I visited Caracas for my business trip. My client told me that this one is the safest and the best hotel in the city. but I was told not to step outside of the hotel because of safety reasons. Inside of the room there was a sign do not open the door for people who dressed up as a hotel employee. how scary. I don't recall much about this hotel because I could not do much things around the hotel. most of the time I was staying inside of the hotel not even hanging around the lobby area. the room was just mediocre not up to JW mariott standard. but I understand. There was an economic crisis when I visited Caracas and there lots of shortages.

PROS: Room service (good food). Beauty of the hotel itself. Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities. CONS: Lack of English language.

Very good service, nice comfy bedrooms, with both shower and 🛁 bathtub sadly they still have plasma tv so mostly is analog tv, not possible to screen share but it's ok, service personnel are very friendly and willing to help. Location is excellent you are near most of places. Buffet breakfast but it is quite short limited to Scrambled eggs Black beans Arepa asada 🫓 (baked) Arepa frita (fried) Ground beef Stwed Chicken Stewed meat You may request an omelette but they will always make it soft in the middle (dripping) Fruits Fruit juice and some cereal If you want you can request q stuffed 🥙 arepa which is quite good, a bit expensive It is worth going

Very complete, really one of the best experiences throughout the year. Especially since I am a person who travels a lot and I live staying at this network in the city of Maracay, but here the attention is excellent, the food is excellent, and the room is very complete. Definitely the best hotel of the chain in the country.

Terrible customer service. We are platinum Elite members due to all our yearly stay all over the US and Mexico. The customer service in Venezuela is extremely poor.

I stayed here with my family and we had the best service. I was able to communicate with the staff in English which is a big plus for me, they were very attentive to our needs. I was given free bottled water daily, since I couldn't find any in the city to buy. Safe clean place to stay. Excellent staff !!

It is an expensive otel but it is one of the best hotels in Caracas. There is not that much option. It gives the worth of payment. I wish it could have a garden.
