I've always had a great experience here! My 3 kids have been seeing rose over 8 yrs I want to say. Took my 4yo for her first haircut ever and I was beyond Happy with rose's work! We even had my daughter's hair styled after the cut ❤️

Wonderful experience for my daughter’s very first haircut! The space is so bright and fun and the stylist, Rose, did a fantastic (and super quick) job. The “first haircut” photo, certificate and lock of hair to take home was a very nice touch, too!

They did a terrible job on my son's hair. Not one hair is the same length and less than a week later, the hair on the back of his head will NOT lay flat down on his head. All of the uneven hairs just stick straight up. The front is just as bad, but I dont want to poste a pic of my son's face. We will absolutely not be returning and will be warning others not to waste nearly $30 on butchered hair.

Fully admit that haircuts at the salon are my neurodivergent child’s kryptonite (I have to really hold him the whole time). He’s pretty chill everywhere else, like at the doctor’s or dentist’s. Never has enjoyed the this particular sensory process, so I don’t expect a relaxing time or perfect haircut. But our stylist made remarks that overstepped a boundary (calling him silly while he was uncomfortable). And when my son asked about getting a toy. She said he couldn’t because he wasn’t cooperative. Wasn’t planning on getting him one this visit, but that wasn’t for her to decide. He has always had a strong reaction at every haircut he has had, but we’ve had other stylists be far more empathetic/patient/kind/offer breaks.

I've been taking my son to this location for haircuts for years. Haircuts are reasonably priced, all staff are friendly, the facility is very clean, AND they have a ton of fun toys for purchase. You might have to say no more often, but the toys keep siblings well-occupied while the other is in the chair!

Amazing experience. My 4 year old is absolutely terrified of the clippers but they were so great with him! Lona had him happy and comfortable the entire time and his hair looks great

We love this place. Everyone is nice. My son loves to get his hair cut done with Jillian. She is really good with kids who hate to cut hair . Now my son look forward to his haircut. Thank you

We came to this place because it’s called Kid Snips. KID snips. One would assume the trained hair stylists could connect with children and give them a second to feel comfortable in a new environment. Not only did the stylist not introduce herself, after it was clear he felt upset after less then a minute of putting him in the chair, the stylist was rude and abrupt when I asked to give us a minute to calm him. Also, it would be appropriate to ask the parents before putting a screen in their face. Don’t market yourself as being a kid friendly place if you don’t know how to help calm or navigate an upset child.
