Lemon Tree was great stay in. The restaurant especially has some amazing food options. Even thought some bookings do not have breakfast included , there were a plethora of options. Such tastefully curated menu shows the chef took such attention to detail in this regards. Staff was very helpful and interactive. Location was also convenient to move around the city. Definitely recommend this place.

I checked in late night today. Am a regular avid traveller. Paid advance at check in like most hotels would ask for. Afrer check in ordered some food. Room service delivers it and asks for advance payment. I was shocked when they refuse to put it in room tab. Haven't seen anything like this in 30 years of my travel. Complete jerks. Am not sure why they make hotels when they can't treat customers with respect. Avoid this hotel for sure.

Great service.. Food is great Staff is very much welcoming. Prefer week days to get decent service. Menu is decent. We had breakfast buffet for 2 people 1410/- .worth spending. Amazing experience. Had all types of breakfast items like Indian, Western foods e.t.c Overall great experience.

The hotel is situated on the main Bandhar road of Vijayawada. The rooms are very neat and clean, as it is newly built. The food is also very good, with a lot of options to choose from. Both breakfast and dinner which I had were having loads of options and it was difficult to control your emotions. The dessert spread in the dinner has a mix of options ranging from ice cream, north Indian to South Indian sweets. The best part is the staff, who will surely remember you in your next visit and greet. The chef will personally come and ask about the food. They will also prepare in case those items are not in the buffet menu. Overall, a very nice and refreshing experience. Happy staying!!!

We stayed here for 3nights. Nice staff and great ambience. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Well maintained property. Located in center of the city shopping street and easily accessible to the temple, hospital and shopping places. The only issue during our stay was the food was a bit overpriced and taste was average. But they do have a wide spread for the buffet. I request the hotel to change the tea taste. It doesn’t taste like tea at all … It has more of milky flavor in it. They need to rework on this .

I look the employees working here are very casual right from q reception. They don’t greet the customer, I look at them as why did the client come to the hotel to stay . Very bad reception…. Staff. When it comes to room service…. He sounded as if why did I even call him. He sounded as if I am asking good for free. Pathetic service for such for such great brand !!

Was attended AP Rifle Shooting Association felicitation event for the recent state shooting championship. Ambience is good. Property was neat and clean. And the service is excellent.

First point or be noted right at a u turn😂. Loved the room got it one the 4th floor. The terrace pool mvah. Service is great. Price wise, would recommend to book online. Food is costly so just ordered french fries, the gave quite the amount. Washrooms are over the mooooooon. Overall loved it💕.

I had a wonderful experience at the lemon tree hotel vijayawada . The buffet dinner was delicious and had a variety of dishes to choose from. The staff was courteous and attentive, especially Dinesh, who made sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and Dinesh Hospitality is wonderful.

Hospitality at it’s best. The hotel is located at right place with beautiful ambience and a decent restaurant. Food is amazing and had enough of items. Best part is there is a Inox right beside the hotel and Thanks to that reception girl karishma for helping out with the quiries and showaround of the hotel. Would like to visit again

We booked a banquet hall, Ambiance is pretty good, food and service I feel not comfortable, the plates are not clean and the food was OK

Pros 1. Spacious and clean rooms 2. Good breakfast spread 3. Centrally located Cons 1. Constant road noise into the rooms till midnight (specifically the road facing ones X001 to X006 or 7?) 2. Residual cigarette smell in a non smoking room. We had to switch and that ordeal took 15-30 minutes of back and forth to resolve.

The ambience is lovely, what I fell in love it more was the buffet they catered for my friends haldi ceremony. It was absolutely divine.

Rooms are not that clean. I had small cockroaches in my room. But if you are looking for a budget friendly option it can be a good choice. Staff is polite and cooperative plus the location is also a plus point as it is located on the main road. You will find good places to eat and shop around the hotel in walking distance only.

The Room service was pathetic. Food is very good. That was the only saving grace. Staff is well behaved. However, the response for room service needs drastic improvement. They donot even respond even after calling for room service multiple times. This is not expected of a hotel with such a reputation.

Located on main road of the city...Easy to reach. Rooms are well maintained with complete luxury facilities & amenities. Service quality is one of the best. I had morning comolementary breakfast which is really good.

It's a new hotel and quite nice. Staff is courteous rooms are well maintained. Need more options for food though. The buffet closes at @3pm and in room dining offers limited options. There is a Chinese restaurant too but we didn't get a chance to visit that. Buffet breakfast has a good spread.

