🏠 One of the best authentic boutique hotels in Nicosia, Cyprus. Neat clean, close to Lidras street, local pubs, bars, restaurant and other local amenities. 🍕🍷 You can have the best Neapolitan Pizza of the Eastern Mediterranean region thanks to @funky.dough (Yes, no jokes on that!). Wine selection is high quality and elaborately selected.

Absolutely gorgeous decor and paintings! Kettle in the room with fresh water, tea/coffee-making and a fridge. Excellent shower. Comfortable beds. Perfectly clean. Decent sized room. Beautiful garden to sit out in, in the morning: it's total bliss! Friendly, helpful staff who make the utmost effort to have a wonderful stay. Good location. Livelier on a Wednesday, Friday and I think Saturday in the restaurant in the garden, open for pizza, but doesn't disturb. Delicious! You may need to book in advance. Breakfast is yummy! Very good coffee. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Uniquely position in the old Town but only 7 mins walk into the Main Town centre. Walk 5 mins the other way into the Market and the Border crossing to Greek Nicosia. Great place to just relax or explore this Historical Island. The rooms are comfortable and Breakfast is traditional and substantial. The Owner and staff are very proactive and deal with any problems immediately. Three times a week there is an in house fabulous pizza and music night which finishes around 10pm to allow a good night's sleep. Don't miss this tremendous Hotel, I'll becoming agian

We were a couple and stayed here for one night. For a couple of reasons, we would not recommend to come here. When we arrived, they told us on the phone that the room will be available in one hour. When we arrived, they said the room will be available in maybe 2 hours - lot of delays without really being apologetic about it. We only learned that they have a bar in the backyard, when we checked in. We had a room on the ground floor, basically 10 centimeters distance to the people sitting outside in the courtyard partying. They told us the bar is closing at 10.30pm. When we came home around 11pm - party was in full swing and it was extremely loud. Breakfast is only served from 8:30am onwards, which we found rather late. When we arrived at the breakfast at 8:40am, nothing was really prepared yet and the only waiter there told us, breakfast will be ready in 10 min. In fact, no breakfast before 9:15…. So, if you are a timely person, or a person with a schedule, this place is not for you. Additionally, the rooms were not cleaned very properly. Although the showers were nice and relatively newly built - it seemed that the shower was never cleaned since they built it (eg lime stains). For a cleaning of a 7 square meter room, that delayed our check in for hours, I would have expected a very clean room. Breakfast is pita toast with tomato, cucumber, olives and feta. Coffee is only served with cow milk, no alternatives.

Djumba Hotel & Café is a lovely boutique hotel, located slightly out of the center of North Nicosia, on the corner of a street. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful and generous. The rooms are good, and so is the coffee. The restaurant just opened up again (on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays). We had a great time en great conversations. Oh and do try the local craft beer from OO's brewery (which is down the street). If you are traveling here with a rental car from the Republic of Cyprus (the Greek speaking part of the island), it is best to leave your car on the Republic side, and walk to the hotel. There are plenty of parking lots (about 3 euro per day), and the walk goes through the main shopping street of Nicosia.

Stayed here for about ten days while visiting for a family members wedding. The service and staff were incredibly kind and professional. The room was very clean and the perfect size. Location is perfect as well you can walk to many different fun restaurants and bars. Will stay here again when I return.

Lovely small hotel ideally situated in Lefkoşa. Short walk to Ledra crossing and lots of lovely bars. Rooms well appointed and comfortable. Will stay again.

Nice, cozy place. Authentic Cyprus building. Did not experienced the hotel side but the pizza was awesome. Great gourmet pizza's available at the garden. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic time at Djumba. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, both leading up to our check-in and during our stay. The view out of our window was lovely, the breakfast was perfect, and the location is a stone's throw away from the city's historic sights. Would highly recommend!

We travelled as a (mature) couple, doing a bit of backpacking. We arrived a little bit early and we’re met by the owner, Orhan - who was a pleasure to meet. We left our bags while the room was sorted for us. When we returned, we found our room to be excellent - and very good value. All if the staff were great! Breakfast was good, as was the coffee! I’ve seen criticism on here, but come on people, what do you expect for your money? Orhan, we felt that your boutique hotel was great. Now, onto the Funky dough pizza night…..first of all the funky bit - great music all night long (I’m an old ‘funkster’!) and the pizzas were some of the best my wife and I have had anywhere! All round we had a wonderful stay. RECOMMENDED 10/10 Paul and Angela Walker

We didn’t stay at the hotel but we ate at Funky Dough. They are only open Wednesday Friday and Saturday. You need a reservation. And they only serve pizza. The pizza came quickly but I think it was just good timing for when we ordered. We noticed a table near us that seemed to be waiting a long time (they came about a half an hour after we ordered). The pizza selection was good. The mushroom pizza had great potential but it was definitely missing something. Maybe something zesty. All in all it was a great experience. And we will be back.

My wife and her sister got there, the owner claimed he had a taxi company. All lies. The place is small and looks like a hostel, I don't understand how it turns itself into a hotel. We have recordings of conversations with him that I will also upload. One-sided conversations where two women sit in the dark and there is not even emergency lighting. Trying to call and send photos for over 45 minutes. No response, only when they called him from Booking did he answer. The rooms are shabby. They were completely alone. Although the advertisement says there is a counter service. As soon as they got a key the guy disappeared from the scene. They couldn't ask anything. They decided in a flash that they would sit in the dark in a not sympathetic place at all. leave the place The owner is rude. Although they did not stay there more than ten minutes, he did not agree to return even two nights. Although they did not receive any service. There is no cafe or restaurant there. Booking apologized to us, and we intend to go to the press as well so that there will be a more serious check on the part of Booking regarding the places it enters. This is disrespect to the customer. After running away from there we saw that despite the high score..really strange, there are a lot of complaints. Do not recommend getting close. Take a normal hotel with reception services.

Great hotel experience on the turkish side of the old town. Good service, nice and clean room and bathroom, fun café/entrance area, delicious breakfast, wi-fi, nice design. Location is in an interesting neighborhood and not far from the crossing point, so don't be afraid to stay on the turkish side and explore the area. Excellent value. Wish I could have booked another night.

👍 Its a fantastic location, clean and with a lot of cozyness. The waiters are polite and the ambiente is really great. The main task of a Restaurant is certainly the food and as a Steak lover plus ex owner of a Restaurant I cannot give 5 Stars. The meat is good, but we ordered two different pieces of...
