In the more than a year I've been in a building managed by Seven Property Group Ltd, my experience with this company has clearly been disappointing on every level. Worst of all are the recurring and urgent problems of sewage overflowing into the lobby, which are not dealt with as the urgency of the situation dictates. This regularly renders the building unsanitary, forcing residents to walk in piss for days on end with an unbearable sewage odor throughout. All this despite the residents' repeated requests for intervention from Seven Property. Their website is very nice, as are their offices, this group knows how to make money, for the rest, go the other way! If I could have put zero stars, I would have, it would have been closer to reality.

Please avoid this company. The worst experience with their lazy manager. Rude, arrogant and does nothing - never answering on phone, if you need any help - you get just ignoring. But when it’s time to get money - they demand them… are you sure, guys, you earned them?! Anyway, if you need a good service to buy/sell your property - contact any other agency - not this. Hope this comment safe your time/money and nerves!

Great experience, super profesional, answering fast.

We have been using Seven Properties Group for the past one year to manage a new building In Larnaca. Our experience is that they are not professional and not transparent. After asking multiple times for a financial statement, one year latter it was discovered that three apartments are not being invoiced. With no clear explanation. There is no follow up on complaints from the owners for simple things.

A very disappointing company. I have been renting from them in several parts of Cyprus and have never met such unprofessional people.

Over the last 1 year Seven Property Group Ltd is managing the building where I owe a flat. My experience with them so far is disappointing to say the least. I have experienced a total lack of professionalism at all levels of the organization, slow and ineffective response to issues and low level of services. Despite numerous written and verbal complaints and repeat re-assurances from their side that the services will improve this did not happen till today. They are in my opinion unable to meet any of the high standards of services that they advertise in their webpage.

Seven Property Group has been taking care of our communal services at Saint Nicholas Complex in Oroklini for years now and they have fixed up many problems we had with the building. We are very satisfied with their services. Highly recommended.

My family and I always stay at the seven apartment in Ipswich for the holidays. It's a very neat apartment, quiet and is situated in the perfect environment for shopping. Clair is always very helpful. Checking in and out is stress free. I would highly recommend this place for individuals and families who love to cook their own meals as almost every thing needed is provided to ensure you have a comfortable stay.
