This hotel is cozy and has a notable history. Good location and friendly service. Unfortunately, the room we got was tiny and worn out. Furniture was chipped and shower was not the cleanest, barely big enough to fit one person. The breakfast was minimalistic to say the least, especially considering the price.

Good location, halfway between promenade and train station. Bathroom was small but nice. Bed was European comfortable (firm). Staff was helpful in offering advice on sightseeing. Breakfast was expensive, so we declined and went to a delicious bakery around the corner. If you're looking for a simple place to sleep after sightseeing, this will work. If you want amenities, keep looking.

Nice hotel placed in a very quiet and plesaent yard. It is very much an oasis by itself and totally differentiate itself of the surrounding area it is placed in. Had a room that was upgraded, with a lot of space. Unfortunately no balcony in this room. Possible to park your car in the yard. Can recommend!

The room was much smaller than I thought. No kettle, no glasses, nothing in the room to drink from. I guess in a 3-star hotel this is unacceptable? Fortunately, the room was clean and that's probably the only positive.

Hotel Oasis is a compact and bijoux hotel in the heart of Nice. Not far from the railway station and the beach is not too far to walk. If you like to walk around the city streets it’s a great location. We use it as a base because the city has everything you need. Rooms are good and clean with a well needed fridge in summer. We have stayed here several times over the years and it still has its own charm. Quiet neighbourhood at night so a good nights sleep for the day ahead is in order. Highly recommended for a week or a short break.

Location! Close to beach, easy to get from a to airport and train station. Lots of restaurants and bars around. Lovely stuff. The rooms are not new but it has what you need a comfy bed to sleep and shower to refresh. And it's clean!

Beautiful rooms and great location but the breakfast wasn’t included in the room and was a bit expensive for what it was.

It was a really nice stay. The room was cleaned daily and smelled good. Although not big, the room was enough for spending the nights, as during the day we were visiting the city. The staff at the reception was really nice and helpful.

The new Gourmet Restaurant at the hotel is wonderful. Lovely setting in the hotel grounds and hard to believe you're in the centre of the Musicians, it truly is an Oasis. Our waiter for lunch was super nice and professional and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. As a new business it was understandably quite quiet but they will do really well. I urge you to go!

Room is tiny, could barely fit in there with my boyfriend however really clean. Because of the really small size it was suffocating if you did not open the window. Convenient location, 10 min from Placena plaza and 15 min from the beach. Breakfast was not anything special. Staff was ok.

Nice garden and many parking spots. Helpful staff but not the most talkative. Good WiFi in the garden but not so good reception in the room. Calm area but the location is a bit off if you don't have a car and want to explore the old town and the close by attractions.

Very beautiful place, clean and neat. Unfortunately, I was cold in my room, the heater didn't work and it was very little space in a 2ppl room. I'm sure that when the renovation's fully done it will be perfect place to stay.

I only tried the restaurant, the experience was wonderful. I had sea food spaghetti, delicious, very tasty. And tiramisu was the best I had in many years. I had lunchnin the garden, even though they are building an extension tonthe hotel, it was rather quiet. The waiter was perfect, very polite and warm.

We booked 2 rooms in this hotel and we didn't expect any frills as it was classed as a 3 star hotel. There is an option to have breakfast if you wish by filling out a breakfast form. I did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. The room that I was in was very small and pokey. Our friends room on the top floor was much larger than ours even though we paid the same amount, so I felt a little cheated. In addition to that our air conditioner did not work very well and was blowing mild air around the room. We let the person at reception know about this issue before heading out; on our return there was no change to the air conditioner. We went down to ask again if they could do anything about this but the man on reception said it will have to wait till next day. It was 35 degrees that day so we had no choice but to sleep with very little cool air (our friend on the top floor had a beautiful nights sleep as their AC worked very well). Next morning we had to ask yet again and eventually the problem was fixed. Besides this though, the room was clean even though it did look a bit worn (scuffs on the walls, stain on the bedside lamp). The bathroom was immaculate and we were very happy with it. There is a fridge in the room that works very well. All in all it feels like this hotel is a bit of a hit or miss depending on which room you are given. Our room was on the first floor ( our friends room on the second).

Horrible service! The most ugly experience in my life. Manager of the hotel Alexandra totally doesn’t know anything about service and client orientation. This hotel serve spoiled food and don’t want to admit it. But in a meantime they say that the cooker had a surgery for his eyes and now he doesn’t see what he cooks! Really?!?! Highly not recommend!!!!!!

Bad hygiene of the place. When I got to the room I noticed that they had coconut towels, the bathroom was not disinfected and it was dirty.They just changed my towel and after noticing my displeasure they asked if I would like a refund. When I left I realized that they had wrongfully charged me a taxi fee, since they hadn't charged it for other guests (I didn't even use cars or taxis to get to or from the hotel). At breakfast there were doves everywhere climbing on the tables and touching the cutlery that was going to be used by other guests later. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with the hotel.
