I absolutely loved my stay here. I was really blown away by the kindness and sweet deposition of the owners wife, who was there to greet me upon arrival. This little hotel is on the 3rd floor of one of the most popular streets in Nice, the location is perfect and the price is unbeatable. The windows are soundproof and mute out the weekend noise if needed. They have air conditioning but the weather was so ideal I did not need it during my stay. The balcony i had in my room was so cute and the entire room set up was just perfect. Great shower and bathroom and a good amount of space for you and your belongings. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach where you can see absolutely breathtaking sunsets, and 3 minute walk from the daily morning outside markets. The location for the cost is truly unbeatable. I have already recommended this hotel to friends and will continue to praise it to anyone traveling to the south of france, i absolutely loved my stay here and cannot think of a single thing to complain about. If/when I return to Nice I have no questions about where i will stay, i will definitely be booking here again. 10/10 - thank you so much!

Not a real Boutique Hotel. Only the size of the hotel can be considered as a Boutique hotel since there are only 9 rooms. The decoration, size of the room and service is not as a standard as a classification for a Boutique Hotel which supposed to be unique. However, very well situated 1 minutes walk from Place Massena at the beginning of pedestrian's car street. So if you come to this hotel with a car or heavy luggage you will need to walk. Taxi can only arrive on this street during restricted hours from 6.30am till 10.30am only. 9 rooms on the third floor only. No breakfast avalaible. We were told that the reception was open from 9am till 8pm however, we were contacted by email and WhatsApp and given the instructions to have access to the hotel since nobody was attending the reception desk. Only 1 person work at the reception. If you need new fresh towel, more soap since they give you only 2 mini shower gel on arrival and didn't give more after refreshing the room the next morning. You will need to contact the person by WhatsApp, or have the luck to get the person behind the desk. Room size average, small balcony. Double bed, small fridge and safe box. Great location however if you are looking for a real Unique Boutique hotel this one is not the one. If you want to be close to Place Massena and beach access it is the one.

We loved this place! So clean, comfortable, and sound proof windows were a plus. The location couldn’t of been better for Nice. Tiffany at the front desk was so kind and helpful! She really made out stay magical. We were so happy here we even booked an extra night. Enjoy!

✅ It's a big advantage that he's in a central place. - The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant people. They gave us a good description of Eze village. - Wifi was perfect. - Near the tram and the subway. Great for transport. - The beds are great. We slept very well. - Bathroom's fine. It's moving easy. Clear. - The room is cleaned up every day. - Security measures are good. You feel safe in the room. - One bottle of water freshens every day. ❌ Price-beneficial balance is a little expensive for Turkey. - You can hear it if people talk too loud. That's normal, downtown hotel.

This is a beautiful little place to spend your time when in Nice, the location is right in between everything. The staff is great and really helpful, ask for restaurant recommendations and you get some great spots. This location is accessible from Tram, Metro and Bus. The hotel has close proximity to the beach and all the resuturant there.

A pearl inside an oyster. Outer appearance belies interior rooms that were really nice. Spacious, clean, and with modern finishes. Can not beat the location on Rue Massena with access to everything within walking distance.

I had a wonderful stay here in March and it turned out to be a perfect stay. The hospitality, the convenience of the location, helpful tips on where to find best restaurants, bars and croissants 🥐- made my stay unforgettable and will be staying here next time for sure. Keep up the great work team!!

We had a really good time here in Nice. The hotel was clean, in the center of the old town and the receptionists were super friendly.

The location is excellent, very close to the central square and the main street with bars and restaurants. Easy access to the metro for connection to the airport. The reception staff was very proactive in contacting me by whatsapp before arrival, to confirm arrival time and give instructions on how to access the building and the room, as the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception. At the exit there were people at the reception, and they were very attentive in explaining how to take the metro to the airport. It's a very small detail, but in the morning when I left I wanted to leave my suitcase so I could walk around the city, since the flight was in the late afternoon. And there was no one at the reception, so we just left it in a corner, along with other guests who were doing the same. As it is close to the busy area, there is a bit of noise until late from the bars/restaurants, and in the morning when they start to pack everything, but not that it bothers

This is- at the most- a glorified pension NOT a boutique hotel! The only positives are the location and it's clean but everything else is bad..the narrowest beds ever, the thin walls ,the constant noise from the street ,the plumbing, the tiny lift and mostly the incredibly bad attitude of the so called 'director'. Don't you dare say anything against his precious "hotel" otherwise he will give you a lesson in life and tell you how to live ,behave and want you to move out...this is by far one of the worst accomodation we ever had and we have been to rough places! How this had received 3 stars it's beyond us! Avoid and pay a little more to get somewhere descent!

The staff are very pleasant and the place is clean. But the space is incredibly tiny and noise travels Good for a short stay but not for an extended stay. Brilliant location in the city square

We have stayed for two days at Hotel Neptune. The location is perfect (really in the city center and next to all kind of restaurants) en the hosts are very friendly and supportive. When we checked out and forgot to take our tickets for the Nice - PSG match with us,they called us just in time. Thank you!! We had a great match and a great weekend. We would love to come back.

These guys played a dirty game and told us they cannot refund during the CoVid 19 crisis. Dint even offer a date change. The flight got cancelled and there was no way we could have reached Nice. Would never book with this particular hotel if I go to Nice again.

Great location. Very small with only 9 rooms and located on the third floor of the building so it's not what many people would consider a hotel but the rooms are small and comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Good value for central Nice in August. Can recommend.
