Very nice room and owners very nice as well. Only negative is that room was a fifth floor walk up which was not clear from booking information.

Love the modern decor and very clean. The shower was amazing! Had air con but would turn off after a few hours. If it was mid summer that would have been irritating. But maybe you can change the setting. More of a hostel vibe since the staff only work during the day and no elevator but we loved it! Quick walk to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

google description is a bed and breakfast. Where we stayed is not a B&B as there's no kitchen or cooking facilities, or even restaurant facilities in the building but I see reviews of the B&B part, so I don't understand or know what that is about. Nothing to worry about though, as there's plenty of restaurants around and even a Starbucks just a block down the street. It's a little hard to find, as the signage outside the door is a bit obscure, but just follow the addresses and you'll find it. Very nice Boutique hotel in an historic building that has plenty of old world charm left in it. The room was updated, modern and clean but still also retained some of the character of the building's age. Extra appreciated perk was the room had wine glasses and a corkscrew. Also a Nespresso machine, & a water boiling pot for tea. It's in an area where the streets have been converted to a pedestrian area, so it was quiet especially at night. Our room was a corner room so it had 3 opening doors to small balconies. We were able to sit on the balcony in the evening and drink a glass of wine and enjoy the street night life from the comfort of our room. The only negative, as mentioned in other reviews, is there is no elevator and this hotel occupies the 3-5th floors (which they don't even count the entry level as a floor, so to Americans it's actually 4-6th). If you like to pack everything you own and bring it with you on vacation in heavy and multiple pieces of luggage, you're not going to like this. We were on the top floor and it was 116 steps to our room, which we just looked at it as exercise while on vacation and burning off calories so we could have a glass of wine. :) We didn't hear the neighboring rooms as mentioned in other reviews and that might have been just where we were in the hotel. The WIFI was good while we were there. The design of the shower pan with no lip on it did leak out on to the floor, but we didn't find it to be too problematic. We highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a different type of experience, and we'd book it again if we went back to Nice.

Could be 5 stars from me, but I had to remove one because of details that should be fixed: - one side of the couch is loose - the lamp on the rain shower is not working - the WC on the wall is quirking when sitting on it - stains on the side table and on the WC-door and the walls should be removed The positive: -Excellent design / concept and view (room 502) -cleaning service daily -service minded staff Beware: no elevator. The reception is on high floor 0

Highly recommend. We stayed here for 5 days last week on our first trip to Nice. The rooms were stunning and seemed professionally decorated. Florian was wonderful to work with and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Location was stellar, right in the middle of everything, but quiet at night, extra quiet with the sound proof french-windows. Yes, the 5th floor walk up was tough at times, but we're in our 40's so getting steps in is a good thing. Bed super comfy, nice sheets. Gorgeous room. Only slight downside is our room did not have any hooks or much of any waist level storage. We found we were draping towels and clothing over bathtubs, etc. Shower, though beautiful, was a little cumbersome trying to prevent water from getting on the floor. Otherwise, we'd stay here in a heartbeat. Absolutely wonderful stay.

If you want to stay in the heart of Nice and live in a French style modern apartment, this is the best place for that! We absolutely loved our Signature Suite with two balconies. The amenities in the room are not only beautifully designed they are also very functional. The receptionist is also very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazingly priced for such a beautiful room and location and excellent service. Our only feedback would be that maybe the email with check-in instructions could be sent the day before guests arrive, as it was hard to find. We only noticed the signage for Hotel Le Petit Trianon and Cabinet Carlo, as the grey sign was very hard to see and not next to the others. A lady from the shop next door helped us in, which we were very grateful for. Also, it would be great if there was water and mini bar options available in the room. However, being so centrally located, there are plenty of places nearby (although, also taking into account the opening hours of restaurants here this would be a good addition).

Good location however up 4 floors of stairs with no lift, difficult check in and check out process, very limited insulation between rooms & very slippery shower.

Very cute spot in a very central place. Not a lot of facilities offered and much to do except stay in your room but the location offers so much in terms of external things and activities that can be done

Nice room, great location, kind staff, but don’t recommend if you’re working remotely and need wi-fi. The signal is extremely weak and frequently disconnects. I contacted management several times about this to see if there were areas with better signal, or if we could switch rooms, but they weren’t helpful. *Update: Revising my review from 3 stars to 4.5 stars because after seeing this review, they moved us to a new room on a different floor and our issue was resolved.

We arrived early in the morning. We got to leave the luggage in the reception and when we returned later the luggage was already in our room. Perfect location, room and service.

Innovative establishment a few steps from the Promenades des Anglais located in a pedestrian area close to any commercial restaurant, an address that we remember and we will come back with pleasure, thank you for informing us to book via your site the best rates are practiced there. Kind regards.

This isn’t a proper hotel. The plumbing is very inferior and we were unable to take a shower for 3 days without major flooding. No matter how many times I brought this to the attention of the staff they claimed it was fixed but it wasn’t. They do not provide enough towels or support to solve issues

Really not worth the money, the pictures do not match the apartments

Strange breakfast setup, 4 floor no elevator. Otherwise nicely decorated suite in the heart of Nice for a good price.

Nice clean big room directly in the center of Nice. The only downside is really being on the 4th floor without lift, but I saw it as exercise and you have to carry your bags only one time upstairs and one time downstairs :-)

We stayed in the b&b separate from the hotel and it was perfect. Excellent location and the owners are very nice. Cleaned our room daily. There is no lift, we were on the third floor. We didn't get the breakfast as there are better options in the surrounding restaurants

Booked over Booking.com. They took in january 140€ from my credit card for reservation: Cancel free was written on booking.com. They do not refund my money. Booking .com is not very helpful. If you are not sure that your journey will take place, never book Le Dortoir Multi Storey Luxury Suites. Update 5.10.21: No Feedback on my email. Booking.com tries it again.
