My stay at MA P hotel (in October 2022) was so enjoyable that the first thing I did after going back home was to book again for the holiday season. Everything at the hotel is a pleasure for the senses! From the modern ambiance, to the smart rooms, to the charming hotel scent, the gym, the spa, the excellent SCALE restaurant, its beautiful bar, and indulging menu, whether for breakfast or dinner. The hotel staff is super friendly, I even still recall the names of the spa and restaurant crew, and the hotel manager, a very kind lady! A modern gem in the heart of Nicosia. Very highly recommended.

Faultless experience at one of the most comfortable, well serviced and fabulous hotels I have stayed in for a very long time. There is no other hotel to even consider in Nicosia, the MAP is in a league of its own and shows a level of experience other establishments could learn from. To begin the booking process was handled by Despo who seamlessly arranged a room for my wife's birthday stay and made me feel everything was arranged professionally even before I had arrived. Upon arrival, the room was impeccably clean and modern with excellent digital features but still warm and cosy. Automatic lighting welcomed me to a bathroom with a selection of shower pods that gave me an invigorating shower spa experience. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony presented a lovely city view. The staff and service was of a grade I would expect of a top London hotel and even exceeded some of the high end establishments I have stayed in before. They have certainly achieved the perfect balance of professionalism and personal attention at this hotel. Being warmly greeted by the staff, particularly Pela or Evi each day, who genuinely make it their goal to ensure you are looked after with a supreme level of care was a breath of fresh air and a wonderful start to our days. I will surely return to this hotel and I leave today with only fond memories of an excellent experience that exceeded my expectations. Thanks to all at MAP for looking after my wife and I during our stay, it was simply perfect.

Very modern rooms, comfortable and clean. Great breakfast and an amazing staff. A bit more expensive than the average hotel in Nicosia, but worth every cent. My new choice to stay at when in Nicosia!

A very modern hotel - it is very clear it was designed with a lot of care and is run with true passion. The rooms are immaculate, sleek, and simply beautiful; the location is fantastic. A separate note on hospitality: while there was a bit of a misunderstanding, the owner swiftly stepped in to resolve the issue. This incredible degree of ownership and responsibility really impressed us. Finally, the restaurant in the hotel (Scale) is fantastic. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and keen to keep the highest level of service. Would definitely come back to this hotel next time we are in Nicosia

Although the menu looked a bit basic the food was actually nice. The ingredients were fresh and of great quality and the portions were generous. The dishes were priced averagely but the beverages and water were surprisingly overpriced.

I visited Map Hotel in July and I must admit that my stay there exceed my expectations. It is a very modern new built hotel that has everything you need. The room was spacious with a very unique design and very techi (everything can be controlled through your remote). The gym is well equipped and quiet so you can enjoy your workout. The staff is very friendly and always have a big smile. Thanks to Miss Evi for all the tips she gave me about the city and to Niko who helped me on my arrival (even to order food as I didn't have access to any of the food apps). Really lovely stay I would highly recommend.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this sets a very high standard. My stay was absolutely flawless- with the hotel arranging excellent airport transfers both ways. The bathroom setup is amazing with essential oil shower pods that are just brilliant and elemis shower gel, shampoo and creams as well If I could change one thing, that would be to have tea / coffee making facilities in the room- but that's only because I love a brew first thing. Keep up the outstanding work team MAP you are all a credit to this amazing hotel

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It's located within walking distance from the city center and all the cafes and restaurants. There are digital features in the rooms and hotel which make your stay comfortable and easy. The restaurant has amazing food with a friendly team. The room cleaning is excellent and the rooms are spacious. Basically, you feel like you want to stay at the hotel all day. Another thing that I should note is that my morning conversations with the PR Manager, Evi truly make my day! She's so warm and makes me feel at home since I'm traveling solo. If you're traveling to Nicosia, don't think twice and book this hotel. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel steps from the old town (they are constructing a path across from the hotel over the old moat that is already open though it appears under construction). Staff was top notch, especially the manager, front desk ladies, and Constantina,,who makes her own teas in the restaurant (be sure to ask for them at breakfast—locally sourced). Rooms are stylish and modern with touch lights for various settings. Nice little balcony as well. Recommend a higher room or one not facing the street for quiet though from the street view you can see the Venetian Walls just across.