Had been there with family for dinner Good: 1) Taste of food 2) Ambience 3) They gave us a separate room temporarily, when we asked for private space to a mother for feeding the baby. This is super good hospitality, as they went out of their way. Bad: 1) Serving was not so great. My mom was not served the main course. 2) We had to "ask" for finger bowls. The Ugly: 1) There is no lift from underground parking to hotel entrance. 2) The second underground floor is shabby. 3) The valet was not offered, I had to search and ask if it was available. 4) My car was having a lot of dust when the valet brought it back at the end of the visit

The hotel is centrally located, close to both railway station and bus stand. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Only thing bad about this place is it's food which is horrible. I tried their tea and snacks in the evening along with other guests for which I was charged 2000+taxes. The tea was heavily diluted and the pakoras had no salt.

The best place to spend some quality time here. First of all I like the ambience of this place , too hygiene good staff and great quality services. May be this was the finest hotel in entire vijaywada. Moreover the food was really nice. There's a mall was starting beside this hotel and it should be a advantage and the combination of this two will become the land mark in vijaywada.

stayed there for one and half day for my temple visit.the hotel is awesome.staffs are very well mannered.food and rooms are excellent.my most memorable event happened in the end .my wife in a hurry left gold bangles in the room.mr ravi kumar deputy executive housekeeper called us and returned the bangles within an half an hour we left hotel .i was shocked and happy for their honesty. this is what separates from true professionals to others.my best wishes to ravikumar and god bless him for showing such an honesty.thanks lemon tree hotel vijayawada . i will recommend this hotel to all my friends,

Its a pleasant Premier hotel to stay and have a wonderful times. It also provide nice conference hall with all facilities. The hotel has good hospitality towards the customer. The room service is quick and good. Buffet they provide is delicious especially fish curry I enjoyed a lot.

We, a family of four stayed for 3 days. It was an amazing stay. Great ambience, amenities and highly courteous staff. Food at the cafe was very tasty. Staff had smiling faces and engaged customers very well. Definitely recommend!!!

The rooms are very luxurious. Roof top pool has a great view. Customer service is really good. For a group of friends to stay this is absolutely the best place in Vijayawada currently.

Please avoid Lemon Tree, near by you have Taj Vivanta please go there. I had my stay here and service was very average. I asked housekeeping for Towels and he came to me exactly after 31 min. I went to eat food and ordered biryani, it was uncooked without salt and spices. Chef came to me and told that biryani is cooked only with water oil chilli powder and salt, this is the kind of arrogance. Moreover even when i checked out no one asked me feedback and till now i did not get any invoice after my stay. This Lemontree is as worst as it could be.

While the room itself was spacious the service of the hotel of this class was below par. There was a smell in the first room we checked in but were eventually moved to another room. There were no towels at the pool when we went there. We had to call and wait a while each time we encountered some issue. The service at the breakfast was also horrible. There was no cutlery at the table, the items were being replaced after a long time. The staff seemed less equipped and even at the juice bar there were no glasses. The food was okay though. Overall a disappointing stay. Edit: Their response shows it all. They've copy pasted the same response as others.

One of my worst experiences where I saw only greed and unnecessarily pompous instead of keeping their customers at heart. In hospitality industry we don't need such show-off and I think I will gladly give it a miss next time and Chennai one was far far far better than this in Vijayawada. They need not try and teach people of Vijayawada how the hospitality should be by overcharging them. I pity people coming here as it's real waste of our hard earned money

Unfriendly atmosphere Visited here on weekend on November. The Hotel Blocks the Key even after Approving Late Check out. Very Bad Experience. Iam sure many of you will experience same in this hotel. I felt better could have avoided. No Respect Towards their Customers. Typical Staff Behaviour.

Luxurious business hotel at the centre of Vijayawada. We stayed one night while traveling back to Bangalore and it was very pleasant stay. Rooms are large n spacious, Bathroom n showers were spic n span. Well maintained property. They have not given any chance to complain about their facilities. A very comfortable accommodation in the heart of Vijaywada city . The service and hospitality were excellent. The hotel follows the policy of inclusion for its staff, and all the staff members are extremely well trained and polite. The restaurants offer a variety of cuisines and the morning buffet menu is simple and good. Overall a wonderful place to stay at.
