This place is so beautiful... it’s hidden and exciting. A very short walk, and you have to dive into the cold, COLD water. I mean it’s freezing, like, it’ll take your breath away. And not in a “I just saw the love of my life way” I mean like the “I might die in a second” way. Loved it though, into that baby! So yeah, like check it out hombre. It’s the cooooolest.... haha get it? Yep, I’m 31 years old. Ok peace out ❤️

Nice trial walks. Minyon Falls lookout and base are recommended. You can enjoy swimming in summer time

Loved this hike, medium difficulty, you need good walking shoes and both hands to hold onto things in places, especially getting to the waterfall where you need to climb. If anyone sees a gold metal drink bottle, I left it there, if you have a bag to pop it in can you bring it back that would be great! You'll have a great bottle for your next hike then 😊

Lovely place, the wood ramp is wide enough for wheel chair access, toilet booth is also placed there. If coming during rain season, be careful of the leeches

Fantastic place to visit I only just make the 6k walk. I was pushed up and over rocks to get to the waterfall but we'll worth it. Good walking shoes and plenty of water needed.

An amazing water fall and scenic view of the the valley! Just a short drive from Byron Bay and definitely worth it. The hike down is best for a intermediate hiker. The hike is 4~5hrs, water breaks and photo opportunities. It could be done by a beginner in physical shape with patience and breaks in between. If you have a small rental car, the road gets a little rough towards the top were heavy rains created deep ravines in the road. We made it up and can be done, being very careful not to bottom out. I would not try it after a heavy rain storm or during! Maybe with a 4x4 only.

I've lived here for 30 years spent a lot of my childhood exploring park is small enough to not get lost but big enough to have fun in

Besides getting leeched really enjoyed this place would prefer to have explored the waterfall bit more but the tracks were closed for obvious reasons

Great National Park with a few walking trails. The One to the bottom of the Falls from the lookout is currently closed due to Landslips. Bit of a shame. Great views from the Platform

Beautiful Park, but many areas are still closed to hiking (July 2023)

Stunning!! Well worth the drive up - long and narrow however, a lot of twists and turns - Minyon Falls are magnificent. Awesome long range view from the Picnic area, toilets available - no rubbish bins - what goes in comes back out! No cooking facilities but there is seating available.

Great spot to see Minyon Falls. Road out there can be a little rough, so watch your tyres. Throw in an extra jumper as if the wind picks up can get a little chilly.

Fairly unintetesting walk from Rummery camp grounds. Very rough road in from Rosebank - much better road on exit via Minyon Falls

Views were great from the top. Toilets, 2 x BBQ facilities (one out of order) and picnic tables at the top. Wished there was more time to do the 9km walk to Waterfall base. 4.5km down to the base and back up the same way. Did the 40m boardwalk to the viewing platform. Platform right next to Waterfall so you can't really see much of it, but great views of the national park and cliffs. Walked about 600m into the base track to get a better view of the Waterfall. Road to summit is riddled with pot holes and narrow in some places. 2wd fine but can be tricky when meeting incoming traffic (only reason four stars).

Absolutely stunning, the views were to die for and the amenities were handy. Very nice place for a picnic, no bins provided so you need to take your waste with you.
