We stopped by looking for a place to perform our prayers, as we were informed that this Shopping Centre does have such a facility. And true enough, we were given the key to the Prayer Room, which was well equiped with a wash basin for ablution, and a sizeable prayer area for both the male and female congregations. Alhamdulillah, all praises to Allah... Also, kudos and congratulations to the Management of this Complex for having this forsight and fortitude to cater for the needs and requirements from all walks of lives, including the Muslims patrons..👍👍😊

This is a busy shopping centre. It's set on two floors & I didn't see an empty unit. Some clothing shops, usual chain stores as well as quirky, smaller independent shops. Seems to be thriving. The centre is easy to get to as there is a bus station right outside.

Conveniently located with adequate parking spaces although parking fee is exorbitantly expensive. Great selection of shops. Toilet facilities are clean. Only one elevator.

Very busy in the centre. Lots of people not wearing masks, so felt a little uncomfortable. Again I haven't been been in there in years so it was very busy with all the shops open. I wasn't aware of closed Wc's at first, which can be a sore point for us disabled people, even the food quarter floor disabled WC was permanently locked. Hopefully they will have these issues sorted before my next visit.

Not much to say really, apart from the toilets are foul. I have smelt better alleyways compared to Churchills toilets. The stores are limited and there's nothing much to keep you there, we normally only go through to access the car park.

Good place, clean and good selection of shops. Did witness a few idiots around and maybe a bit more of a security presence could help but we had a good day. The Car park is great and fair price. Will come again.

May be one of the major shopping malls in brighton and hove. You may find everything here as you need. I went there several times and it was possible to spend the whole day. Even the outdoor plaza is amazing.

Sadly not the place it used to be before the pandemic and since the closure of so many stores, starting with Debenhams and many more. Brightly decorated over the winter holidays and the nice sparkling Brighton letters in front of what was the main Debenhams entrance does not make up for it. At least there was great use of the site where Top Shop was, as the COVID vaccination centre when it moved from Brighton Centre.

It's OK. Old fashioned. Easy access toilets closed. Not a real big problem for able bodied, but otherwise for disabled and parents with their children then it's very long hike to other loos near car park entrance. Seems there are many shops for young peeps and families. Not much for me there. I was desperately trying to spend money 💰 🤑 💸 but couldn't find much to buy. Quiz ladies clothing does have some sparkly ✨️ pieces perfect for the up coming party season. And some discounted current stock too.

This sums up Churchill Square. They frankly don't care for their customers. Toilets closed for months. Other toilets vile and a huge queue. Best avoid.

Good selection of your favourite brands in one easy-to-access place. The food court has the usual junk food places. Architecture is uninspiring and basic. Admittedly, it is better than the brutalist 70's look it replaced back in the early 2000's, but still. It could have been a really inspiring place to vist/work/shop.

A few standard shops, but my main focus was the food places on the top floor. Amazing places and makes this shopping centre an overall great day out. Toilets were a little messy and dirty but otherwise overall very good!

Would have given it more stars if it wasn't for the fact that the toilets are always disgusting and the baby change facilities are inadequate, not enough, and usually closed... It is in a good location and can get to the lanes or the seafront/pier in short walking distance. Also has a decent selection of shops.

It's a shopping mall work shops, what more is there to say?! The last time we visited there was a member of security redirecting those wishes to use the men's toilets elsewhere as the ones my partner tried to visit upstairs were out of order. Perhaps a waste of personnel with a better alternative to manage that?

Churchill Square Shopping Center is the heart of shopping in Brighton in East Sussex. You can literally shop for anything here in Churchill, with different fashion brands. Nice atmosphere, seren environment... Anytime you find your way to Brighton, I think it would be lovely if you can pay Churchill square Shopping Center a Vist, and I bet you gonna love it...

Visited few stores for children toys, easily found however the wait for the lift was longer than anticipated. Found more lifts at the back, unfortunately they were not clearly labelled. Looking forward to see what will open in place of the old Debenhams. Well done for toilets refurbishment.

Covid safe with a keep left system, which some people have trouble adhering to. So it is masks on when you enter until you leave. Toilets fine on food court level.

The parking is over priced but there are lots of shops within the shopping centre. We normally leave the car here and go into town during the day as well. There is a car wash within the parking areas but not used them either. Safe option if you want to keep your car safe. There are food trucks outside the main building selling different types of food which is always good and different to the usual McDonald's or burger king.

