I would give less if I could! This was one of the worst hotels and experience I ever had. The room looks way worse than on the pictures and the bathroom is extremely small, with a cheap folding door that doesn't close properly, so if you are sharing the room, forget any kind of privacy while you are in the bathroom. This was already really bad, but things were just about to get even worse. There was a misunderstanding with payment and we while we were trying to understand what happened, the owner of the place was extremely rude! I was shocked! There was a moment when I asked a question and refusing to answer, he said " I am speak to her", pointing to my friend. Really, I wish somebody had told me before - don't stay in this hotel if you don't want to have such bad experience and be mistreated!

Rooms were good and clean. However, it is incredibly noisy and as every little noise echoes throughout the hotel. I could clearly hear every conversation, door opening and closing, and 'toilet activity'. Also, despite what it says on the website, there is no breakfast available at this hotel.

Didn’t stay here because we accidentally booked the wrong year for our 2 night stay!! The hotel owner was very nice and let us stay in the lobby, charge our phones, use toilet etc. while we found another place! He also sorted out a full refund from booking.com. Very grateful.

This is a lovely hotel in every way! The location is great, near the tram, a 5 minute walk from the sea. The rooms are nicely decorated. The owners are smling, welcoming people who go to great efforts to make you feel comfortable. Their ease in many languages including English and French is impressive. They offered to walk my 80 year old mum to the tram for the airport and couldn't have been more helpful . Outside is a cute pebbletereace with lovely plants and tables to relax at and take the air. An extremely good experience. After 4 sojourns there I can highly recommend Hotel Danark.Thank you: )

I can't see anything negative to say about this hotel except the noise made by the radiator with a constant running sound of water which was addressed by the receptionist to the best of his ability. The staff is very friendly and make you feel relax. EG:offering you a morning coffee at no cost. I will defenately go back or recomend this hotel.

We enjoy our stay at the hotel. Perfect location to be at the beach in 5 minutes walking and perfect connection with the center. The hotel was really clean and the service was nice. A bit warm the room, but with the air was good.

The room was bright, clean, and well kept. It is not fancy but it is homey and welcoming; my room (especially the shower) was small but loved it nonetheless. The gentleman who owns the hotel was courteous and downright lovely to deal with. I was not feeling well and he was incredibly helpful with getting me some assistance then even extended my check out to allow me to rest a bit before going on with my travels. Merci Beaucoup 😘

Hotel is very close to promenade des anglais and walking distance to the historical center. Room was very clean and quiet. Hotel was cozy, nice little yard, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. A highlight is the lovely garden where you can take your breakfast. The walls are definitely thin but it didn't bother us much. The breakfast is juice, coffee, breads and jam, and yogurt.

Book it! Staffs are genuinely kind and hospitable! Rooms are small and toilet. But if you're a tourist, you'll just be there to sleep. So it's fine. The breakfast place is cool and relaxing. Location is near the water. (Near AC Marriott) near the bus stop also. I super recommend this one.

Friendly, clean and inexpensive little hotel just two minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches. About a 20 minute walk to get to the main shopping streets of Nice. Current Covid restrictions prevent availability of breakfast, but there are ample bakeries, supermarkets and food outlets offering take-away service nearby. Tram stop three minutes away giving easy access to airport and city centre/port. Parking available. Recommended for a budget stay in Nice.
