WARNING - do not stay here. Only today, one month later after checking out I received my deposit back, and only after my bank FORCED the chargeback. I arrived to this hotel straight from Nemea Airport Nice, which was new and nice, this hotel also looked nice on pictures... Well do not repeat my mistakes. It's super dated with no working internet, the sink in my room was cracked, the ceiling had water damage, half bulbs were not functioning and were fixed only after a few days... and for this they took 150 euro deposit! Then they didn't provide any cleaning, the reception was not working during the day, when we arrived at 1 pm the hotel was closed at all and you we to wait literally on the road under the door! Then the checkout is at 10 am, and you have to clean the room yourself. 4 stars?! And they never returned the deposit. They said they returned it but they never did. I had to wait for weeks before my bank could charge it back. Nemea Nice returned money without problem without any issues the next day, and this supposedly 4 stars hotel never even apologized! So it's normal for them to make you force your money back and wait for a month!!! Do not giver them a penny. P.S. You don't want to stay there in the middle of nowhere, it's far from Nice or Antibes, there are no nice restaurants and not even supermarket near

Three of us stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. The service apartment was spacious and had all the necessary kitchenware, including a fridge and dishwaser. The rooms were spacious, and bathrooms were well equipped. There were all necessary items like brooms and mops and vacuum present in the room. The view from the balcony was awesome. Staff were very hospitable and polite. Beach was at a walkable distance. The only issue was the tap water, which was hard water, and we had to buy eatercans from outside. But we had plenty of options in walkable distances like Spar, Casino, and InterMarche.

Went for less than a week with my family and enjoyed very much the stay. Nice staff, cool pool and gym, the spa was cool too and the place was very quiet. Has a great location, near the beach and close to the center of the city by public transportation. It was really easy to find the place coming straight from the airport, and it’s also an advantage to have a parking lot. We stayed in a quiet apartment turned to the garbage cans of the hotel 😂 but overall it was nice. The room had a balcony and was ok, with a lot of spaces to put our stuff. It was meant to 6 people but we were just 4, so there was plenty of room for us. We just noticed that there wasn’t enough dishes and etc… we also thought the solution of taking the card of the room out with us to turn the power off was really good to save energy :)

If you are arriving after 8pm make arrangements they will happily leave you instructions and keys and codes to get in your room. The rooms were very nice. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was wonderful.

Over all a very good hotel, and it has a nice pool! Good location close to the sure with all the restaurants there and close to some shops to buy grocery. One big minus is the short open-times for the reception and late check-in and early chek-out, and there was too little things in the kitchen (for example only one glass in a 2 bedroom-flat for 6 people)

Worst hotel/apartment I've ever stayed. They are completely don't care about housekeeping and equipment condition. Dirty bed linen was horrible. Shower holder was completely damage, water went from shower to whole apartment floor. Big potential but waste. And you cannot use flip flops in sauna and jacuzzi area. Big tinea risk

The pool is fabulous. Room is a good size. Staff are lovely. Close to beach and town. Bus stop outside the door. Very happy with my stay

this is service apartment, so donot expect daily cleaning (if you want you can do it your self vacuum cleaner provided in room), in kitchen minimum utensil and electric stove there for your cooking. dont expect a pressure cooker or roller pin or oil etc. hotel was safe and secure, apartment run with min number of staff, so they are not that much cooperating. they can improve on their behavior . they hardly reply emails . last 10 days following for extra charge after my checkout.

The hotel doesn't answer emails, doesn't answer calls, and doesn't answer Booking. never seen such an arrogant hotel in my life... Don't recommend !!!

I have booked with my company, the bed sheets, the pillows and the couch were awful, they smell like puke, the wardrobe had mold inside. I wasn't able to have a good rest also I had skin problems after my stay. I reported that to the reception but they only gave me one pillow in the reception without any consideration. When I did the checkout the staff was not professional, they requested me to pay again the parking because they wasn't able to check with his colleague, even thought I showed a confirmation message that I received from the booking of my company. although they have a swimming pool and SPA..., I don't recommend due to the staff

I had booked 8 nights. Positive: Location, swimming pool good size and clean, easy access to get in and out as automatic gates, underground parking, lift. Negative: We had not clean room, towels and rooms cleaning only per 7 days so all stay no service at all, we had dirty towels, duvet set only for one bed, another bed without duvet , reported but never anybody was interested. In Rooms from main road site very noisy, not possible to relax. Summary: If somebody don’t have high expectations and received good price from the hotel should be good. If received normal price comparing to others hotels it’s not worth. Definitely max 3 stars. We all stay traveled around so personally no drama. The hotel has a potential but needs improve their standard if want get more positive reviews.

Lovely pool and great location. Parking costs 7€ day which should be better communicated.

Room was dirty when we arrived beds were not made up however we were given a free breakfast because of this and it was very good

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment, only thing that bothered us was the lack of cleaning supplies. Also the cleanlines of the apartment was substandard.
