I
don’t
want
to
fault
the
staff
for
this
abomination
of
a
facility.
I
ordered
online
for
pickup.
I
arrived
at
the
restaurant
at
11:15,
it
is
now
12:07
and
I’m
still
in
line.
It
is
egregious
to
allow
your
customer
base
to
wait
this
long.
Not
sure
if
the
problem
is
staffing
or
apathy
but
being
a
former
fast
food
employee,
we
constantly
were
barked
at
for
the
time
it
took
each
car
from
the
conception
of
the
order
until
the
customer
rolled
away
from
the
pickup
window.
This
is
an
abysmal
failure
in
the
fact
that
you
have
to
wait
over
an
hour
for
your
food
every
time
you
come
here.
This
place
needs
to
be
revamped
from
the
ground
up.
Either
the
food
is
too
difficult
to
make
quickly,
or
the
kitchen
is
not
optimized
for
efficiency,
or
the
company
itself
Does
not
adequately
staff
this
restaurant.
I
wish
for
once
a
multibillion
dollar
corporation
would
care
for
its
employees
and
customers
instead
of
its
shareholders
and
quarterly
earnings.
Fix
the
problems
so
that
the
employees
and
the
customers
have
a
better
experience,
especially
if
you
are
going
to
charge
over
5
dollars
for
a
subpar
taco.
