july 28-2023 from 6 to 8pm..after today I will never go to this place, I ask to speak to the manager, by the way was very rude... after we spoke she walk away with out telling me her name I ask her what's her name and walk away, I believe one of the employees said her name is Kia , this place is very damage is in very bad cosmetic conditions and when I told the manager she reply to me..you chose to still come in here and play, I up load pictures of the place and it really needs to be close to be fixed, don't sign a waiver at this place is a mess...

I have 3 boys under 10 - I've been to A LOT of trampoline parks, ninja parks, and just indoor parks...and this is my favorite! It's as clean as anything run by children could be, even though it was busy it never seemed too crowded. It's understaffed like any other business now but they're trying as hard as they can. I'd absolutely go back! My 7-year-old absolutely loved it.

They shouldn’t charge full price for the place being half under construction. There literally gum stuck on every trampoline. There was garbage EVERYWHERE. Water dripping from the ceiling.

It is March 30th lots of school are already on early spring break!!! I’m shocked they didn’t hire more people for this time of year!!! I see lots of caution tape and it is filthy!!! You can tell they didn’t even rinse the mop before attempting to mop. Yuk! Employees are very sweet but not enough employees at this location!!!!!!!!!

Although it’s an amazing place to bring the kids to jump around and love their energy jumping. The cleanliness of this place is so questionable. Staff doesn’t make an effort to wipe down tables nor frequently touching places. The party rooms have so much garbage in the back and can be seen through the windows as you’re walking down. The windows are so dirty by how frequently kids & adults touch them. If there is a sanitizing protocol placed per their policy. It’s not being met. Keep in mind to bring your own disinfecting products.

Surprised at how terrible this place has become. Dirty (especially the bathrooms), foam blocks in the pits are torn apart. In general would’ve dealt with that - the kiddos had fun. However, we were treated so disrespectfully. One of the young attendants stated they announced our time is up. I looked at my phone it was 130pm, I told him how is that possible I didn’t leave my house until 1240 and purchased the hour. I told the kids to hold on and went to the front desk. Apparently, they gave us the wrong color bands. So kids had to come down and have them exchanged. Don’t waste your time in this place - I’d say go to funtopia or even the jump Zone.

Thank you to our host Owen, who made our birthday party extra special today. He frequently checked on us and made sure that our event went smoothly. Excellent job, Owen! Last year we had a girl hostess who gave attitude and was no where to be found, so we did not want to come back again, but just gave this place one more chance.

Have been going to this specific location for a while and we always have a great time. This last visit, I witnessed a new worker, Mehdi, being super amazing with all the kids. He worked the trapeze section and helped every single kid get on the trapeze and then, out of the foam pit. You could tell he enjoyed what he did. You don't always see that with young/new workers. Will definitely come back to this place.

Great for young kiddos not for older kids. Small trampolines and the stuff the older kids would use was out of service. The foam pit foams were old and falling apart. Very few dodgeballs in the dodgeball area. Very clean tables, staff was always sanitizing the front areas.

We've been coming here for years. Plenty of littles still running around, the bigger kids always give them space. The staff is very friendly, but they are definitely busy. Save yourself a step and fill the waiver out online.

Kids had fun. The place could be a bit cleaner. The no drink/ food inside the trampoline section was not enforced/ possible safety issue. Overall, it was a money well spent and we're likely to go back soon.

The parking lot over here is huge, although it is very busy on weekends and does fill quickly. The line to check in moved in a timely manner. The staff at the front were very friendly and helpful. It is overall clean, bathrooms could be neater but there are alot of children coming in and out so that's understandable. We didn't have an issues with safety. We had a special needs child and they enjoyed this place very much. There was staff moving around the area assisting children and monitoring. I believe I seen a ramp for wheel chairs also. The basketball court was popular and the dodge ball area also. The Pizza was phenomenal! I was very surprised by it. The catering was very helpful and passed our slices. Also they cleaned afterwards. The music is very loud but it didn't bother us. I recommend Altitude Trampoline Park to those looking for family fun! Thank you!

This was my first time at altitude with my daughter and friends to celebrate her birthday. The staff were so welcoming that it felt like I was home. The girls loved every minute of it. Definitely recommend.

We reserved a room for my daughter's birthday party, the staff was very friendly and our host was extremely helpful and organized. Everything was on time, the assigned room was pretty clean. Different food options and accessible parking.

This has been a while back, but it still makes me mad till this day. I had a friend who was at Altitude when some guy without a wristband came up to him and gave him stitches on his head. The manager talked to my friend’s mom and my friend’s mom said that they need more people watching the kids. The manager said they need proof and that they would contact us with anything. This happened in 2020 and they haven’t gotten back with ANYTHING. It just shows the careless staff as the guy runs away so he doesn’t get into any trouble. Do better Altitude!

Our kiddo had a blast, we intentionally went during a time we knew it wouldn’t be too busy and I think that helped. Staff was friendly and it was generally pretty clean
