    I understand Taco Bell can get busy sometimes but the line goes out to the road after 10:00PM consistently. They need to get a better night crew somehow! It’s literally every single night I drive by?

    So my boyfriend and i came to Taco Bell about 1am this morning and Kaitlyn who was taking out order was very rude, she talked so low that we had to keep "asking what did you say." She also asked if we wanted and sauce my boyfriend said "yes a variety of sauces." We get to the window she was rolling her eyes damn near threw the bag at us and closed the window, I ordered a water and I didn't get it and when my boyfriend blew the horn a few times Kaitlyn came to the window as if we were getting on her nerves and my boyfriend said "we ordered a water", Kaitlyn grabs the water and practically threw it in my boyfriend's hand. I said "oh your customer service is horrible and I will definitely be leaving a review with your name on it." The food was good so I guess that's a plus.

    They now have this sign posted on their window. Maybe if we didn't have to wait in line for an ungodly amount of time and if our orders were correct we wouldn't have to check. Don't worry, I'll take my time checking my bag to make sure my order is correct next time. If they made them correctly then checking the bag wouldn't affect their drive thru time.

    I ordered the Loaded truff fries on Uber Eats. On my receipt it says "out of steak subbed with chicken" it was GROUND BEEF! Will NEVER order from this location again. I understand if you do not have the steak, but how do you mess up on something like this???

    I pulled into the drive thru with about 4 or 5 cars in front of me. I pulled in at about 8:35 pm and was in the drive thru till 9:30pm - It was ludicrous on how slow it was- now I know we live in different times with staffing etc.. BUT when I finally get to the window and paid for my food I waited another 10 minutes to receive it. Plenty of time to watch the staff. 2 employees just stood at the registers talking and I saw at least 3-4 others coming from the back and so on. Absolutely no urgency whatsoever not one apology for the wait time it was business as usual to them

    For some reason the day shift here can not get an order right. Bought a party pack of soft tacos half with tomato and half without. All had tomato. I asked for sauce, again none. My nacho bel. I asked for extra beef and cheese and no tomato. Charged me for the extra but none was on it plus had tomato on it. I could understand if they were busy but they weren't. I've gone after work and the night shift always gets it right and they are super busy when I'm there.

    This is literally the WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I ordered on the mobile app for pick up inside. I waited inside at the counter for over fifteen minutes and not one employee even acknowledged my existence. When I got my food it was all sloppy and hard, just thrown together like a mess. The Mountain Dew was out so I had to ask them to fill it up in the back. I was in there for like thirty minutes even though I ordered online and they have a shelf where it’s supposed to be and ready? I was also glancing at the tables and floors while I was waiting and it was disgusting. Food on the floor, tables dirty with food on them, chairs all messed up. I will never return to this location. I don’t even know how it hasn’t been shut down yet.

    Literally the worst taco bell I have ever been to, I went into the restaurant because the drive through was so backed up, waited 30 minutes for 4 burritos with my 12 year old daughter while the most vulgar and offensive rap music played way to loud from the kitchen. Who ever ownes this restaurant need to do some under cover boss and walk into their own restaurant at 9 at night to see what goes on.

    I love taco bell but why does it take 45 min to get my food here. I could have went to a sit down restaurant and order real Mexican food and been home before they can get 6 cars. This taco bell could be making a ton of money if it was better managed.

    I hate this location, they always mess up my order in one way or another. They didn't start my mobile order until after my driver arrived, making him wait an additional 20 minutes, and they missed items. I'd be specific but like I said, they ALWAYS screw up my order at this one. If you like Taco Bell, avoid this one.

    It's Taco Bell, the food is fast food so 4 out of 5 stars is pretty good if you ask me. I enjoy the employees there, they're efficient. My attitude toward Taco Bell has improved immensely since I can order online, my order has come out perfect every time. Not all online ordering is this well done!

    This has to be one of, if not the worst location in mahoning valley. Always so incredibly slow and my orders are never right. They should tell their employees to get off their phones, watch their language, pay attention to what people order, and not complain to current customers about other customers.

    My chips tasted disgusting, as the oil had not been changed. I also ordered a cheese quesadilla, and the cashier even confirmed that I ordered a cheese quesadilla, and I still got chicken. I’ve come to this place before, as my order is usually always right and the chips don’t taste bad, but this time it was awful. CHANGE THE OIL BERORE YOU SERVE THE CHIPS!

    Waited 45 minutes in line and had to leave before my car got to the point of no return. You really need to change your drive thru so when you take an hour people can leave. The guy in front of me had to have me back up so he could reverse and be able to leave so he wasn't late for work.

