This place attracts many visitors during winter as this place receives good amount of snowfall. It's also a gateway to Nachiketa tal which is just 3 km distance from here. Wonderful place for outing. The roads are narrow but in good condition. This is another route from uttarkashi to Tehri.

Good place to chill out and enjoy with family and freinds. Enjoy the natural views and the meadows of the chaurangi khal. Many cafeteria and dhabas are also located here to enjoy meals and foods

Pretty famous grassland. Nice spot to have a picnic. Please keep the place clean and carry your trash back with you.

This is a small compact temple amidst lush green forests and beautiful mountains. The forest around is like a tropical forest with multiple species of trees. Temple is neat and clean, worshipped regularly. A lot tourists visit this place. There is some parking space, restaurants and toilets. One of the restaurant served very tasty and hot idli with chantni & sambar.

Awesome place.... visited there last week in a wedding. Place is still very cold. Fresh air and the surrounding of mountains are the real pleasure.

Awesome place stay for couple of hours. Weather is very cold in winters, but people go there to enjoy snowfall. Climate is very pleasant as summer begins. Reach road is somewhat narrow and thrilling.

Its an awesome place for outing with friends or family....the waeather here is vey cold in comparision to the other places.....during winters it is mostly covered with snow due to which the view here becomes awesome.... If you are hungry you can find here many restaurants where you can find quality of food......for here a trecking trip starts to nachiketa tal which is 3 km above from this place... So if you love trecking you can go for nachiketa tal

Beautiful place to visit there is lekh (Nachiketa tal). Temputure 5 to 10 degree calcius.. Walking distance Chaurangi to Nachiketa tal 3km.
