I couldn’t ask for a better hotel for my 5-day stay in Nice. Hotel Villa Rose exceeded my expectations; it actually looked better than in photos. It was very tastefully and charmingly decorated. We received a very warm welcome upon our arrival. We were given a map of Nice as well as information on getting around with public transports. The neighborhood itself was nice and quiet. The hotel is also located really close to the Valrose Université tram station, about 5 minutes’ walk. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a really nice hotel, tucked away in a quieter area of Nice. Getting into the city centre is easy enough with the tram (around 20 minutes), and you can easily reach other nearby cities as well. The rooms are very clean and they have a nice little garden area where one can sit and relax. The service was excellent and helpful, I would recommend this Hotel!

I arrived without booking, asked for a single room for 1 night, everything was so quick and simple. Haven't checked the rest of the villa inside but the staircase looked lush, the room was lovely, clean and well suited. Even had an internal parking spot for my motorcycle (very important criterion for me). I really really liked the garden, felt like an oasis in the middle of the city, with occasional (and expected) city rumble. Breakfast was real good too. As for the host and owner, during our short chats outside while smoking a few cigarettes, I've found a very delightful and insightful man with a delicious outlook on life. Thanks for everything Son, you deceivingly young man, you :)

Best place with garden I've ever been.

French like style apartment. Very kind housekeepers. It is app. 30 minutes from the beach by foot. Nice garden like a bonus.

What a nice place!! Wonderful elderly villa with genuine atmosphere. Clean and fresh. Wonderful room wonderful interior. Sweet garden and nice breakfast. Nice personal! Really nice guys! We only stayed one night but wish i was able to stay more.loved the place and the decor. It is nice cz it's small so you get a personalized experience. The guys running the hotel are really nice.

This hotel is not centrally located. It is a walk to the tram and which then runs every 30 minutes so if you miss one you might have to wait. Then it is a 15 minute drive to the beach. Also the Wi-Fi was spotty the carpet felt dirty and the rooms were loud. Very disappointing. I paid in advance for three nights and had to check out after one night I was never issued a refund

I love this hotel. It has a beautiful garden which is well-taken care. I love to sit quietly under the orange three full of fruits and feel the Mediterranean atmosphere so clearly in this hotel. The room is large enough, and its windows looking over the garden. Bathroom is top leveled standard of cleanliness. Excellent service. From this hotel, we can walk to the beach, the centre of the city, streets where all restaurants are. Tram and bus station are nearby. This is our best hotel choice in France. We will go back to Nice and this hotel.