  • 4/5 Lisa-Marie C. 2 years ago on Google
I like that there's a wide variety of shops to choose from, it's not far from a bus stop to get home with everything if you don't have a car and the toilets are always clean. It would be nice if there was another lift for prams and wheelchairs. When it's busy, there's often a long wait in line and the lift is quite small. I would definitely return.

Parked here. AWFUL car park. If you have anything bigger than a Mini very difficult to park. Huge concrete pillars. Signing inadequate. Literally took 15 minutes to find the exit. There must be better places to park.

I used to love shopping in Brighton but I feel like it's gone down hill a bit over the years whether it's just coz I'm older I don't have the money like I used to, to buy what I want or not but I just feel like the variety of shops is not as good as it used to be. Plus what happened to having a toy shop there is none in the mall.

Absolutely shocking toilet facilities. Disabled toilets locked. Stench of urine and sewage. Long lines for ladies due to 4 broken toilets. No toilet paper. Overflowing sanitary bins. No ventilation. Disgusting. Customer service were rude and didnt care.

Thornton's Chocolates has closed. In my case, a waste of £5 parking as I came especially for that for Valentine's day. The main toilets are closed. There are other toilets which are a long hike and overcrowded. Parking is easy and cheaper than elsewhere but is still expensive. Debenhams have obviously closed - that's a large unoccupied unit now.

  • 4/5 Elliott W. 2 years ago on Google
Good shopping centre, with lots of well-known chain stores and also a good selection of eateries too. Clean and tidy, with a modern design. Good public transport links with many bus services stopping right outside. The toilets, bizarrely, are hidden well out of the way, located some fair distance down a long, bland corridor 😅

  • 4/5 Mark G. 2 years ago on Google
Very good with mid- to upper scale shops IE not one of the poorer ones. Also busy which was nice. Toilets down a bit of a dingy corridor, but were ok. Parking was £8 for just over 4 hours. Parking spaces tight in Orange car park, as big concrete columns every second space. Centrally located and handy for seafront too.

  • 5/5 Reuben M. 2 years ago on Google
One of the happening places in Central Brighton with shopping galore. You got various top class brands under one roof, very clean, multiple exit points, car park space and toilets. Those on a wheelchair can access too as there are wheel chair accessible points. The staff are polite and courteous. Also at the ground floor is a NHS vaccine centre area which is easily accessible by one and all.

  • 5/5 Gilles G. 2 years ago on Google
A+++ Lots of quality shops, very clean, multiple disable wheelchair ♿ toilets 🚻 It's a perfect environment for wheelchair users. It's fast an easy to get outside with multiples exit 👍big parking, buses right outside, taxi and anything you can think of. I recommend you try 😉 Gilles

Amazing place. All the shops inside the Church Hill Square are great. I especially love the Boba tea 🧋stand.

  • 1/5 Ruben van A. 2 years ago on Google
Not a fan of shopping malls in general. And churchill square is yet another soulless example of a concentration of all the big corporate high street shops clustered together in one big complex for those who love exactly that. I only visit if I absolutely must…. Maybe once every 4 years.

  • 4/5 Karina S. 2 years ago on Google
Small but clean and bright mall. A bit small full court so when it’s getting busy you don’t have a chance to find place to sit. Missing big map placed somewhere so you can actually check what is where. Parking is kinda misleading as we stuck in loop trying to find exit which wasn’t really marked proper way. Anyway shopping centre 4/5

  • 3/5 Yvonne B. 2 years ago on Google
One small lift that just takes two buggies. Will just take two scooters at a push. A lot of the shops have already shut or are doing closing down sales Toilets were clean and tidy but in basement with gangs of youths around. They were ok but a bit intimidating.Didnt see any staff or security.

  • 5/5 Jose E. 2 years ago on Google
My go to place to park when going to Brighton. Parking is more reasonably priced compared to other areas and a bit more secured. Major stores on site and only a shirt walk to the beach and the Pier. Photos taken outside of Churchill Square.

  • 3/5 Christopher S. 2 years ago on Google
Some really big shops (including the now defunct Top Shop) make up a very impressive frontage. The Zara outlet is massive. Inside there is a fair selection of smaller units, mainly "multiples." The only real issue is the cost of the integrated car park - and its accessibility once the shopping centre has closed its doors.

