Really
unfortunate
experience.
Would
firmly
recommend
against
this
hotel,
and
we
travel
half
of
the
year,
so
we've
experienced
a
lot
of
hotels.
The
hotel
itself
is
nice
and
clean
enough,
but
if
you
have
ANY
need
for
pleasant
customer
care
or
phone/internet
usage
(even
one
iota),
this
is
not
the
place
for
you.
I
travel
for
work
and
have
been
unable
to
do
anything
online
(no
matter
the
hour,
I've
tried
them
all)
or
even
make
a
phone
call
without
it
dropping,
which
created
a
very
serious
professional
and
financial
risk
for
me.
When
I
brought
this
to
the
attention
of
the
staff,
they
told
me
"you
go
to
a
hotel
to
sleep
not
to
work".
I
asked
to
be
refunded
so
I
could
move
hotels
but
they
refused,
vehemently
so.
The
staff
is
not
courteous
and
really
doesn't
treat
you
like
a
guest
but
more
like
someone
they
are
truly
irritated
to
have
to
deal
with.
I
asked
for
a
dinner
recommendation
and
she
just
pointed
across
the
street
at
a
pizza
place.
Any
other
recommendations,
ideally
French,
I
ask?
"Make
a
right
on
the
street
outside
the
building."
Ok,
thanks
lol.
And
the
real
cherry
on
top
-
our
tour
guide
came
to
pick
us
up
in
the
morning
and
she
told
him
we
didn't
have
a
room
there
and
sent
him
away
-
she
was
the
one
who
checked
us
in
just
12
hours
prior!
Not
much
for
concierge
or
even
the
most
basic
human
service,
to
say
the
least.
Honestly,
I'm
really
disappointed
in
the
service
and
lack
of
basic
amenities
(if
you
can
even
call
WiFi
an
amenity
and
not
just
prerequisite
service
of
a
hotel).
I
would
recommend
to
make
it
a
point
to
not
stay
here
unless
you
want
to
feel
you
are
in
a
city
but
on
a
remote
island
where
they
don't
need
or
care
for
your
business.
