Absolutely the best service possible. They came out, diagnosed the problem as AC motor was frozen up, got it replaced, and had air back on in less than 24 hours over a Friday night and Saturday morning. Grateful to have AC on a projected 103 degree day! Thanks Chris and Staff!

Edmond Air is one of four local HVAC business I contacted for HVAC replacement, as I'd rather shop local than use a company that's paying for all the billboards you see around Oklahoma. At any rate, come the day of my appointment Edmond Air contacts me to move my appointment to the following day, saying their technician got into a car crash. Fair enough, things happen and I was just glad they contacted me. Well, the following day comes and they don't show, they don't call, nothing. So I reach out, the young lady I talked with said she would get back to me as she seemed confused as to what was going on. Eventually I get a call back from a guy this time, again acting like they had no idea what was going on but told me they could make it out on Monday. Well, today is Monday and it's another no call, no show. So, I can't speak for the quality of their work or their prices, but I can say that they just lost a potential customer and any potential referral from me to other homeowners. I'll also be letting my real estate agents know, as this was very unprofessional.

5th time we have used Edmond Plumbing for service issues. This time it was a frozen outdoor faucet. They have great communication, arrive on time, come in and make an assessment and do what they say they'll do, and even a little more. We will use them again and recommend them.

This company is the best!!! Every time I have called, they have come out as soon as they were able. They always let us know when someone was coming out later They always give us a call before they come out so we can be aware they are on their way. Their prices are reasonable and affordable for us. We called after 5:00 on a Friday when our AC wasn't working and we were desperate for some help! Conner was incredibly kind on the phone, showed up quickly, and took the time to explain what was going on and even walked me through what the parts of our AC unit were (clueless first time homeowner here!). I have never used this business but I did just witness one of their technicians pull over in the middle of a flooded road and pull an obstructing bumper out of the way after many had simply sped past. So I’m willing to bet they are good folks and do good work if that’s the type of people they hire! Good on ya!

They did a fantastic job. My water tank broke, and they arrived within 2 hours, quickly diagnosed the issue, expedited our repairs because we had a kid, and gave a generous discount to our repairs. Within 6 hours we had a brand new tank system and updated all parts violating city code. Will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks Connor!

I have used Edmond AC since moving to Edmond in 2017. I have been very happy with their professionalism, communication and always trying to minimize the costs.

I have used Edmond Air many years and have always had good service. They are punctual, professional and seem very competitively priced.

They worked on our plumbing on Friday. It worked until Saturday. Called and left message with answering machine and never returned our call. Had to call other Plumbing business and they charged less for working on a Saturday. Edmond Air sent two guys out. The other company on Saturday only sent one young man. Will not use Edmond Air again.

What an awesome company!!! We started using them 3+ years ago and we won't change. We are now part of their maintenance program so we'll see them twice a year! Every technician that has been to our home has been exceptional, very customer oriented and friendly! If you are looking for a reliable company with great technicians this is the one!

We have used them several times in 2022 including new air conditioner and hot water heater. After the air conditioner was replaced our garage was covered in saw dust. They built a platform in the garage and didn't clean up. The hot water heater has not seemed right since we got it. Including the water pressure and the water is just different, also there was trash left in our garage. The first call back someone came out to work on the water pressure and said the problem was in the wall. He tore out the handle in the shower and replaced it and the shower head. Charged us $350 and the problem wasn't fixed. Tried to sell me something that "will be about $50 a month". Why do I need that after getting a hot water heater replaced? I called again to ask questions and was told I would have to talk to the plumber that did the work and that he would call me. He never did. Life happened and I'm just now able to follow it up, but am going to spend at least a service call to another plumber to see what the problem is. There are plenty of other plumbers in town. I would call someone else.

this company is great! they were quick to get to my house. service tech could not have been nicer and knew exactly what was wrong with my furnace. he got the part & it was fixed. my whole family uses this company , would highly recommend.

Daniel and his coworkers were extremely professional and finished the job exactly as described. Once finished, Daniel took the time to explain how to check on the sewer line and answered all questions. They also gave a better, fair, price compared to our first quote. Will definitely use them again.

I live in Edmond and had a new roof put on. My tall flue pipe became a way to tell which way the wind was blowing. There was a 90 degree fitting literally in the roof cap, Called them in the morning and they got there the same day. Brandon was incredible. Very professional and had the parts on the truck. He replaced all the flues except the tall stack thru the roof and sealed the roof where the pipe came out. That had already been painted by the roofers. What he did was PERFECT! Before it was a mismatched bunch of fittings that was horrible looking. He nailed it perfect.

We were in a pinch to replace a sewer line which had already been dug up. Roger came quickly and gave an estimate and they were able to complete the job THE SAME DAY. Service was above and beyond and he was very professional and answered all our questions. We could not have asked for a better experience. They did an excellent job and we would highly recommend them.

Roger and the crew came out, gave me a very reasonable estimate, clearly explained the differences between the different units, and I did not feel pressured at all to change my selection to a more expensive pair of furnace/AC units. There were no unexpected costs. The crew showed up when they said they would. Buying an AC and furnace is one of the lousiest things to spend money on, but you certainly appreciate it come summer and winter, and Edmond Air made it an easy, frustration-free process. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Chad quickly arrived about two hours after I called the office for help with my HVAC system. He was friendly, polite, and corrected the issue I was experiencing with an unusual blower wheel noise quickly. He took the time to ensure the rest of my HVAC system was in good working order before he was on to his next job. I could not be happier with the response time and Chad's service.

Service above and beyond, of course it was a hot day and my A/C wasn't blowing cold when I walked in. Angela was very courtious and professional, she dispatched a tech to my house the same day. Mark was also very professional and had restored cold air blowing in short while.

These guys are some of the most friendly and service-oriented folks around. They offer competitive pricing, and top-notch service. Mark came out last week and serviced our AC unit and gave us a quote for some plumbing work. A younger gentleman (forgot his name, sorry!) came out and performed a less-than-straightforward kitchen faucet replacement and a hose bib, and provided some recommendations to prevent future repairs. Both he and Mark were extremely courteous and professional. We’ll most likely use them to replace our aging water heater and for any repairs that may pop up going forward.

Did great work but charged outrageous prices. He was here 10 min and I get a $495 charge sent to me. He charged me $175/lb on the R-410A added to my system which then I soon find out after talking to my HVAC friend (only charges $70/lb) that he is charging way too much. I understand the service fee but no need to try and make that much profit off refrigerant. My dad got his done for $100. I guess do your research before you call someone out. He did take $50 off when I told him this which was ver nice but still they are way to high. He was still very nice and came quickly but don’t use them if you have to refill your refrigerant.
