Very cozy villa..Christina is super sweet..and help you in every possible way, I would highly recommend this place.

Very helpful and friendly. Would recommend staying here. Room lovely and shower excellent. A walk down to the tram and €1.50pp into Nice, which we were happy with.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Bellabé. Cristina is a wonderful host, very friendly and attentive. We found the quietness of her house a welcome break from the hustle of downtown/the old Nice (we had spent the previous 2 days at a hotel, on the Promenade des Anglais). The rooms were very clean and breakfast excellent. We enjoyed the garden a lot, especially when we ordered food from a local restaurant after a day spent walking around and had dinner under the stars. Be aware that walking to/from the beach (the house is on a hill) will take you about 20 minutes, which can be a little daunting at night or if you have mobility issues.

I had a really good time at villa bellabe. Christina is very friendly and makes you feel at home. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a nice garden outside and an excellent breakfast. Very rocommended.
