We
didn't
expect
much.
But
this
is
even
lower
than
that.
1.
Breakfast
-
I
fully
understand
that
because
of
Covid
19,
some
services
aren't
available.
But
it
cannot
be
always
used
as
an
excuse.
On
Booking
page
says
that
we
have
Buffet
breakfast
(that's
why
we
booked
room
with
the
breakfast).
When
we
came
at
the
hotel
they
said
that
there
is
no
breakfast,
but
instead
we
will
get
breakfast
boxes
(lunch
box).
We
expected
normal
breakfast
boxes,
with
something
that
looks
like
a
breakfast.
But
we
got
vending
machine
products
packed
in
paper
bag.
Totally
unhealthy,
I
don't
eat
sweets
for
breakfast.

2.
Cleaning
of
the
room
-
if
you
stay
7
days
you
have
no
cleaning
and
no
fresh
towels.
If
you
stay
more
than
7
days
you
get
one
cleaning
and
one
time
fresh
towels.
If
you
want
fresh
towels
you
have
to
pay
extra.
3.
Soundproof
is
catastrophic.
We
were
second
room
from
the
elevator
and
we
could
hear
it
in
the
middle
of
the
night,
people
walking,
talking
and
opening
their
rooms.
Also
on
street
side
we
could
hear
all
the
traffic.
And
because
of
that
we
didn't
sleep
well.
4.
Half
of
devices
weren't
working
properly.
Stove
in
the
kitchen
would
have
turned
it
self
off
in
the
middle
of
cooking
without
a
reason.
Hair
dryer
-
you
had
to
hold
on
button
a
whole
time.
And
we
paid
for
8
days
with
the
flight
and
insurance
about
1600€
flight
was
200€
and
more
200€
was
insurance,
that
means
that
we
payed
for
this
accomodations
about
1200€.
I
mean
if
I
rented
an
apartment
privately
owned
I
would
get
better
service
than
here.
