I stayed two nights and unluckily I had no hot water in my room. It wasn’t pleasant. The first night it was a technical problem for the whole hotel and the second night my room still didn’t have hot water at shower . I would have given one star if the staff didn’t help to fix the problem. And I gave two stars because they did let me have late check out for taking a shower after they fixed the problem. So, they indeed tried to fix the problem. However the attitude… well, the French way as the whole world knows. I would say this hotel is the last choice if you are ready to pay a 4-star hotel. The facilities are quite old or you can say antique if it’s your style. The air ventilator is quite noisy. I turned it off but it still made noises. So, I don’t recommend it for people who are sensitive to noises. Then, there were some small annoying details. The shower head 🚿 upon your head was drizzling. During breakfast, you got to fetch salt and pepper on a shared plate which is inconvenient. They gave you instant coffee in the room but no stir sticks… again not practical. Overall, it is still a clean and well-located hotel if non of the points bother you. BTW, the fix phone was not working … so, I had to go downstairs to the reception every time for any problem. I reported it to the staff but they seem not interested. Hope they will fix it. Ok, last little hint : Don’t take room 211.

Newly renovated modern and stylish boutique hotel located in city center of Nice. It’s close to attractions and old town. Sandra and all staff are helpful and friendly, make us feel very welcome. The parking is not in the hotel but one block away, a bit inconvenient but acceptable. Also hotel is on a busy street so it’s not easy to unload luggages if you come by car. In summary, it’s a very comfortable and satisfying stay, will recommend

The hotel room is really average, some pillows were broken and the water in the fridge was already opened by some previous guests (and no one noticed). But let's talk about the real issues, the staff of the hotel and the car safety. In brief, we arrived to the hotel by car and we decided to park in the Indigo Louvre location, as sponsored by the Hotel. After just one night, we had the nice surprise of having the car opened (and the side windows broken) directly in the parking lot. Investigating on the internet, seems clear that this is an inconvenient that happens very often (and I am also sure the hotel staff is aware) considering also the fact that there are no cameras. Due to the major issue, we decided to talk with the hotel manager, asking for the reimbursement of the remaining 2 nights (we were supposed to stay 3 nights in total) given we were not able to remain anymore in Nice. Despite a harsh conversation, there was no way of having the requested amount reimbursed. This because technically, despite the hotel is a strong sponsor of the Indigo Louvre, and offers only such location to park, is not technically liable of what happens given "it's not the parking of the hotel, it's only a partnership". In other words, as long as they need to convince the tourist to book a camera, they have a parking.. but once something happens (and it happens often) they don't know anything about it. Bottom line, we now have the car with 500€+ of damages, we wasted our holiday and we didn't even have the 2 nights reimbursed.. is this the way to threat the guests? STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL, IT'S JUST A TOURIST TRAP!

We were coming off a flight and we were greeted by Daniela who made us feel welcome upon arrival and was a superstar. She informed us of the layout of the city, as well as everything else we needed for our stay. The rooms were modern, recently renovated and spacious. The lobby in particular is a lovely place to be for breakfast (which is also worth doing). The location is what sets this hotel apart. You can literally walk anywhere in the city. It’s a safe, welcoming and central hotel we highly recommend you stay here. As for negatives I can’t think of any really, the lift is small, but who cares as it’s quiet and runs well. Thanks again Daniele and team for our incredible stay coming all the way from Melbourne!

Ac is none existent, staff is friendly and amazing. I wouldn't consider this hotel 4 starts though. Location is perfect and only reason why I booked here was because it was close to the gym I am going to I would avoid staying here longer than 5 days. Its too warm to even sleep properly. You can hear your neighbors really easily. I would pay a little more for a better hotel or a nice Airbnb instead. breakfast (which you have to pay for it to be included) was great too. Changes to 4 stars but only because the breakfast is honestly amazing and the staff as well. They are super friendly but the hotel itself isn't 4 stars maybe 3 or 3.5 tops.

Perfect location to walk most places for shopping, dining and walking to the promenade. Also super close to metro to can get to and from airport and other tourist destinations. Hotel and rooms were very nice and really clean. Staff were amazing and had the best breakfast options. Always left full and satisfied. Would highly recommend.

