The staff informed us of not having available rooms, knowing that we had email and sms confirmations. We had booked 2 rooms in this hotel, with expedia. We got the Expedia confirmation and another hotel confirmation; only to be informed by the receptionist that they have no rooms available.. In addition to that, the staff member decided to act rude and defensive rather than collaborative and solution oriented. He even called us "not honest". Anyways, I'd recommend to avoid this place.

I loved this hotel. It was friendly, welcoming and nicely situated near the old part of the city. What attracted me to this hotel was that it looked, (from the photos) stylish, very French and it lived up to that. It was very clean and decorated well. I would recommend this to friends, family and I will definitely go back there.

It was rated as a 2 star hotel. The room was small but comfortable. It's a large bed with minimal space either side. It has a wardrobe if you need. There's a TV and separate bathroom with a shower. The room we had backed into a road at the rear which was a little noisy, especially as it was hot and we chose to have the window open rather than use the AC (which worked very well) There's a reception area with seating and discs to leave luggage open most off the day, but not at night. The balcony seated area is nice but they close it at night - I don't see why. There's a supermarket nextdoor and lots of small independent shops in the immediate vicinity also. A 5 minute walk takes you to a main shopping street. It's easy enough to get to the old part of Nice which is on the beach and has a buzzing little nightlife if you want it. Basic, but ok if you're planning not to spend much time in your room.

Neat and clean rooms. The hotel is close to the City centre, bus stop and cafes. Attractions such as Norte Dame Cathedral, Flower Market, Promenade etc are at a walkable distance. A super market just 2 buildings away. We were given early check in as well.

Worst experience ever, even the owner of the Hotel was beyond rude and disrespectful, we had to leave immediately and find another accommodation because of how we were treated and felt threatened. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

Enjoyed my stay here. Spotlessly clean boutique hotel. Its also quiet so the light sleepers, you need not worry. Oh, and my room had a little balcony with an okay view. I came in after 10pm when reception was closed but owner had earlier sent me self check in instructions. It was a breeze and found my room key with wifi passwords and welcome letter tacked in an envelop just as per instructions. I had earlier read some reviews saying that its hard to find the keys. I don't know what they mean. If you follow the instructions, shouldn't be a problem. The hotel is close to the tram station. About 3 minutes walk. About 7 minutes walk to Promenade d'Anglais and pretty much all major Nice tourist attractions. There's a supermarket 2 steps away. Great breakfast with sumptuous french croissants and baguettes. Sophia the cleaning lady was such a sweetheart. Daily toiletry replacement, cleaning and towel changes. Every single day by the time I got back from breakfast my room was all cleaned up and made up. Rain shower head with great water pressure. Only downside is that the shower area is really tiny but worked for me all the same.

A very nice hotel and great value. Staff are very helpful. Good breakfast on small shaded terrace. Beach towels available. Simple rooms. Comfy bed, good linen and air conditioning. Good location - 10 mins walk from the old town, 15 mins from the beach.

Hotel was really near everything main street, railway station, tram stops (both lines) in a walking distance. Service was really frendly. Carrefour market is just a next door.

Location is good especially there is carrefour market which is next to the hotel. Thanks to the location we discover the city by walking. The room is clean and big enough for two people. We used the hotel for just sleep therefore it was enough for us. The staffs are really helpful and friendly. The cleaning ladies were so respectful and clean :) everything was perfect with this hotel and we stayed 4days without any problem :)

The hotel is great. The manager Jerome is really nice and helps you with everything you need. The bed in the room was very comfortable and the room was clean. It's in a good location just next to the main street. Overall a very good experience.

The prices are good for Nice and for the type of rooms. This family run hotel is located in walking distance from the old town, the shopping district and the train station. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Only negative point is that the rooms are not very sound proof.

Very good value for money, nice room with balcony, lots of shops around. Breakfast is a bit poor and simple since you have bakeries all around the hotel. It would be nice to have some savoury items such as ham and some fresh fruit too.
