👍👍 Fantastic food and service! Expect English and French. The jhinga masala (prawn curry) was fantastic - as good as any I've had in India, and perhaps even better. Gulab jamun were soft and fluffy and reminded me of my mom's. Cozy little spot, do NOT miss it! Note - my wife pointed out, they do not... We wanted to sit down in two and order one dish to share. In other places in Nice we have been able to do this without any problems. We wanted to do it because we weren't very hungry, but we would have paid the cover anyway. The owner / waitress told us that we had to order two dishes. We did but she continued to treat us badly throughout the evening: € 40 for two dishes that we didn't finish because we weren't hungry. In Italy it is normal for us to share a dish at the restaurant, zero education, really disappointed

Gulab jamun were soft and fluffy and reminded me of my mom's. Cozy little spot, do NOT miss it! Note - my wife pointed out, they do not allow plate sharing! A big miss in what would otherwise be a fantastic score.

The food was amazing. My husband had the best chicken korma we’ve ever tasted. I loved the butter chicken. The server was really nice. Loved the location. We shared a wonderful chaat appetizer with chick peas that I highly recommend. Altogether a perfect dining experience.

First time after I left India about 17 days ago I had amazing Indian food with aesthetic flavours n awesome taste. Bombay aloo dal makhni Kadhai paneer biriyani garlic naan Kashmiri naan n butter naan. All of them tasted super. And on top of that met the couple who owns this restaurant. Raghu full of life and super athletic and Anil ji the magical man behind these tasty dishes. Super chilled guy who loves to cook and joke. And lastly we had Indian masala chai Uff Mazaa hi aa Gaya

Delish food, so filling I wish I had room for more sides and dessert!! They have countless options of gluten free meals, which was just so lovely to pick from

Had amazingly tasty food here on a cold night. I had the Achari chicken and Bombay Aloo with rice. It was some of the best Indian food I've ever had, so flavourful The restaurant was very warm and cozy and the couple running it were so friendly and charming. Would definitely come back.

An awesome experience at a stunning restaurant. Super friendly owners who provide some authentic Indian dishes. I highly recommend the samosas and chicken tikka masala - they were perfect! I can’t wait to visit Nice again to eat here!

We had the tandori and the biryani. It was delicious, the chicken was tender. They will ask you how spicy you want the meal is. Authentic Indian food. A must try if you want to have something else apart from French food.

Not at all authentic. Saag paneer had more oil than Saudi Arabia. Biriyani was made with boneless chicken breast which is not how it’s supposed to be made. Chicken tikka tasted more like paneer. Hostess is not very friendly and forces you to order one main dish per person which no Indian restaurant should make you do because Indian cuisine is family style by default.

Best Indian restaurant my wife and I have dined in since arriving in France. Believe it or not, you can actually get "Indian-hot" spiced food here. Absolutely delicious! Try the Chicken Tikka Masala; the sauce is excellent. So is the Kachucumber Salad and Onion Bhaji. Top off your meal with a Kingfisher Beer and you're all set. Enjoy!

We stumbled across this little quaint restaurant whilst walking about. We are always a bit wary about Indian restaurants as they can be disappointing a lot of the time and having lived near London we had some of the best Indian food. We reserved for later and we were delighted, great menu choices and delicious dishes. Be careful about asking for the food to be extra spicey, we thought it would be best to say we like it spicey but the standard spiceyness would have been enough, we are going to return very soon and earlier as popular stuff does run out.

Some of the best Indian food I have ever had. We were blown away. You must try the samosas, they were perfect. We also had the chicken tikka masala and lamb bhuna. Both were out of this world - perfect amount of spice and the meat was cooked perfect. The owner was absolutely lovely as well. Would definitely recommend and be back!

Amazing! I have Celiac and was assured right away that everything is gluten free except for the naan. Owner/chef is lovely and probably serving. Delicious and will customize to spice preference. Right in Old Nice, but a quiet side street with very pleasant outdoor seating. Ideal! GF fryer also!

We had a truly outstanding meal (take away although I would imagine most dine in). We had biryani and tandoori chicken with a side of nan and cucumber tomato salad with a touch of culinary magic. Highly recommend!!

This restaurant is an absolute gem and truly stands out from the crowd. My spouse and I love coming here when in Nice from New York City. The moment you walk in, you'll be greeted with warm hospitality by Ruby, the owner of the restaurant. Ruby is an absolute delight to speak with, and she has a wealth of knowledge about Indian cuisine and Niçoise culture that she is always willing to share. The food at Route Des Inde is fantastic! The menu features a wide variety of authentic Indian dishes, ranging from classics to inventive dishes. Everything is prepared with the freshest ingredients and cooked to perfection. They even have a mini market boutique where you can purchase spices and culinary products from India. We love the attention to detail that goes into every dish. Each dish is beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. If you're not sure what to order, Ruby is always happy to make recommendations based on your preferences. Route Des Inde lovely hospitality of Ruby to the delicious food, makes always an everlasting wonderful experience when in Nice.

Perhaps a hidden gem in the Old quarter of Nice. We stumbled upon it and had a delicious lunch. Best garlic naan we’ve ever had, and the food overall was really fresh tasting! Would recommend to anyone who loves Indian food. Wonderful hosts who own the restaurant and cook everything from scratch when you order.

We had a wonderful meal here whilst visiting Nice. As a vegan it was amazing that they offered 3 or 4 dishes that were so delicious. The waitress was also so friendly, we had a great experience.
