Very nice staff, fine beds, the bathroom was a bit small and the water flow was weak. Breakfast was great. Make sure not to get to this hotel after 8pm cause the gate is closed and no one answers the phone! We had to wait outside at night until someone finally arrived..

We really enjoyed our stay there. The owners are super friendly, and they offer a service which goes far beyond the two-star rating of the Hotel :-) The garden is fantastic for breakfast or to have a drink a before you enjoy the city. Ask the owners for some recommendations where to eat - they had some really good tips for us :-) Oh, and they're fluent in German, Italian and French (didn't try English). Go there, you won't regret it!

This was such a wonderful place to stay! We felt like we stumbled on a real gem of a place in Nice. The price was very reasonable, the room was spotless and cleaned with care every day, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is good, with a short walk to the beach and Old Town accessible with a taxi or public transport. The garden was just beautiful too- we ate breakfast out there every morning and it was such a lovely way to start the day. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend!

SCAM ALERT: This hotel will take your money and run you off with no intention of providing a room. We booked and paid in advance, only to show up and find the place locked up with nobody to field our reservation. Eventually, a man emerged and attempted to scare us off-- making threats, yelling at us to leave, and refusing to allow us to explain that we had a reservation or show our confirmation code. The result was that we ended up roaming the streets of Nice at night without phones, fresh off a plane in a foreign country with nowhere to stay. Don't let this happen to you. Avoid our debacle. Book elsewhere. Update: Air BNB eventually decided in our favor and refunded our money after our complaint was filed.

Clean and cosy , tasteful decor. Peaceful location 20 minutes walk to airport terminal. shower in my small room was weak and cramped.

Many pictures of the rooms and garden look lovely and clean, it was unfortunately fake. when I arrived hotel I just felt terrible. it looked nothing like the pictures.. the garden was absolutely not well tended and our room was small and not clean. the location was also bad, just so far from the beach and the city center. If I were you, I would find a better accommodation near the beach, with the same price.
