Stayed for 4 nights at villa Serafina, the positives were: - The room looked very clean at a glance - The bathroom was nice - The bed comfortable - The kitchen fully equipped - Spacious room with sofa bed - Bread sticks & croissants were provided on arrival - In a quiet area Negatives: - No WiFi on some days and when it did work would disconnect in under an hour - Self check-in machine wasn't working, luckily there was a contact number - The walls were dirty with scuff marks - The curtains had little holes and were dirty - Balcony looked out towards other flats - The person in the front desk wasn't very polite - The spare duvet in the closet had loads of stains and patches - The actual room didn't look much like the pictures

A very good hotel close to the tramline. We had a very clean room with AC, kitchen equipment, TV, a balcony and a lot more. And the price was also good for it.

Beautiful apartment and the host is very helpful. He gave us a lot of good tips for travel. Plus he also gave us the room 4-5 hours before check in yo accommodate our flight timings and we highly appreciate it. The place is conveniently located at walking distance from the metro station and has beautiful balconies. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was our first visit of Nice. We could not choose better where to stay. Owner was very friendly, he even solved for us the issue with keys when we arrived. Apartment is large enough for extended weekend in the city, you can cook your own food inside, also there is balcony where you can drink tasty rosé wine or drink coffee in morning. It is located in awesome quiet area. Around corner there is grocery store, across the tram railway is bakery. 3 min of walking up the main street is tram stop, which gets you to city centre and to beach promenade in 15 minutes. 10 min of walking in direction to port there is Riquier train station, where you can hop on train to Cannes or to Monaco. Love this place. Very recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Serafina. From the beginning, Hugo's communication was super - really informative and helpful. The apartment was lovely - clean, tidy and comfortable. Hot water all the time and great shower pressure, and very comfortable bed - we loved the giant duvet (as a couple who usually has a duvet war :). Delicious pastries from the boulangerie 2 mins away, and a really big supermarket (Super U) about 5 mins walk away. We did have to re-wash the crockery before using, but this was a quick job and didn't bother us. We liked the espresso machine too, bring your own pods if you'd like a coffee on arrival. The location was great, our room was quiet and peaceful, we slept very well. The apartment had pretty much everything we needed, was perfect for our budget and we would be very happy to stay there again. Merci encore, Hugo!

Easy check in, the manager is very helpful. Very nice place to stay and not spend billions.

The room was worth the money! The room was smallish, but squeky clean with all the necessarities. The small kitchen has an electric stove, fridge, plates, glasses, pots, cutleries, bottleopener, water boiler etc. Everything you might need. The bathroom was spacy and very clean. The balcony was small with a view to the other buildings and to the mountain area, but was great for late night wine tasting. The wifi was good, but you have to connect to it every 2 hours. The reception spoke good english and was very friendly and welcoming. The situation of the villa was out of the centrum in a quiet area. However the centrum was about 15 minutes away when using the tram. The tram station was few minutes walk away. There are two small grocery stores near the villa. I strongly recommend this residence during your stay at Nice!

A great base to explore Nice from just minutes walk from the tram, from the Airport take the tram to the centre come up to the ground level head to C&A to get on the other tram do this all for 1.50 euro's. Apartment clean and had just enough crockery great balcony to have a drink on. Very quiet night for a city location. Thanks

Friendly host and decently sized apartment for the price. Close to the center and easy to reach by tram from the airport or city center. Easy to check in and will definitely book again when I return to Nice.

We loved this place, it was a bit “basic” but so was the price, perfectly located for the tram and a fairly easy walk into the old town and harbour! Will deffo come back!

Clean rooms, modern interior but the 3 person room is on the smaller side. Helpful staff. All in all great place for the money.

Our stay at Villa Serafina was ok, but not great. The guy working at the desk was really nice and helpful! We liked the price, location (close to tram station) and commodities (e.g. microwave, AC). However, the refrigerator was not working (door fell off), the apartment was not too clean (there were ants), the internet was extremely slow and we had to re-login every 2h. Furthermore, we were only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper for our 6-day stay - the desk wasn't occupied most of the time for us to ask for more. Overall, we didn't expect much considering the price, yet the points we named were bothersome and left us a bit disappointed.

Good local place to stay, close to tram and shops

Best place to stay while in Nice. Clean rooms with everything you need to feel right at home. Close to the tram and bus routes. Easy walk to the supermarket with a mini market just two blokes away. Laundry room down stairs and easy to use.

Unfortunately me and my husband are here now and to be honest not so great !! Yes lovely shower room , that’s about it !! Little dirty too !! But won’t be stopping again for sure !! Not for us small dirty not that contained as self catering either !! Had to wash all the plates and cutlery !! Moved the sofa as it was under the tv well !!!! What can I say with the rubbish we found underneath!!!

We have enjoyed the stay at this villa. The apartment was just perfect for us. It was clean, it had all the tools you need to cook yourself some meals. If you are traveling to explore the city it is the perfect location everything is nearby, tram stations, bus station, train stations as well. We will come back shure!

The view at the balcony is nice. They only clean once a week. They only do the laundry once a week. No emmergencies.
