Visited 09/01/2020 On the plus side - the popcorn is delicious. And now about the disadvantages - The seats for spectators are not comfortable, the aisles between the rows are the same. There is no toilet in Prime Cinema, there is only a paid one for the neighboring cafe, so keep this in mind when visiting Prime Cinema with a child. As for the sound, it is not adjusted - the music is screaming, but when there is a dialogue between the characters in the film, their voices are hard to hear, the acoustics are lame.

We called, reserved seats, arrived 15 minutes before the start of the film and paid for the reservation. We were at an evening session, the hall was a little dirty after the popcorn, but that’s it…. Not critical. During the session it was stuffy and the air was “heavy”, as for me there is not enough ventilation😉 You can buy popcorn, water….

Nice compact cinema. I was surprised that you have to buy glasses for 3D. In other cinemas - rent. The rows are well raised above each other and the heads of those sitting in front do not cover half the screen. The downside is the lack of your own toilet. The closest one is in the cafe opposite (paid).

We attended an evening children's session. It didn’t work out to call and book in advance: the first time they didn’t pick up the phone, the second time they talked to someone (for a long time) and didn’t call back, the third time they didn’t pick up the phone again. When purchasing at the checkout, they non-verbally made it clear that it was better to make a reservation, but the remark about the impossibility of getting through by phone fell on deaf ears. They don't have time to clean between sessions. Perhaps the reason is the hype (I hope). The sound and picture are normal. If we come again, it will be only for the afternoon session, so that the hall is cleaner.

Good pace for entertainment.

We wanted to use the ePidtrimka program at this cinema, but we accidentally paid for 4 tickets with the wrong card. We wanted to make a refund and pay with the correct card, but the cashier doesn’t know how to do a refund - they couldn’t help us. Please train your employees at the checkout to make returns through the POS terminal.
