Perfect place to enjoy delicious breakfast in the heart of Old Nice. Breakfast options are not quite wide, but you'll choose one, but keep in mind that there aren't savory options. The service is fast and staff is nice. You can also emjoy some pastry and cakes.

Went there for brunch, the food was very good but parts of the service would be to improve. Nevertheless I would definitely come again. We had the savory pancakes and the savory toast which were both excellent and copious. For desert you can go inside the restaurant to choose from a display table. We chose the cheesecake which was the best cheesecake I’ve ever eaten. The setting also adds to the experience: very practical as it’s in the vieux Nice and quite picturesque, down a little alleyway with a nice view. What’s keeping me from giving it five stars was the service. We were seated quickly but were just forgotten about. The place was slightly crowded and badly organized, with some staff not being the most professional. We waited about fifteen minutes to get the menu… Once we were noticed though, our waiter was very kind and efficient, and the food came in quickly. Overall very positive experience, I do recommend this as a cute breakfast or lunch spot.

Very friendly service and extremely impressive cake. It had a very fluffly yet juicy consistency and the berries complimented the taste perfectly. The iced coffee was quite delicious as well. Plant-based options available.

Good presentation, food was not good. Service was bad. We had one Nutella and one with berries. They don’t give you enough of either, and the pancakes were very dry. I didn’t finish mine after asking for more berries and they never came. I would save your $$ and time by visiting one of the many street cafes for bread and compote over this overpriced popular spot.

A nice and authentic place in the old city of Nice. The atmosphere is very informal, cozy and welcoming. The terrace offers almost privacy, as it is small and there are just a few tables. The service is excellent! The waitress was extremely patient and kind and explained every single meal from the menu, which was only in French. The food is of decent taste with ingredients of moderate quality, although it is homemade. The range of taste differs from some very delicious hamburgers and sandwiches to an ordinary stake. The cocktails are good looking, but with juicy taste. The desserts are very attractive and are served in a very home appealing style. The brasserie has also a shop, which offers fresh homemade pastries and sweets.

An absolute hidden gem! This small brasserie offers full comfort, hearty friendliness, great service and, of course, top quality food! We were nicely accommodated on the second floor, where you are attractively welcomed by a cozy atmosphere. The staff was extremely amiable and helpful - since the food menu was only in French, they kindly explained the meals with great detail, and even offered us alternatives for undesired ingredients. When our lunch arrived, we were pleasantly surprised not only by the beautifully arranged plates, but by the quality and taste as well! Personally, I was extremely impressed by the ‘Tartine de Marinette’ - a big slice of bread, with crunchy crust yet very soft middle, presented in a rich combination of philadelphia, veggies and parmesan. The burger and steak were okay, nothing extraordinary, but when it comes to the dessert - a delicate, homemade tiramisu was a perfect ending to our lunch! The texture was soft and smooth, and very delicious! What fascinated us the most, was the way of serving some of the desserts - they do that right in front of you, right from the big tray to the personal portion! Moreover, the beverages were appetizing and very refreshing, ideal for a hot day! Of course, we were not deprived of complementary bread, although we didn’t quite need it for our meals. Last but not least, on our way out we took a glimpse of the delightful interior, which creates a remarkable homey and comfy environment. There is also a coffee counter and an aesthetic visual display of sweet and savory French pastry. All in all, a must-go for a lovely breakfast or lunch, especially if you are a sweets-lover!

I loved it. Cute place in a small street with lovely parasols and tableware. The staff was friendly and fast. We enjoyed our breakfast: fluffy pancakes and a nice yoghurt with granola. We only were a bit short on the sauces. But besides that I would recommand this place!

Food & Drink 8/10 The rocher coco was outstanding. Not too dense and the perfect amount of sweetness. Could never get something like this in the states. The only reason it isn’t a 10 is because we just came from Italy and I ordered a cappucino that just didn’t hit the same as those in Rome and Milan. Atmosphere 10/10 This cafe has the best interior decor I took notes for my apartment. Loved the fact that there was indoor and outdoor seating, so many small details that perfected the entire aesthetic. Light wood and bright sunlight streaming in was the vibe. Service 9/10 Our waitress was super friendly and got all of our orderings in pretty quickly.

Quintessentially charming French bistro for lunch or brunch offering fresh and healthy food with outdoor rattan seating & some indoor seating as well. It's on a small, shady lane between two buildings which is helpful when the weather is hot. Had the vegetable bowl with seared tuna & fresh lemonade which hit the spot for a light lunch. The only downside - the serving staff was on the youngish side & not very attentive. Perfectly ok if you have some time on your hand to while away the time & enjoy the food.

Really nice and cozy place hidden in the streets outside the main plaza of the old town. Extremely charming. Staff were just amazing, so helpful and friendly. So happy to have experienced this place, and would absolutely return another time.

It's as good as people say, I had the breakfast menu with red fruit pancake and a café crème. Everything tasted nice and the presentation was lovely. And although the waiter speaks English, he didn't switch upon hearing my horrible French, thanks! Hahah ♡
