Experience could have been better w/ r to staff attention wr to service with an extra mile. It sucked to have something on the room service menu for a certain price and then hearing that is 9$ more because of the fork and knife and the room service. Enjoy it while it last. But it's not nice. Just be upfront with your menu cards and update them.

This is an older 1980s luxury hotel but still very nicely kept, all covered in white marble floors and walls. It is quite busy with its many conference rooms and ballrooms. The rooms provide a gorgeous view of the city. The restaurants are of good standard quality and service is the same. It is located near Las Mercedes, but it is not in a walking-friendly area. You must use the hotel cabs to get around.

An amazing hotel in The heart of Caracas! Most sade And comfortable one in the area! Rooms are really big and fantastic also very clean! Staff was really polite and professional! We had an event at the end of 2016 and everything went just perfect! I highly recommended

It is a business trip for me and I am still in the hotel. Unfortunately, the reception clerks are not welcome at all, no smile, no feelings and worse of all no English! For each simple services you have to ASL several time without clear result.

The hotel will be hosting a New Year's eve party. The process to buy the tickets and reserve a room was pretty well organized. Superb staff delivered a superior experience. We will be porting the party experience!

Excellent place for events and spend time with family and friends, perhaps, just a little overpriced.

The public areas are easy to access and well designed. Excellent service and courteous staff. Only reason for not awarding the fifth 🌟 is because I haven't stayed in a guest room so can't rate the quality.

This is by far the best hotel of the country. It's really expensive as you can guess from a 5 star hotel but definitely a lot of style and first world attention you can find here. A good variety of restorants, stores and a beautiful pool. 100% recommended for the ones who can afford it.
