😠 We arrived to find someone else in our room. They have given them our keys and then did nothing to rectify the situation. We had to book another hotel even though we have already been charged for 4 nights. We still haven't been refunded.

😠 Had made my reservation through Booking.com where i stated that i would arrive between 23:00 and 00:00. When I arrived the reception was closed and the hotel could not be contacted in any way. I was stranded in the middle of the night with nowhere to go.