I tried to cancel our hotel reservation several days in advance. I was told they would get back to me (never did. I called everyday). Then they told me that there was a one week cancellation policy (there was not one when I booked. It never stated anywhere there was a week cancellation policy and I booked thru the best western website). I had a medical emergency and needed to cancel the hotel several days before. I would have been happy with only a bit of a refund (I didn’t expect a full one), however I got nothing and not even a courtesy phone call back. DONT BOOK HERE

Great location, Great staff but..... The hotel is in a great location around 10 min walk to boulevard, and great eateries are minutes away. The staff are great and the lounge / bar area is lovely. However, our room was very disappointing. Its too small for the double bed in the room. 2 people cannot dress at the same time comfortably. I would hit my feet on bed and cupboard legs due to the cramped space. I would have to walk sidewards to pass the end of the bed and found it easier to put shoes and socks on in reception. The toilet pan position made it difficult to sit on, a sort of sideward shuffle and sit. The shower had a similar theme with one door having to open inwards and one outwards to allow you to enter and exit. We chose to come in the hieght of the season where choice of hotels was limited. That been said a hotel carrying the brand of Best Western should not offer rooms like this one (#302) especially branded as a "classic room", rather misleading where"Budget" would be more fitting. A big shame as it has positive features but the room size masks all that is good.

We stayed at this hotel 3 nights, our main choice of this hotel was parking near by also hotel offers you prepaid parking card with fixed amount of 20 Euro per 24 h. Location of the hotel is excellent, central but very quiet at night. We had room upgrade thanks to Ines and Sandra, they were super professional and helpful. Our room was amazingly spacious and had a balcony. Breakfast choice was very good, fresh and well organised. We loved hotels interior design it's very picturesque. Small elevator didn't bother us as we were two with hand luggage :) Happily would stay again at this hotel.

Nice hotel. Lift is tiny. You can here other residents if they are loud. I heard next doors toilet flush while I was in the bathroom, it didn't bother us too much. Decor wouldn't be my taste, the yellow lime painted walls were a bit strange but others may appreciate it. Room was clean and comfortable so were the beds. Our shower didn't drain properly and one morning the tray actually overflowed onto the bathroom floor. Once reported it was fix and didn't happen again. We had a small balcony which was nice to look out. It is only 5 to 7 minute walk to the sea front. We didn't eat in the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Really nice hotel, the staff are very helpful, my room was clean and stylishly decorated, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Good central location too for getting both to the train station and to the promenade.

A lovely boutique hotel central to everything with only a 7 to 8 minute walk from the Train Station. It serve's a great breakfast. The bar only open's from Wednesday through to Saturday night. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Good location, but the rooms do not give the impression of 4 stars. The breakfast was downright bad with an almost non-existent selection of fresh fruit. Coffee from a machine that might work in an office. Extra plus because the room was divided so our daughter could have her own private part of the room.

First, this hotel has the most professional, friendly, and helpful staff. Second, is located in the absolute best location for a visitor because it’s on an axis with the main train station (a must for a great visit of he French Riviera) the beach and restaurants on Rue De France / Rue Massena and with Nice’s main boulevard Jean Medecin. Third, the hotel itself exceeds all the expectations you usually have of small hotels in Europe. It’s lavishly renovated and furnished, rooms and beds are very comfortable, bathrooms are large with rain showers, and if you book a junior suite you’ll also enjoy a lovely corner view and possibly a balcony. The lobby is super chic and always nice for a quick break. Fourth, housekeeping does a fantastic job of cleaning the rooms very early and very thoroughly which allows you to take a mid day break which we found to be a necessity for a successful Riviera visit. In short, you can’t go wrong with this hotel and you should absolutely and with confidence disregard anything negative from people who must always say something. It’s the perfect hotel.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough!!! The location is fantastic and the rooms were big and very clean. The shower was amazing. The staff were so helpful and kind- my mum was ill and was admitted to hospital and all the staff couldn’t do enough to support us during a very difficult time. I would go back in a heartbeat!!
