Perfect location, nice neighborhood, kind staff. We spent here 2 nights in pre-season, so it was quite and calm. Breakfast is good and for good price. Recommend!

The location is perfect. Just close to everything (restaurants, bars, and the beach), but far enough so you don't have to put up with any noise! The rooms are simple but elegant. Not fussy, but everything you may need (ours had a balcony), with comfortable beds, and nicely done bathroom. If you are familiar with Nice, you know parking is not easy, but luckily they have their own parking (although limited so you need to book in advance). We did, and were glad to have done it. The best part of our stay at the hotel was the staff. They were friendly and helpful, from the moment we booked, to when we arrived, and throughout our stay. We dealt with 3 receptionist (due to shift work), and everyone was just a delight. The check-in and check-out was a breeze, and in fact they stored our luggage whilst we went to pick up our friends from the airport. When we returned to properly check-in, our luggage was already taken to our room. First class service. Will we stay there again? Yes, no hesitation.

The hotel is located a perfect place close to restaurants and tourist attractions. I would like to say a big thank you to Salim, who was a great help in sharing the best activities to do in the city and more.

My parents stayed there for one week. The hotel, location and staff was outstanding. Super friendly, helpful and they even arranged a little surprise for my parent’s wedding anniversary. Thank you for making the stay unforgettable!

Villa Victoria is very well located and within walking distance to pretty much everything. Very nice garden - it’s worth getting a room with a garden view. Also, if you are driving, you should call them in advance to reserve a parking spot for 20 €/night since the spots are limited. The customer service is exceptional. We mainly dealt with Pravesh who was extremely professional and attentive to everything. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

When guests ask for things we expect the hotel to accommodate and they normally do but when a hotel staff goes out of their to help you when you are literally running to get a train from Nice to Paris, what do you call that? I call it Hospitality To The Core. Our stay here was great, I can not find one negative thing to write about at this hotel. The staff, the rooms, and the center court were all great. The AC is powerful and keeps the rooms cool on those warm days that Nice tends to have. The hotel will hold your bags so you don't have to cart them around all day and they don't charge. We checked out like any other stay and asked for our bags to be held. We walked through Old Nice and enjoyed a nice day in Nice. Then, our flight to London was canceled and we needed to catch the last train to Paris. I ran back from Old Nice to get the bags and meet the Uber at the hotel so we could get to the train station. I showed up covered in sweat and the kind staff helped me get the bags to the curb then came the moment where I realized the laundry wasn't ready, I quickly wrote down my address so it could be mailed to me and headed for the Uber, that's when the hotel manager came around the corner of the street making a beeline for me with the laundry in her hand (bless her soul). It was an amazing handoff and we made it to our train. The staff here went above and beyond the call of hotel duty.

Attentive friendly staff. Rooms are nicely designed, comfortable and have complementary toiletries/teas/coffees. In a convenient (Jean Medecin tram stop) and lovely part of Nice less than 10 mins walk from the beaches.

The garden and the hotel is nice. But when you can’t sleep because the staff outside the room are talking extremely loud and maybe arguing to each other 05:00 it’s not ok. We asked them to be quiet but they answered “go back to your room”. I would never recommend this hotel.

This hotel is sooo cute! The small staff was beyond helpful and accommodating. The garden in the back is so so beautiful and yes I got to meet the 2 cats who live in the garden. The room is totally fine. Very clean and a decent size. It’s not the hotel paris I was staying at in Monaco but it was perfect for spending a night in Nice to check it out. Finally it’s location is prefect. Very near to everything but on a pretty quiet street.

Fabulous hotel and location ideal. Stayed in a superior twin room which was a great size for two sharing. Hotel staff were excellent and particular thanks to Dorian for his help during our stay and for sorting out our accommodation pre arrival when our return flight was cancelled and we needed to stay an extra night. Breakfast had plenty of options and was delicious. Great to be able to make use of the beautiful garden for breakfast and in the evenings. Train station no more than 10 mins walk away as was the tram and the beach. Would have no hesitation in recommending and returning.

They have no appreciation for their returning guest. I have stayed in this hotel four times already in the past four years. Basic breakfast like any other three or four star hotel in Europe. The staff are polite but very robotic. They don’t care if you are a retuning costumer or not, even when you bring to their attention that you are a regular guest, they just smile and wave. Time to try a new place!

Modern, charming, adorable, with a dream Garden. Breakfast -not very special. But the energy and charm in the Hotel... I just love it!

Exceptional staff, what a wonderful experience. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and charming and the garden is like an oasis in the middle of Nice. The location is perfect, within a few minutes you're at the beach or in old town. We already miss it and we're definitely coming back. Thanks a lot!

The location is very good and the staff was mostly helpful and friendly. The standard of the rooms could be higher though considering that the hotel has four stars. It smelled like cigarettes in the room and I saw guests smoking indoors on two occasions. The breakfast was a disappointment (€12 per person), but I choose to believe that it was limited due to the COVID measures taken by the hotel.

I booked in this hotel and paid the full amount online for 4 nights, I arrived to the hotel at midnight and the man on reception told me they sold the room!! Because I didn't show up ?!? He said, even if you paid for it, you didn't show up after 18:00 pm we can cancel it ! And there's no rooms available, I were looking around for couple of hours to find new hotel and paid double amount for only 6 hours now I'm working in hotel business and thats a really shame of what he did its a scam he is not allowed to sale my room !! he make it as its my mistake that I arrived late ! He should arrange new reservation for me at any hotel and be responsible for his mistake.

Beautiful hotel. We stayed for a week in August and had an amazing time. The staff are exceptional: friendly, accommodating and professional. The rooms, breakfast and garden make for a wonderful stay. The hotel is situated in a beautiful, calm area within walking distance of all main amenities: sea 10 mins, tram 5 mins, train station 9 mins Surrounded by beautiful streets and restaurants. Easy access from airport. Tram outside airport terminal to the right and only cost €1.50. (approx €40 by taxi). Thank you Hotel Villa Victoria:)

Fantastic hotel, great staff, incredible garden, close to everything. Spent a week with the family at Hôtel Villa Victoria and i would recommend the hotel to anyone planning a trip to Nice. The rooms are large and clean, have comfortable beds, good air conditioners, a minifridge, coffee maker and an electric kettle in the room. Top notch! Small details like fresh water bottles, coffee and tea in the room and electrical outlets for Euro, British and American plugs were well appreciated. The staff was incredibly accommodating, offering suggestions for the city and help with our car and bags. While our French is passable, the staff all spoke good English and made us feel at ease in both languages. The interior garden is a delightful and relaxing place to enjoy breakfast or to lounge during the day. We brought a pizza and a bottle of wine in one night and had dinner in the garden, accompanied by the 2 friendly cats that come and go from the garden. Chilled, infused water and snacks are available during the day in the lobby. Short walk to the T1 and T2 tram lines, short walk to the SNCF train depot, short walk to the beach and old town Nice. Several laundromats nearby. The buses and trams in Nice are really easy to use and a great way to get around. Great hotel. Made our stay easy and enjoyable.
