I contemplated not writing a review but here we are. The customer service was poor and borderline rude. Not just to me but even to the customer after me. They also were not prepared. She (the cashier) was extremely disoriented. Their was no rush. Yet there was also no ready made pizza even though it took a while (4-5 minutes)for someone to come to the register. My visit was about 15 minutes and every interaction was poor. My pizza also didn't come out too great. This was a little before 5pm.

Little Caesars is A quick go to for me and my son to take on a picnic to the park. This one in liberty left a bit to be desired. The deep dish pizza was folding on itself...hardly any sauce... Hot n ready shouldn't mean sloppy too!.

The Staff was Visibly Stoned, I has to repeat my order 12 times, and they STILL got it wrong. Both the Cook and the Register person were "Spaced out" and slurring their words. The Register Guy kept asking me what my name was and then asking what my toppings were. I repeated myself 12 times, and the cook had to come up and Slur his words in repeat and re-enter the order 3 times. All in all, they were Both polite, and smiled a lot. But I would attribute that to the drugs they were on. PLUS the store looked like it was run down and dirty, looked like it hadn't been cleaned or organized in MONTHS. Looking Forward from here, KEEP THE PARTY AT HOME!!! Don't be Smokin' on the Job. AND CLEAN THE PLACE!!

Normally we love this little Cesar. Last week they ran out of stuffed crust (my 7yr olds favorite) then some guy took our order after having to put in a new order. The ladies were at least polite. Tonight AGAIN out of stuffed crust pizza (VERY upset 7yr old) but when I tried to talk to the cashier the punk kid was rude as all get out. This is ridiculous. Some manners for a single mama trying to feed her kid would be appreciated.

Don't try to order a pizza at 7:50 if they close at 9 because they "put everything away" and stop taking orders besides what is already pre-made.

Ordered the 4 types of pizza in one and they put mushrooms on it that don't come on it and the toppings looked like a child did it.. For $9 they should do better

Even if you plan on calling ahead of time they won't answer the phone. For 5 min pizza they expect you to wait 15 min. I worked at this little Caesars location as a store manager years go and honestly every time I pick up an order for my bf I have to wait 15-20 min. I know for a fact the oven belt carries pizza through in less than 5 min. Crazy bread only takes 3 1/2 min. I'm surprised this store is still functioning properly. No apologies were given at any point in time for not answering the phone. Completely disappointed in the way this company let's this location run

Unfriendly worker. She didn't give me the sauce that came with my order so I pointed it out. She gave me a look that basically said "ok and" all I wanted was my full order. She didn't have to look at me rudely. It's ur job to give me my full correct order. I was nice about it even when she gave me that look. Next time I won't b nice. U wanna hire rude workers I'll b rude right back.
