We
typically
only
go
to
Mercy
urgent
cares,
but
on
a
late
Sunday
evening,
this
was
our
only
option
-
unfortunately
it
was
an
awful
experience
and
we
won’t
ever
be
back
or
recommend.
My
young
child
is
extremely
ill
and
I
felt
better
having
her
seen
immediately
rather
than
waiting
for
her
pediatrician
on
Monday.
We
arrived
at
7:00pm,
an
hour
before
their
listed
close
time.
Upon
walking
in
there
wasn’t
really
any
sort
of
a
greeting.
I
informed
the
front
desk
lady
that
my
child
needed
to
be
seen
and
tested
for
possible
Covid.
I
gave
her
a
run
down
of
her
symptoms
and
went
to
do
the
online
paperwork.
After
about
20
minutes
the
front
desk
lady
said
our
insurance
wasn’t
valid.
This
was
a
surprise
to
me
because
nothing
has
changed.
When
I
asked
how
much
it
would
cost
to
just
do
self
pay
because
I
really
wanted
her
to
be
seen,
her
response
was
“well
what
do
you
want
us
to
see
her
for?”…
UHH
HELLLLLLO!!!!
She
obviously
is
ill.
Her
attitude
was
honestly
enough
for
me
to
not
even
want
to
give
them
my
business.
A
few
minutes
after
we
left..
the
front
desk
lady
also
left.
Which
is
odd
because
it
was
only
7:20.
I
feel
like
my
child
was
denied
care
because
they
were
ready
to
close.
I
took
my
child
to
her
actual
doctor
today
to
find
out
1.
She
does
have
active
insurance
(wow!)
2.
She
was
positive
for
flu
AND
Covid.
This
could
have
been
treated
much
sooner
if
it
wasn’t
for
the
careless
staff
at
this
place!
DO
BETTER!
