking and eventhough we went back to the hotel at night, we'd still feel safe on the street. The condition of the room was a bit dingy though, hence the one star off. Sometimes there's a bad smell wafting through in the bathroom, I think it's from the drainage in the bathtub. And the cleaning service sometimes forgot to replace the mineral water.

Basically no internet, which is not acceptable in 2023. The room was also quite dark, even with all lights on. Staff was very friendly, so I would give them 5 stars.

I was just looking for a place to leave my luggage and crash at the end of the night but I got that and more! The room was clean and staff so friendly and nice. Above and beyond right down to the free waterbottles each day. If I had any complaints (and they are minor) it would be about the elevator noise. We were right next to it and it's noise would occasionally keep me up or wake me up. Probably not able to hear it in the majority of the rooms though.

Great location, 5 minutes away from the port and 20 minutes to the Beach . It’s easy to reach the Attractions of Nice as it’s 2 minutes walk away from a tram station . The hotel rooms are comfortable with AC and a fridge however the room we had we couldn’t open the window which made the room quite hot even with AC on .

Great hotel with parking available. The breakfast was nice as well. I would stay here again! Comfortable beds!!!! Great shower!

The hotel “They call themself “4*” which is not friendly and the staff at restaurant is not polite to people. Maybe we are Asia, but I don’t think I fly all the way from Asia to southern France to enjoy this hotel service. So if you thinking to book this hotel. Please think about it twice. Room: ok clean but every room got something not working. Restaurant: Breakfast: not many choice, not good. We decided to go to outside for breakfast even we have paid for BF. We rather go across the road to have a good one. Think twice before you book this hotel.

Everything was great! Karo and Andrana were super nice with us and made the stay very confortable!

Claims to be a four star hotel, but more like a good three star hotel. Rating would be 5/5 stars if it claimed to be a three star hotel, but I'm rating it based on the four star claim. Nice, basic rooms, good, but not amazing, breakfast. Good location. Friendly staff.

Close walking distance to shopping, restaraunts, hotel staff was accommodating and friendly.

The rooms are so outdated!!! They’re unclean, there’s bed bugs, the bathroom is old and gritty, the curtains haven’t been cleaned. The room is falling apart (room 208 and 212). The hotel lobby is where they’ve spent the money. It’s NOT a 4 star at all. No manager on site and unable to deal with our complaint and refund. No customer service at night. We didn’t stay - had to find another hotel. Spent hours trying to get in touch with the manager. Awful. Do not stay here.
