    The location is good, however the building is old, needs soundproofing and renovation. One could hear the upstair neighbours opening their doors, talking and going to toilet/shower. Probably better ask for a room on the top of the building for better experience. There were no dryer racks available, which is strange for the hotel where people go to the beach every day. There seems to be limit on the usage of hot water, once it is exhausted you can’t have hot shower until the next day.

    Unfortunately not as expected. Very tight parking, limited cleaning for room, not enough equipment for the kitchen of suite (such as toaster for bread, or pot lid), no hand was basin in the toilet, etc. Although it is close to the beach, but I wouldn’t try it again👎🏼

    The prices on their website are not real, after sending them a booking request they asked me 1000 euro more for the stay. Very unfair and unprofessional

    Good amenities for cooking and balcony to enjoy a wonderful evening. Good location , near the Promenade. Near to cafes and eateries and even super market though they closes 8pm.

    Really good location close to beaches and in a less touristy bit of town. Good little apartments which are well set out and clean. Not lavish but really clean and functional with a really good roof terrace. The fire escape door to the roof was locked which was worrying and we flagged to the staff who said it shouldn't be unlocked. We will report this separately as it was a concern.

    We didn't expect much. But this is even lower than that. 1. Breakfast - I fully understand that because of Covid 19, some services aren't available. But it cannot be always used as an excuse. On Booking page says that we have Buffet breakfast (that's why we booked room with the breakfast). When we came at the hotel they said that there is no breakfast, but instead we will get breakfast boxes (lunch box). We expected normal breakfast boxes, with something that looks like a breakfast. But we got vending machine products packed in paper bag. Totally unhealthy, I don't eat sweets for breakfast. (I will post a picture) (breakfast cost 12€ pro person) 2. Cleaning of the room - if you stay 7 days you have no cleaning and no fresh towels. If you stay more than 7 days you get one cleaning and one time fresh towels. If you want fresh towels you have to pay extra. 3. Soundproof is catastrophic. We were second room from the elevator and we could hear it in the middle of the night, people walking, talking and opening their rooms. Also on street side we could hear all the traffic. And because of that we didn't sleep well. 4. Half of devices weren't working properly. Stove in the kitchen would have turned it self off in the middle of cooking without a reason. Hair dryer - you had to hold on button a whole time. And we paid for 8 days with the flight and insurance about 1600€ flight was 200€ and more 200€ was insurance, that means that we payed for this accomodations about 1200€. I mean if I rented an apartment privately owned I would get better service than here.

    Excellent value. A clean well equipped self catering room for 4 nights. Fast wifi and loved the roof terrace. Nice reception staff..

    Made a booking online - the booking duplicated. Contacted the hotel to advise the error. Was advised this was ok. We contacted the booking company who cancelled the reservation with the hotel. However, the hotel then refused to refund the second reservation. We knew it was a non refundable rate - but - we told the hotel it was an error - the 2 bookings were made within minutes of each other for precisely the same details. We contacted the hotel via email which was initially ignored. We explained it was just an error. We asked would they give us a credit towards a future booking. In all cases the hotel said no. .......except the first person we spoke with on reception who could see the error and tried to help. .......since then the hotel manager has refused to assist. "It's a non refundable rate".........and yes i understand this - but - it was an error - it was flagged on the day.

    staff is rude, hot water is flakey (and they don’t tell you that the hot water stops after 9 pm..), and they charge you for every little thing. also don’t offer cleaning unless you are there for over 7 days. although location is nice, you can definitely find better hotels for better prices in this area. not a good place to stay.

    Cancled my stay because the hotel doesnt respond. I have tried to contact them for a month, but they do not reply. Got my refund the next day, thank god. Too bad they dont answer because they loose guests.

    Great stay with nice modern rooms. You can even cook in your room. We had a room with a view on the garden, so that you don't hear the noise from the street on the other side. The hotel is very noisy so bring some ear plugs for sleeping because you hear every move in the corridor.

    + location + room was clean & functional - overpriced at the time of reservation - sound proofing - smell of food in the hallways - refused to comply with the cancelation policy - had to go through my credit card provider to cancel the charge overall a very bad experience

    Great place, will definitely recommend. Very clean, well lit and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good locality with close access to beach and transport. Grocery store is nearby too. Well equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook if you like. The utilities work well and aren’t old as some reviews suggest. They also have a luggage room if you check out early. Cooling unit didn’t work as expected but opening the windows solved that for us. WiFi was decent. Definite bang for bucks!!

    Alright. I'm sending this review upon 1st time check in. We are in room 207. So first thing : room very well designed and organized. Awesome balcony. 2 min walking distance from us to supermarket. Wine and hamon what else you need for honeymoon. Trust me after staying in Scandinavian hotels I know the standard. This one fits very well. My awesome wife sleeping as Angel in the bed and I'm watching football. Guys what a honeymoon is that. Cool yeah? Come here and enjoy!!!

    comfortable location with train station just around the corner and close to the promenade des anglais. about 15 min walk to massena sq and city centre. studio is pretty small but cozy, clean and comfy. good for solo travellers!

    We are currently here. We didn’t really expect anything special, but we got what we didn’t expect. Unfortunately in a negative sense. The first and foremost thing is breakfast. The first picture shows what we paid for through the booking and the second picture shows what we got for breakfast. That’s one big drawback, so can’t something better be given for breakfast? We are very disappointed with that. We then decided to shop on our own and make breakfast, since we have a kitchen available. It would be good if we could cook, the stove is not working properly, it reports an error every 5 minutes. Another disappointment. Then cleaning, once a week ?? Towels?? Nowhere did it say that it only takes place once a week, and that it costs extra money. A big disappointment. I won't even talk about the rooms.

    We've stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, loved every second. Close to the tram station, clean rooms and loved the mini kitchen. Staff is amazing- helped us a lot with locked safe (again thank you so much and sorry for being so concerned!) they calmed us and helped us so much 100% recommend!
