We stayed for 5 days in the hotel Le Panoramic. We loved it! The hosts are very friendly and speak English, which was an enormous benefit for us! The room we stayed in was cleaned daily and had the best hotel bed I ever slept in. The hotel has a small restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and dinner. If you are looking for a hotel in Nice, look no further!

The view of the city from the hotel was beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly, as was their adorable doggy in the lobby. The room was comfortable and spacious, and it was not too difficult to find a place to park near the hotel. It is too bad we could only stay one night, and we hope to return sometime in the future =) thank you.

We had a great stay here, small, but clean room with excellent view to the city. Hosts were very friendly and cooked very nice breakfast. Hotel is at the great location with easy access of the downtown by public transportation. Would definitely come back here and recommend to others.

Amazing views over Nice. Gino and Valerie were friendly and accommodating - the perfect hosts. The reason I've given four stars rather than five is because it's a bit pricey for what you get. Our bathroom was pokey and the shower cubicle was really dark. Also the walls are pretty thin. We were beneath reception and could hear everything that was going on. But these are fairly minor complaints. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for only a short night because it was near the Nice airport and we had a very early flight. The late check-in process was smooth. The room itself was small with signs like "don't wash your laundry in the sink" and "don't eat in the room". Felt like staying in a hostel yet I've stayed at better hostels around the world. The bathroom was minimal with cheap toiletries and a blind that didn't cover all the way - ensuring privacy. Our room was downstairs and we could hear a mom and young child talking and yelling in the lobby. Disruptive. The only positive thing is the panoramic view - we booked the city view but definitely not worth the money (we paid $110/night). So I wouldn't recommend staying here for more than one night.

Highly Recommend! Such a great hotel, the view is spectacular and the service is great! The room was clean and well put together. We were pleased to find out that despite being up the hill, the hotel was easily accessible and right amongst all Nice has to offer. Also, good location if you want to visit nearby Monaco! We appreciate the hospitality from the owners who made us feel at home! If you are considering, do not hesitate to book your stay. You will also be supporting a local business! 100% will return next time we’re in Nice.

Quite steep walk, recommend taking taxi if you don’t travel by car. Great staff and view!

The view in the hotel was amazing. The breakfast was great. The owners of the hotel are lovely people and care about the quality of their business. Definitely will be coming back.

Owners are so kind and helpful to customers. It was a first time for me to visit France. And I didn’t know at all. But they taught me a lot about famous places and cuisine as well. So I appreciate you very much. And more, the view from the room was awesome! It was located in quite town. I really recommend to stay here if you like the local atmosphere.

Amazing location, albeit up a hill, but worth it for the location. Great service and staff, with a very nice continental breakfast, and an “American breakfast”, for a little extra charge, in addition to giving them a heads up the night before. Eating breakfast while looking down at Nice was spectacular. Cleanest room I’ve ever stayed at and everyone was so nice to us. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located on the higher ground. There is great view on the city itself, the sea and you can also see planes starting from the nearby airport. Nice, clean room and a very friendly and helpful personel. Delicious breakfast in the glass room with a superb view. Fully recommended.

Marvelous place to spend time in Nice. Panoramic view of the city is one of the best I have ever seen. Tasty breakfast (with view!), comfortable beds and wonderful people - helpful, kind and always smiling. I will be back there for sure.

My wife and I stayed at Le Panoramic for a week in October. Our room was spotlessly clean, and everything in it worked perfectly. We have a view of the city and sea, which was beautiful. The team at Le Panoramic were at all times friendly, approachable and helpful. A great stay.

Nice little Hotel, rooms are small but clean. The view is amazing. Breakfast was good, you can choose between two different. The Staff was very nice, we got a lot infos and tipps where we can go, not only in nice also in st.tropez and on the way to st.tropez and also tipps for marseille.

The lady at the reception (have forgotten her name) was so hospitable. She made us feel at home, tipped us on cool places to visit. And then our room had a wonderful view of the city.
