In a city of expensive accomodation Club Inn is a fantastic solution. Location is great. It's a stone's throw from the beach, public transportation, shopping and bars and restaurants. There is a communal kitchen for when you get tired of eating out. The rooms are very basic but clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Absolutely ideal location for being in the heart of Nice. Close to the sea, local pedestrian street with a lot of cafes and restaurants. But no noise from crowd or cars as situated on a quiet street. Friendly staff, though everything comfortably automated… digital main entrance, room and garage. Love this place!

Great location, good price, everything was clean and tidy. You can leave your bags at the reception for free if you have a late flight. The lobby area is very well equiped.

Really it's a very nice hotel, perfect cafe, large room with a wonderful terrace easily accessible to everything, clean renovated rooms but best of all, staff are amazing...

Excellent location, cleanliness, comfortable bed, kitchen for guests where you can prepare breakfast and drink free coffee from the coffee machine. Silence...the room overlooked the courtyard.

I love this place. It is steps from the beach and Promeande D’Anglais, many restaurants and shops available along Rue de France, a block away and a main shopping area of Nice. Fantastically equipped communal kitchen which is always spotless. Cool automated check in, they send an email with a code that opens the door and your room. Safe area, friendly staff, not always on premises but there a few times a day and pretty responsive by email. Very nice lobby and dining area. And are you kidding, it is only about $70 a night. Simple rooms and private baths, kind of reminds me of dorm rooms. Very very quiet.

Very nice concept of allowing the guests to use the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. With individual fridge, key locked, for keeping food. It gives an extra "at home" feeling. Room was spacious with lots of places for storage and a big, clean bathroom. Comfy beds, quiet place. Staff is friendly and helpful. The option to open both the room door and the entrance door with either a magnetic card or a code is really practical. Not having to worry about losing or missplacing the card.

Room was spacious and the hotel is in a great location, near all the restaurants and shops aswell as the beach. It's self check in which I actually enjoyed, you just put the code in and the door opens it's very hassle free. The only reason for dropping a star is the maid/cleaner. Twice she walked straight into our room completely unannounced, no knock or hello, whilst we were still in bed.

TV with many channels and a desk and luggage table. Comfy double bed for deep sleep/ -Building : has an elevator! Lobby has coffee machine which serves best Chocolate! And wide public kitchen./ -I stayed 3 nights in Sep with a friend at 3rd floor. Fully enjoyed Nice thanks to this good hotel!

A fabulous location in Nice so close to the Mediterranean and to a large plaza with shops and restaurants. Within easy walking distance to a grocery store which is handy because there is a full kitchen that guests can use can I include an individual small refrigerators period we ate out at lunch everyday and bought things to fix ourselves at night. Rooms for decent sized with very comfortable beds. Does not include daily cleaning unless you want to pay for it but that was fine with us. I would highly recommend this place in Nice.

It is in a fantastic location , we got the airport bus 98 in from the airport for six euro. Get off at the Congress stop. You are now on the beach side of the Promenade de Anglais , then cross the road i.e. you are walking away from the beach and walk towards the right up the street and turn up left at the Hard Rock Cafe its 100m on your left down a little drive way. On the way back to the airport walk past the Hard Rock Cafe and the bus stop is basically in front of the Tourist Information on the sea front. The gentleman on reception could not have been nicer and was so helpful in fact it would be hard to find someone as nice and helpful and accommodating - thank you so much. We were given a large double room with comfortable beds and comfy lounge chair and little balcony. Bathroom was lovely, marble bath counter and separate toilet area and also had towel warming rack. All areas were spotlessly clean.They had an open kitchen area and each guest also has access to a private fridge with their own key. There was a free tea and coffee machine to use all day and it was always working.It is a short bus trip to Monaco where you can get bus 100 from the Port for €1.50 per person one way, the scenery is awesome on the way there. Overall there was nothing i could find fault with ,The location of the hotel was excellent, it is in an area with plenty of restaurants and bars and close to the main shopping area and is one block back from the beach. We could not have asked for any more and is very good value for money.

Very friendly staff, clean every where, close to beach, city center, shops and restaurants. There is kitchen, with everything you need, to cook and eat, if you like. There is Fridge in your Room and can have one in the kitchen with a key to lock android keep with you. Good place to stay. I recommend. We stayed 4 nights, WiFi, A/C all working well.

Amazing location, friendly staff and a kitchen! Our room was very big and the bathroom and shower was very nice. It only take 3 minutes to walk to the beach or to the center. The staff was very friendly and they spoke good english. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Nice. Pro tip: If you press Q.MENU and go to Audio Language you can usually change it to “original language” and it will be in english.
