We ordered a Coke Zero without ice and a Monaco. The waiter serves a glass filled with ice cubes, I had to ask him to remove them. The Monaco with a nauseating smell, we point out, the boss is remaking a Monaco that we had not asked for. We only pay for the coke and then the boss yells at us and takes us to task verbally until we disappear from his field of vision. A shame !

The worst place I've ever been. A Monaco served in a glass limited to mustard, a nauseating smell emanating from the glass I signaled to the waiter that he take it away, and that I didn't want anything instead. The owner of the place caught his employee in the air before insulting me by saying that no one complained about his beer. He made my drink again against my will and asked me to drink it. The smell being the same, we got up, paid the other drink and left. He followed me, aggressively demanding that I pay to the store next door. I didn't give up, he continued to yell at me, looking threatening, for 4€40... then he yelled at the waiter that he was the one who was going to pay the two damn... Monaco. ,when we left the gallery he was still screaming at us throughout the area we could hear him. A real piece of trash, who that day, if I wasn't with my partner, would have shut up much more quickly..... To be avoided and banned, him and his very poor quality products. I persist, his beer smells like sewers, if no one dares to tell him, I do...

Passed by today for a drink, we ordered 2 bottles of water, we were served 2 bottles of Evian water with caps but the two bottles did not “click” when opening them. They were clearly bottles filled with tap water... be careful, hygiene services poster noting the establishment "needs improvement". Go your way

Order placed for 2 still bottles of water labeled “Evian”, but the 2 bottles were already opened on arrival with steam inside. Was it really Evian water or rather tap water? Scam in sight… buy water at the supermarket instead.

Je suis tout à fait d'accord avec là personne qui n'a pas bu sont café !!! Malheureusement sa Côte à dégringoler ils faisaient de la bonne cuisine auparavant,les serveurs et serveuse sympas ils y a encore deux années en arrière. À chaque déplacement sur le centre commercial Nice Étoile,je faisais haltes au Carrousel pour déjeuner, deux à trois fois l'année, mais douche froide lundi, cela n'a pas plus Au patron que je lui demande pourquoi ils faisaient lui même le Service !! Vu sa réponse que je garderai pour moi,il à simplement perdu un Client

Coffee was ok but I definitely had better. We arrived 1 hour before closing and they didn't serve the food.

Very good experience, the carousel salad is great! Their dessert is also very good, all with a beautiful presentation. And the staff is very friendly. I don't understand the negative opinions the team receives! I highly recommend between two shopping sessions

Franchement très passable... Bruschetta et croque-monsieur consommable sans plus. À la fin du repas on à commandé 2 café que l'on a attendu 15 mn. L'organisation est à revoir. Ainsi que les prix .

Nous avons été très bien accueillis lors de notre passage à Nice. Le patron est un homme bienveillant, très gentil et de très bonne humeur. Il nous a très bien conseillé et toujours avec le sourire! Les boissons étaient bonnes et nous avons été servis très rapidement. Je recommande totalement cet endroit et je remercie encore chaleureusement le patron pour sa gentillesse.

Undrinkable cappuccino, I left without drinking it.. A mixture of fleet and hard discount coffee. Just look at the photo to understand that they don't know how to work. Apparently the waiter is used to it because he didn't bother to ask me if everything had gone well. Add to that that the place is dirty and the teapot was not cleaned properly (brown marks on the earthenware which must have been there for weeks) The staff is not friendly. We asked what type of tea they had. Apparently, it upset the waiter who had 4 tables that day.