    The WORST TACO BELL I HAVE EVER WENT TO IN MY LIFE! I waited over 40 minutes in the drive through and the kid at the drive through intercom told me to wait and I did. He literally never got back to me and I just saw the two cars in front of me got there food and left. They waited over 40 mins also. I got mad and just left because the kid at the intercom never asked me what I’d like to order. There were also 8 cars behind me just sitting and waiting. When I drove by I saw the kid at the drive through window just standing there not caring. Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE! I will never EVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN!

    The “manager” Madison was completely disgusting! I literally do not want to return to this location because of how rude I was treated. I do not feel like I was valued as customer at all. On top of that my food was cold!!!! Please upgrade the Austintown on Mahoning location because we deserve great service ! We work hard for our money. If we choose to spend our money with Taco Bell appreciate that & at least be kind, that’s all it takes! And also good quality hot food! I am disappointed with the service and quality of food 100% Thanks ALOT MADISON

    Way too pricey for what you get. Greed-flation run amok. Tried again through DoorDash. They MAYBE got half my order right. Thanks, DoorDash for the partial refund. Better than what Taco Bell would’ve done I’m sure.

    Well i ordered 3 burritos and have been sitting in the lobby for well over a half hour waiting for them . Teach your team how to manage drive through and front counter orders i watched them make drive through order after order and left me and 5 other customers waiting for a half hr to where i watched 2 dashers pass on the order due to the wait. That's ridiculous. Worst experience.

    Waited 30 minutes for a steak quesadilla, and nacho fries. half of the steak quesadilla had no filling at all and the fries were cold. My son order grilled nacho fries with steak and it had hamburger instead of steak.

    If I could give one star I would. I asked them to change my order as DoorDash directed me to and they failed to do that. I then asked for a manager and they still failed to do that. They were very rude as well. Don’t recommend going here unless it’s your last resort.

    Picked up order for food and no sauces that were On the order! Spend 25 dollars and get service like that! Guess you better check your bag before you leave! I'm so done with taco bell, it's always something! Wish I could give zero stars!

    Hate always left standing at counter for 8 minutes because they have only 1 person at driveup so you have to wait at counter until driveup caught up so you can order. Def not going back. This is the third time in a row

    Order #35680 7/30/2023 @ 3:02p cashier Jennifer W asked for reviews. Hopefully next time a Chicken Chalupa box is ordered, you don’t substitute it with a Beefy Chalupa The lines are long at the drive thru because many people love Taco Bell and I’ll continue going just because.

    This Taco Bell used to be the best one in the area, but not anymore. Orders almost always have something missing or made incorrectly. Most recently, I ordered food thru the app. When I got to the drive thru, I was told they were out of stock on several things I ordered. I was told I couldn't just cancel the order, because they already made everything else. Why doesn't the app prevent you from ordering items they don't have? When I asked for a refund of the missing items, I was told I would have to "do it online". Which isn't easy to do. Taco Bell doesn't really have a customer service # or online chat like most other fast food places do. You can only send an email, and hope they reply to you. When I got home I found a girl's hair in my nachos, which was just the icing on top. Not ordering from here anymore.

    The woman who has worked there for years was great and friendly as always. But ordered nacho fries...there was 11 fries total(18 cents a fry). Bean burrito was so small I had to take a look to see if there was anything in it. Asked for hot sauce and they gave me 2..People are going to get tired of being ripped off really quick.

    I don’t want to fault the staff for this abomination of a facility. I ordered online for pickup. I arrived at the restaurant at 11:15, it is now 12:07 and I’m still in line. It is egregious to allow your customer base to wait this long. Not sure if the problem is staffing or apathy but being a former fast food employee, we constantly were barked at for the time it took each car from the conception of the order until the customer rolled away from the pickup window. This is an abysmal failure in the fact that you have to wait over an hour for your food every time you come here. This place needs to be revamped from the ground up. Either the food is too difficult to make quickly, or the kitchen is not optimized for efficiency, or the company itself Does not adequately staff this restaurant. I wish for once a multibillion dollar corporation would care for its employees and customers instead of its shareholders and quarterly earnings. Fix the problems so that the employees and the customers have a better experience, especially if you are going to charge over 5 dollars for a subpar taco.

    I cannot believe all of the bad reviews. This is the best food from any taco bell that I've ever had. Yes, the wait is a little longer than normal, but my food is always hot and delicious and looks like it belongs on a commercial!

    Ordered 6 beef and cheese burritos at 2.00 each and was charged 30.18 on my credit card. They said they automatically assume it was grilled cheese burritos and say its the customers fault. Maybe then, they should take beef and cheese burritos off theyre menu. The manager would not accept fault for filling and billing wrong order and hung up on me 3 times. I called corporate and was given a full refund. The wanna be manager there needs to take a class on management and customer relations because he definately is in the wrong position to be mgt. For taco bell or any other company in a management position. I will go to authenic mexican food establishments before ever returning to any taco bell. Way to go Mr. MANAGER!