I am a guest now and will check out tomorrow. This small hotel is beautifully designed and very well located. The service is outstanding with a friendly staff willing to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. The restaurant, Scales, is excellent both in food, drink and service.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the MAP Boutique Hotel. Their staff was very professional and helpful to all of our requests, including our dietary constraints. Their lunch and dinner menu is frankly stunning by its quality and originality. The rooms are spacious and very well designed. On top of that the hotel is located at a walking distance from the old city center and from the new city center. Finally a parking is available free of charge for clients. A must stay in Nicosia!

MAP is a very nice place to stay when in Nicosia. Clean and friendly environment. There was no iron in the room but besides that everything was great. Excellent breakfast options and a well equipped gym.

MAP is undoubtedly the best place to stay in Nicosia. The location is perfect for its walkability to the old city and to the more modern shopping, restaurants, and cafes that surround it. The views from the rooms of the Venetian walls and the mountains beyond are stunning, particularly early morning and at dusk. Our room was very thoughtfully designed and spacious enough to accommodate my wife and I and our two small children. The staff was very accommodating and extremely polite, and the included a la carte breakfast at their restaurant Scale was something to look forward to each morning. I’ve been to Nicosia many times and this hotel sets the bar.

This hotel is perfect! I love the minimal design and all the high quality materials which are used for furniture, pillows, mattresses etc. Moreover there are local sweets in the room as a welcome gift and many other little details. Breakfast and the whole restaurant menu is delicious! The hotel staff is very friendly. We also liked Eleftheria Square which is a sort of park/square right across the street. All in all Map is a great experience!

A modern and newly built hotel located in the city of Nicosia, extremely clean, perfectly decorated, and guests’ friendly, offering a memorable experience to anyone visiting it. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the friendly receptionist Theodora that made my business trip more interesting by giving me her advice and tips about the city. I had lunch at Scale Restaurant and was so lucky to taste the excellent menu that has the signature of the famous Greek Chef Athinagoras Kostakos. Highly recommended! The Legend Spa experience was absolutely magic! Last but not least, I would also like to personally thank Mrs. Spanou, PR Manager, that upgraded my stay by warmly welcoming me to the lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for taking just that little step extra for your guests.

Ultra-modern boutique hotel, located in the heart of Nicosia, walking distance from old town. Excellent service, amazing restaurant, sparkling clean everything. Basic room (“Essential”) better than advertised: exquisite sound-proofing, tasteful aromatherapy, a very comfortable mattress, and all the amenities for a good night’s sleep. Very well thought out and equipped (unlike some minimalist hotels with no place to hang a towel). Breakfast (included) was a culinary delight. Will definitely go back!

In the center of Nicosia close by the old part of the city , this is a fresh new place fully modernized for travelers and not only. The locals visit this great place for its restaurant too as the chef (who happens to be the owner too) takes personally every single order. Fantastic brunch and exquisite dishes served by a well experienced staff. Great potential by a great team which works like a family and gives its best for our well being. Congrats to everyone! It’s been a long time since I left a hotel with such joy. Everything at the MAP is perfect. First, I really love the design everywhere. The rooms are superbly modern decorated. We really felt great. Amenities are fantastic, especially this kind of capsule that you put into the shower, I had never seen this before. Also the view from the room and the balcony were perfect. Everyone at the hotel is super nice. From the hotel manager (such a welcoming, friendly woman who really made the effort to make everyone feel comfortable) to the staff at the reception and the restaurant. Moreover, the included breakfast is to die for. Such delicacies and so well presented. Incredible. Finally, the location is superb. A couple of minutes walk to the old town and at the new town with all the fancy shops and restaurants. A perfect stop to discover Nicosia or to make it a hub to discover the rest of the country. I cannot recommend it enough!

Very modern, black and white themed room. Excellent location with a non-hotel owned parking lot. Walking distance to the boarder and the next door to a wonderful new (2021) Eleftheria Square by Zaha Hadid Architects. Make your way to this property you won't be disappointed!

A word of advice, please do not miss the opportunity to eat in the SCALE restaurant at this hotel. Stylish and contemporary dining very reasonably priced too We enjoyed some incredible Mediterranean dishes in the restaurant the flavours were awesome and so beautifully presented. Amazing place super clean . Perfect location. Absolutely friendly staff , and very well trained and professional. It’s just fantastic . It’s worth every penny . Definitely my place next time i am in town , and if u are a food lover, then u got yourself one of the best restaurants in town . Hint ( try their steak ) . And i got an amazing massage and body treatment so relaxing and refreshing.

A super neat hotel. Modern, techi, minimalistic, and very clean. Black and white are almost the only colour in the place. The gym is well equipped, modern and professional. The stuff are lovely, welcoming and friendly. The location is only a couple of minutes from the old city. Enjoy 😊
