This is our third stay here, and yet again, faultless. The location is great - our apartment being on the 3rd floor was as quiet as anything can be in Nice. Step outside and you're in the busy Rue Massena, in the heart of it all, a short walk from the beach and the amazing Cours Saleya. The staff are friendly and helpful. The corridors to the rooms are romantically shabby (but clean), belying the modern apartments themselves which have everything you need. Can't wait to go back.

The apartment was really nice with a beautiful view and in a good place, in the city center, with multiple restaurants and markets. The only problem was that even there is a radiator, the room was really cold. Also the AC was not working and it's very old.

I really enjoyed my time in this hotel. The beach was close, everyone was friendly and happy. Especially the time on the terrace was ecstatic, both sunrise and sunset. I'm grateful to the jikwins here.

Great service and very helpful. The room I had was a nice studio. There was a constant smell of suage coming in from the bathroom and the AC was working 50 percent of the time. The location was excellent.

Very nice location and very polite and professional personnel. Bunk bed could have just a little bit better mattress, but it was good enough. Anyone that wants to visit Nica I warmly recommend a stay at Aparthotel Ajoupa. We spent 7 memorable days in January. Edited: I misnamed the bed. Instead of "bunk bed" I was referring to sofa bed.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great; when I told them I was gluten free, they got gluten free treats the next day. It was clear that housekeeping took pride in cleaning the hotel. Location was great. My room was in a back corner (321) so I didn’t get street noise. I would recommend and visit again.

Ajoupa are very well staffed and organised which gave us the best of both worlds; an appartment with privacy and space and back-up help for information, storing luggage etc. Nothing was too much trouble; very nice people.

Clean, quiet, decent size apartment with 1 bedroom. Pretty well equipped, both in the kitchen and otherwise. The hallways look tired and like out of The Shining, but the apartments are good! The location could not have been better. We stayed in mid-october, and felt it was great value for money.

Comfortable, perfectly located hotel with friendly staff and efficient check in out of hours. They accomodated last minute changes to my booking and were a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed, and not too noisy despite its central location. Highly recommended.

Excellent studio apartment. Situated right in the middle of the city on a pedestrian mall. Apartment is in an older building, but it is clean and comfortable. WiFi works well, kitchenette is well appointed, bathroom is spacious and clean (show cubicle is on of the few we have come across in Europe that does not leak), A/C works well. Reception is situated in a different building across the street (easy to find). Staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in an excellent location. Restaurants and bars everywhere, 5 minute walk to the Nice historical centre, 5 minute walk down to the beach, tram station on the corner for easy access to the train station. There is nothing about this apartment not to like. We liked it so much we stayed an extra 5 nights.

Great hotel! Lovely, spacious room with a kitchenette and in a great location at a very reasonable price. Even had a nespresso machine and there’s a nespresso shop just around the corner so we could have nice coffee in the morning. Best place we stayed at during our entire France trip. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

The place was located in the city centre in a strategic area. It was easy to visit the city center on foot without any issues. The experience overall was great and the receptionist was so nice with us. A special thanks to Elisa who tried to accommodate our requests. I would say that the apartment was nice but despite I was expecting to have the apartment with balcony since this had been promised to me when I had booked.. but then it was already taken when I arrived so I had got the other one with the window. In the apartment you will find everything you need for your stay such as kitchen items.. If I can make a suggestion, I would recommend to improve the shower not 100% clean in the corners but the rest was good. Everything is very organised and they also made us participate to a little game they were having in this time and we won few things. For the price is a bit expensive but in Nice you expect to have higher prices compared to other places therefore I definitely recommend this apartment and thanks them for the service. A la prochaine fois in Nice !

Nice room, large area. Staff was excellent. They even have a shower you can use if you stay in Nice the rest of the day and want to shower after you checked out. Very friendly. Great location.

