Nice little hotel, perfectly located. Very educated and friendly team. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and very cute, nice deco. Breakfast is good considering what you're paying for. No complaints.

Our stay here was pleasant, and the room was very sweet. However, just a few things overall. Everything is very cramped here. The corridors are tiny and had cleaning things scattered everywhere, so it was a pain just trying to get to the room. The first steps into the room are also very cramped, and you have to battle with the doors to try and get through the small entranceway, especially with luggage (This was even one of the nicer rooms) The shower in our room was rubbish. It didn't stay on the holder properly and constantly fell off when having a shower. The water pressure was also terrible. Our air conditioning was quite poor. From about 8am some of the staff are also quite loud in the corridors, so it's not great if you want a bit of a lie in. We were told the evening before we left that we could have a later checkout (only by 1 hour) only to then be refused this by someone else the following morning. They also had some pastries/cakes, etc, for guests in the main reception area, but after our first day, we noticed that most of these sat out uncovered from literally morning to evening, even in the heat. It's in a good location and easy walking distance to most places, including the train station. The bed was comfy, and the decor was very nice. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have higher accessibility requirements.

Beautiful decor and design. Room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom small for the room size. You can hear a lot of noises from the corridor and other clients. Breakfast is okay, very simple. Area is very quiet a bit far from the village but walking distance. Would recommend, overall good for the price.

We had an amazing 3 night stay at Villa Otero. The location is amazing (15 mins walk to the beach) and the beds are very comfortable! The rooms are good sized and the air conditioner did its job! Loved our stay

Seems Like France has different Star ratings.. this Hotel is more 2 or 3 Stars. The rooms weren't clean. However, staff was friendly.

Lovely little hotel. Love the room design, it’s thoughtful and everything has a purpose. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. Free WiFi and mini-fridge is a big plus. Only downside is that noise carries throughout the hallways and through the walls.

The service was great, the reception specially Loura is kind and nice and helpful , she raise the hotel’s rating and our stay overall, The location was few steps to train station but around 12 minutes walking to promenade with several bus stop station around, the hotel’s sound insulation was really terrible .

Brilliant location, very close to train station, so perfect for day trips. Hotel is small but has everything you need. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Absolutely gorgeous rooms - beautiful decor, decent size bedroom, huge bathroom, lots of amenities of any kind, AC, safe and everything else that a proper hotel should have, friendly staff. Free coffee, water and other refreshments, croissants at any time of the day. Brilliant location - few minutes walk from the Nice-Ville station, another few minutes walk to the beach. They also do day use rooms, which is very helpful for those who are in Nice for day time only, or for romantic events.

While definitely a small property, the coziness was just what my wife and I needed for our week long stay. It was located convenient to every location we wanted to visit. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend for your stay in Nice.

We have visited many hotels in various cities of France, all with the same level and prices. Here is the best in term of space and all the facilities provided for guests. They even have water and coffee machine that you can use all day. The location is great too, near train station. The staffs are quite nice and helpful. We also have breakfast which is quite good.

Hotel Villa Otero by HappyCulture. A very nice atmospheric hotel in a tenement house. Close to the train station. Very well connected city center with the airport and the rest of the city. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff polite, nice and friendly, always smiling. Buffet food very tasty and a large selection, everyone will find something for themselves typical French breakfasts. Very fast WiFi in the hotel and rooms. Rooms clean and spacious, cleaned daily. There is a kettle with a set of teas and coffee in the room. We stayed on the second floor. There is an elevator in the hotel. I recommend this hotel 100%, the time spent here was another nice experience. We would love to return to this hotel again. Yours faithfully.

Okay I would just give 2 stars my opinion . The reason I gave this is because we booked it looked amazing in pics as usual with all filters . Anyways booked walked from the station a few blocks .i feel this hotel is for students or singles who don’t care where they live and are in a Europe for a budget .this hotel is not for me as we are not old or young we are in middle bracket and we have travelled around the world so it disappointed me . First no place to put bags my bags were in middle and I have to jump over every-time go bathroom or get ready .for me it was too claustrophobic and I had to get out if it ASAP ! This was not the Nice I imagined .anyways it seems they have bigger rooms on top level which we did not know and anyways the area was also very okay fell little run down and sketchy .We left and boy oh boy we were so happy as we went to EZE and stayed there and seriously people should not live in big cities the smaller towns are so much better and all the towns are so accessible in south of France .The best we could have coffe and pastries every day and anytime good perk 😀even the view was a building so could not open windows or shades .This hotel not for me am sure you could find better hotels near water or something my advise stay in EZE its heaven and worth all the money .bathroom and shower door were squished so you have to maneuver :)

Friendly and welcoming staff. Front desk very helpful. The downside is that the hotel is a bit outdated and needs some redecorating (although the current style is very beautiful). There was a smell coming from the sewage that you could even smell in the room with closed bathroom doors. Breakfast was nice and a huge plus was that coffee, tea and some snacks were available throughout the day. Overall, the experience was lovely, but I would say the hotel is more a 3 rather than 4 star.

We stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The team was so lovely and knowledgeable about the area. We loved the whole vibe and the decoration of the room. The bed was so comfortable and we had the best sleep. The location is great to visit in Nice and Monaco. Will be back next time we are in town for sure!

Poor hotel owned by a bunch of liars. Room had mold, and was not at all worth it. Decided to cancel booking, and was told I’d get a refund, but no refund arrived and owner don’t want to take responsibility. Stay away from this hotel at all costs!

A charming Belle Epoque hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, close to the railway station and the main attractions. It is the second time we stayed here as a group of 23 people and everything was perfect. Water, tea, coffee, croissants were available for free all day long. Rooms are big enough to be comfortable, quiet atmosphere, cleaning services every day, quality cosmetics. We felt great at Villa Ottero and we will definitely come back the next year. Thank you for a lovely stay!
