Excellent hotel with great services and friendly & professional staff. The transport from the airport to the hotel is very good & run efficiently. The restaurant is super cool with lots of delicious dishes with great service. The Spa is excellent & impressive.

Changed my room three times and each of them was the same. Bad smell like humidity and poor cleaning. I had to clean the toilet with alcohol wipes by myself to feel confortable to use it.

WhatsApp communication was terrible . Staff at the hotel was excellent and helpful .

Eurobuilding use to be very good. Now it's only a 2 star. The rooms are not clean. Prices are higher than in New York.

It is an excellent option for a quick stay. It has a great location if you are looking for the nearest spot from the airport. There is a free shuttle service. The cost of the room includes dinner or breakfast, you can choose between the two options, if you choose dinner, the menu is very simple. The service at the restaurant Mr grill is so bad and too much, the waitress named aura gave me bad service and answer to my questions impolitely, affourtunadly another guy called oswaldo improved the service a lil bit but it was still slow

Great place to stay if you need to stay near the airport. Have in mind that the political situation in Venezuela it’s complicated so the restaurants could not have some ingredients or dishes that are in the menu. Aside from that, the shuttle service is great, the attention is even better and the rooms are big and comfy. (Actually I think that the bathrooms are the best I’ve seen in a hotel)

This is the closest hotel to the airport. Shuttle service at the departure level every 30 minutes, there are hotel security guards at the exit doors, it's recommended to contact them to ensure you board the next available bus. The hotel staff was friendly and useful. The restaurants had good options but the variety was limited. Breakfast was excellent.

Very spacious room, clean and peaceful. The restaurant has very kind staff, beautiful pizza and tequeños among many options, there is a variety for breakfast. The sushi place is average. Nice atmosphere by the swimming pool with music and you can order food. There is shuttle to the airport every 30 min. Reasonable price/quality.

Excellent Hotel close to the airport with their own shuttle bus that works frequently 24/7. Nice gym and restaurant with bar...pool, business center with computers and Internet. All what one can need for an overnight stay until.next flight.