Awesome experience; I didn’t want to leave. My room was over the street below (very soundproof with doors/windows closed) and was great. Kitchenette with fridge and microwave, coffee makers and hot pot (why don’t we have those in US?). Try the coffee pods that are available - great coffee. Wish I learned that earlier. Bathroom was huge (unusual in European hotels) and a shower with great water pressure. It’s not that hard to find…buzz in and take the elevator to reception on top floor; it’s well marked. Outside you’re right in the thick of things…great restaurants literally right outside the door, myriad stores, coffee shops and ice cream places galore. Two blocks to the beach promenade. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the heart of Nice. Short walk to a lot of cool shops and not far from the beach or old town. The walk to the train station could be a little car if you have luggage. Hotel was safe and people were friendly. Got our laundry done there at a reasonable price.

The place is located right in the centre next to a lot of bars and restaurants! Walking distance from the beach max 10min. clean and super efficient. The people also very helpful and very kind! Totally recommend it

We stayed here last year. It's a beautiful appartment hotel in the city centre. Walkable distance to the beach, park , restaurant. Very clean , well maintained. Special mention for the staff - one of the best I have experience. We faced a medical situation and they helped alot. Next time I'll try to spend more time in Nice and stay here. If you are planning for Nice, this place is a must stay!!!

an incredibly beautiful and central place. got free upgrade to a large apartment on the top with large terrace. large and good beds. clean and with air conditioning. nice staff who were helpful with anything we had of questions.

I am glad that we stayed at this hotel! Starting with the super friendly staff the superb location waking distance to the beach and the middle of the shops and restaurants. Noting to complain about honestly. Will definitely stay here again.

I found Hotel Ajopa by chance on the booking site. I would call it a jewel in the heart of Nice. This wonderful hotel offers all the amenities for an unforgettable vacation in this incredibly beautiful city. Everything is meters away. Place Massena is right next to the hotel. The sea is also meters away. The hotel staff is very smiling and always ready to help. The wonderful manager of this small but very cozy hotel, Mrs. Silvia Todorova, helped us a lot to navigate Nice and its surroundings. She was so kind and always ready to help make our stay there an excellent one.

Best budget hotel we've experienced. Spacious room, modern bathroom, plenty of drawer space and hanging space, good sized kitchenette well-stocked, and excellent staff. Don't let the entrance fool you. Great location on Rue Massena walking street and convenient to Old Town, shops, cafes, tram, train. Not far from the Port. Just know that while there is a small elevator, you have to go up stairs to get to it, and the same with getting to your room after taking riding the elevator. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay was excellent The appartment neat, light, with all the required equipment, and the bed excellent Sound proofing was good too, with attention to detail. A lot of towels, shower products , extra duvets and pillows. Little hearts sweets for the St Valentin And a very efficient and nice staff Ideally situated in the heart of the pedestrian centre of Nice, close to everything I would strongly recommend.

It's always a real pleasure to stay at Ajoupa. The staff's are welcoming and helpful. It's close to the train, shops and the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious. You can't go wrong and fully recommended

Aparathotel in the middle of the city. There are rooms with kitchen corner. All things to make simple food, breakfast... Coffee maker, electric kettel. Clean bathrooms, comfortable beds. A bit noisy out of Windows. There is a lift But stops in the halves of levels, so it is not easy to bring big suitcases by the stairs. Hotel is situationed in very Good place. Many bars And restaurants are around. Shops And pharmacy. Very nice And helpful Staff. Reasonable costs. 10 min walk from tramway station which Goes to airport. I will come back to this place!

Nice and comfortable residence hotel, located right in the city center. Very close to the promenade des anglais as well. Rooms are big and clean. Many thanks to Laura who kindly assisted me during my 3 days stay. I definitely recommend this place.

Friendly staff, quiet and clean room for family of 4. Breakfast delivered to the room was nice and good value. Small issue with water boiler was handled in seconds by staff. Highly recommended.

Cute little apartment hotel nicely located in downtown. Not an issue for us, but you do have to carry luggage up a flight of stairs to reach the elevator. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and well equipped. Within walking distance of everything in Nice, including shopping and restaurants.
