Nice and modern hotel (one of very few in Niamey). Rooms are comfortable and clean, though a bit more storage space would be welcome (for now, there is not even a closet). A big problem in the past months is the presence of Italian soldiers (there are maybe 100 of them staying in Noom long-term) which makes the stay much less pleasant (for example, impossible to get in the gym in the evening, long queues in the breakfast/lunch area). As they're 99% men, their constant looking (and sometimes talking) makes it nearly impossible for females to use the pool.

Went to the restaurant on the pool terrace for dinner and drinks. Have calamari and fish brochette which was fantastic. Also nice to encounter a barman who knows what he is doing - a rarity in Niamey

If you are looking for a great place for a conference, business meeting, or just hang out with friends on the weekends, Noom should be a go for. I did not explore the rooms though but I guess they are really comfortable and modern. The hotel is very modern and has almost every feature a hotel must have (WiFi, etc.) The place is very welcoming and the service is great. What I love most about this hotel is the outdoor space. It has such a wonderful view 😍, look at the pictures to see it for yourself.

I stayed here for a short business trip last week. It is a lovely hotel. Staff are very friendly and useful, rooms are spacious and have a sofisticated look, beds are big and comfy. The pool and pool area/bar are also very nice. The breakfast buffet is superb, with cold continental breakfast and bakery and warm bakery (fresh pancakes and waffles) and warm food (freshly made egg and warm meals) Place is prepared for covid 19, with distance markers and staff and customers wearing facemasks. I would recommend this hotel and come back

Decent rooms but the food is terrible for the price you pay. We went to the competitor on the other side of the road for lunch

I was at this hotel’s restaurant for lunch, I was not disappointed with the lamb salad, the local special cocktail was super exotic

Ensure you have your own body lotion and bath gel. The hotel was out of stock of body lotion and shampoo all through the 8 days of stay. For bath gel, this was only supplied from day 4. The staff are pleasant, the location is good.

Very positive experience, with a serene environment. Loved the terrace view.

Needed a place to work and enjoy the views. The terrace menu in the evening is to die for. Them brochettes got me thinking of coming back home forever..

Very expensive for a very bad service. The rooms are not isolated, they run a noisy karaoke night that makes it impossible to sleep. And when you call them to ask about that they tell you its a party and it will be over at some time!!

My visit was extended by nearly a week after a positive Covid test (and mild case). The staff at Noom Niamey went above and beyond to take care of me. Room service called me to ask what I wanted to eat. Cleaning staff made sure I had everything I needed, safely. The shuttle driver walked me to the terminal when the airport gate was malfunctioning. This is my new favorite African hotel experience - and I’ve had many over decades.

Thos hotel is located in a good place in Niamey. It is a new brand hotel and is very good looking once you go inside. The hall and the hotel in general is not very big, but it's very cool, quite modern and the personal is very kind. The restaurant is equipped with an international kitchen and on sunday is it possible to have "the brunch" that is very good (Mr. Jacobs has been very nice every time). Is it possible to have dinner outside near the pool. The rooms are non very big, but are quite pretty and modern. The gym is too small and it is not really equipped. Overall is a good hotel.

If you are around, try their brunch on Sundays. You'll love it.

Perhaps the best Hotel in Niger at the moment. They pay particular attention to security due to extremism. The lift to your room will only move if you have your key to your floor and room. There is no other way you can get to your room except the escalators. The downside is that if power fluctuates and the lift does not function, you can't get to or get out of your room. The food is good and the poolside is great in the evenings. Try the chicken khebab by the pool side in the evenings and you would love it. They also have good wines. The rooms are very comfortable and even provide a place of work if you are that type who likes to work in your bedroom. Your TV is personalised and easy to navigate from channel to channel unlike about a year ago when it was complicated. The mini bar is not stocked but, you always have tea items and a daily complimentary 2 bottles of water. Noom is a 3 minutes walk from the Niamey museum where u can see the remains of the early huge mamals, some still living mammals and lots of craft men and women making beautiful sandals and other leather sandals, bronze and other metal ornaments. Before I forget, there is always free airport shuttle if you notify the front desk of your departure or arrival times.

Only visited the pool area bar so I can't comment on the hotel itself but colleagues tell me it's very good. The pool bar is very nice and spacious, good place for an informal meeting. There are drinks and a small food menu with basics that are very tasty. Staff is very friendly.

The Saturday buffet is done very well. A decent variety of selections. From meats to salads to vegetables to desert. The cucumber infused water is very refreshing. Worth the visit.

Nothing to point out. Probably just interior design is unique,

I was one of the only people in this hotel. no extra effort was made to accomodate me or make me feel welcome. I was charged for every single thing full price, no discount for guests staying at the hotel on the food or drinks. When I asked if I could have a larger room (as they are very very small rooms) when the hotel had only 9 guests (or less some days) I was told I could pay more, fair enough, but I stayed 2 entire weeks and the place was empty so found this rather unfriendly. Some of the staff were nice, but the service was often very very slow (not sure what they were doing with no guests), one night when they forgot my room service order one even got quiet agressive. The restaurant hardly ever answered the phone for room service, so to order that I had to go downstairs or call two or three times. Rooms are fine, but small. Clean sheets but room could do with some maintenance. Breakfast was rubbish, croissants smelt like fish and were not always fresh, but they seem to be running a reduced buffet given there were no guests. the buffet on the weekend looked nice but I did not try it. Excellent brochette. Efficient shuttle pick up from the airport. Would not return if I can avoid it, it was FAR too expensive for the service and the general attitude was pretty poor.
