This
hotel
was
the
absolute
worst
experience
we’ve
ever
had.
We
get
to
the
hotel
and
check
in,
walk
to
our
room
in
the
90
degree
hallways
where
there
were
no
carts
available
for
luggage.
Get
to
the
“suite”
that
has
a
partition
in
the
middle
of
the
room
and
see
what
they
consider
a
suite.
See
at
a
HUGE
stain
on
the
floor,
written
on
the
BROKEN
sliding
glass
door
is
“I
nutted
all
over
the
bed”.
Nice
to
see
the
rooms
were
thoroughly
cleaned
huh?
We
called
down
to
the
front
desk
for
an
explanation
and
we’re
offered
no
apology
just
“oh
we’ll
change
your
room”
so
we
go
down
and
get
new
keys
for
a
different
floor
and
get
back
up
to
the
new
room
only
for
the
keys
to
not
work.
Went
back
to
the
front
desk
for
a
third
time
and
asked
for
some
kind
of
reasonable
accommodation
for
the
inconvenience
and
were
offered
“do
you
just
want
to
cancel?”
After
a
5
hour
drive
and
no
other
hotel
reservation
for
Father’s
Day
weekend?
..
not
really,
but
if
that’s
all
you’re
going
to
offer
then
okay.
So
I
asked
for
a
confirmation
of
the
cancelation
only
to
be
told
“our
system
doesn’t
do
that”
so
I’m
just
supposed
to
take
your
word?
$770+
for
2
nights
and
you
can’t
even
print
me
a
cancellation
confirmation?
Absolutely
ridiculous.
Will
never
be
coming
back
here.
