The doctor is great but not so much for the front desk. Yvonne has been nothing but rude to me over the phone when asking for the information on billing. I am a receptionist myself so I always make sure to whomever I talk to on the line with respect and kindness. Yvonne was pretty grumpy, and I hope she's doing okay with whatever she's going through. However, I would not be coming back to this clinic for the surgery.

I had a hassle with Mountain and Sea Dental. First of all, the dental assistant asked me if I "had Google maps" when I said I got a bit lost on the way there, as I am new to the area. Not like their dentistry has the most obvious store front, given there are about five other dental places all in one strip mall. Secondly, they processed my insurance incorrectly, and then sent me a bill for $500. I had to call about this, and they told me that "there is only one person doing the billing" so they will call me back in three days. This seems a little bit strange that they cannot provide assistance within 24 hours. Lastly, the staff when I called was pretty rude and talked over me and hung up on me when I still had a couple questions. I have had good dentists in the past, and this is not one I would recommend. The actual doctor I saw was knowledgable, but the whole experience was a hassle. Not recommended.

I had the most amazing experience, my dental hygienist Aubrie was beyond amazing she made me feel comfortable and she is very thorough. She will make you feel at ease if I could give her a million star review I would. I also got to see the doctor shaefar he is very gentle and a perfectionist which I love, the assistant Reina was very kind and made me feel comfortable while getting my dental work. This is the place to go, I drive from Los Angeles just to get the 5 star service that they give here.

Loved my experience with dental cleaning and the initial exam. Staff is very respectful and accommodating, Aubrey was great at her job and made sure to make me feel extra welcome and safe. For those who are anxious about dental visits — you can ask to be treated under nitrous oxide, no questions asked. Best decision ever.

This was my first time at this dentist. I came to see Dr. Carley recently in order to get bonding for a cavity. I thought he did a good job. The staff was friendly, and scheduling was easy. I didn't have to wait very long to see him for my appointment. I would go back for any additional work. Thank you!

Love this office! Best dental cleaning I’ve ever had, gentle and thorough! Great staff who has compassion and integrity! This dentist gave me honest, detailed options and solutions to a front tooth crown that was improperly placed and made by another dental office! Highly recommend!
