I do realise this place gets quite a few negative reviews but if you just need a quick coffee or drink then this really felt like the coolest option in Terminal 1.

The waitress got the manager when I complained . She asked what the problem was and when told that I wasn’t happy with my plate, sucked a teeth, removed the plate and that was that. I assumed she was going to rectify the problem. I was left looking at my children eating-as nothing was done about it. I’ve never had such bad service at a restaurant in my life and just because it happens to be in a busy airport I really cannot find any excuses for it. Appalling!
