tried
and
gave
them
another
chance
but
this
time
My
recent
visit
to
this
restaurant
left
me
extremely
dissatisfied.
Despite
arriving
ahead
of
others
in
line,
I
watched
in
disbelief
as
the
person
who
ordered
after
me
received
their
food
promptly.
This
was
a
frustrating
and
disappointing
experience.
To
make
matters
worse,
I
must
commend
the
cashier
for
their
exceptional
service.
They
were
polite,
efficient,
and
clearly
doing
their
best.
It's
a
shame
that
the
same
level
of
dedication
to
customer
satisfaction
didn't
extend
to
the
kitchen
staff.
It's
evident
that
this
restaurant
has
significant
issues
with
their
kitchen
operations
and
food
delivery
process.
While
the
cashier
did
an
excellent
job,
I
ultimately
judge
a
restaurant
by
the
quality
of
its
food
and
overall
service.
Regrettably,
I
won't
be
returning
until
they
can
resolve
these
issues.
My
experience
at
Piatsa
Gourounaki
was
far
from
satisfactory.
Despite
ordering
a
simple
sandwich,
I
found
myself
waiting
for
an
excessive
20
minutes,
which
negatively
impacted
my
overall
dining
experience.
The
lack
of
productivity
in
the
kitchen
was
evident,
and
it
felt
like
the
staff
were
not
taking
their
responsibilities
seriously,
leading
to
unnecessary
delays.
Improvements
in
their
efficiency
and
professionalism
are
necessary
to
enhance
customer
satisfaction
and
encourage
repeat
visits