  • 4/5 Gabriela Q. 2 years ago on Google
It has brands like H&M and Zara. There are some stores closed (April 2022). In one of the entrances there is a store of vitamins and natural products that have a lot of things. The mall restrooms are dirty and too crowded.

  • 4/5 Miguel P. 1 year ago on Google
Great place to park if you are planing to visit Brighton beach. Plenty of security and good parking spaces. Good places to eat. The only issue are the toilettes with weird places and not many available.

  • 3/5 B T. 1 year ago on Google
Why are we still adding new jewellery stores? There are dozens and it’s such a waste of retail space, especially with the beautiful jewellery shops throughout the laines, why would you bother? This is Brighton - a student/low - medium budget town that responds to creativity and variety, not 8 shops selling virtually the same high end jewellery. Churchill Square could to be far more selective and not just accept any client who can pay the rent.

  • 4/5 Alicia W. 1 year ago on Google
Great selection of stores. A massive Zara and H&M as well as a Lego store and lots of clothes and shoe shops. Food court on top floor with toilet which where ok but had quite large ques. Place seemed pretty clean.

  • 3/5 Lewis K. 1 year ago on Google
Could be more variety in terms of shops. All the brands one would expect but nothing much beyond that. The food court could do with a fresh outlook too. Not much place to sit. And outside upstairs seating should be looked after again. It's not looking good.

  • 4/5 Ona T. 1 year ago on Google
Very clean and customer friendly shopping complex . There are about two public toilets. Lots of shops from clothing, health , beauty, bookstores such a wide variety to cater for all taste. PARKING is very extortionate and make the shopping experience really rushed.

  • 1/5 Bill D. 1 year ago on Google
Depressing little shopping centre that consists of mostly shoe shops and jewellery/watch shops. If you want to know how much pride or respect for customers any kind of establishment has, start with the customer facilities. Absolutely disgusting! Legitimately some of the worst public toilets I've ever used. If I was one of the stores with 10 grand watches in my window, I'd be disgusted with what the Churchill Square owners think is acceptable for my potential customers. It's almost as if they are actively trying to chase them off! Urinals that look worse than a pig trough, that overflows so often there is a permanent urine puddle stain on the floor. Cubicles that look as though they have never been cleaned. A smell so bad I've literally seen people gagging as they enter. Huge queue to get in because there isn't an adequate amount of facilities. There are two locations for toilets within the mall, you will normally only find one open at a time, which contributes to the problem with the large queues, especially for the female toilets. There used to be a stair lift for the toilets that required stairs, but this was removed some time ago, so if you have mobility issues, you will have to walk a maze through the food area first. Clearly whoever runs the place, does not give a toss about the people who shop there. I honestly don't know why the customers accept this treatment. Maybe they've never been to another shopping centre anywhere else and think this is standard, but it's not! It's blatant disrespect!

  • 3/5 Gussy05 1 year ago on Google
Good shopping centre, car park spelled of wee. Only one main lift in the shopping area that seems to decide on its own where it goes half the time and lots of need for it especially those of us with babies. Shops are good. Food selection good. Car park fairly expensive.

Good for tourists or locals on a day out. Whether you're browsing, shopping or feel like grabbing a bite. It has a good assortment of shops and food establishments, which can be found at the top floor. Wheelchair accessible via lift.

  • 2/5 Gary N. 1 year ago on Google
Some nice stores but totally inadequate toilet facilities. Took my young son who was bursting to go and after walking down long connecting corridors that made me wonder if we had gone the right way, was met with a 20 minute queue and very unclean toilets. Had to squeeze in the cubicle with him to clean it up enough for him to use it. No hand dryers working and the wash facilities were awful. Surprised considering the size of the mall that there were only 3/4 cubicles available. Very poor.

Truly recommend it! I am originally from Portugal, where shopping mall experience is carefully designed and curated, and it pretty much felt like being back home on holiday Beautiful shops, good variety of brands, well designed space, bright and airy

A magnificent Temple to consumerism. A vast array of quality shops and stores dedicated to draining everyone's purse, wallet and credit cards and giving to those in need a dose of retail therapy. A wide selection of restaurants catering for all tastes and ages. My wife loved it there and wants to return. But there is a negative side & that is parking. The parking spaces are "neat" & can be a challenge for a family size car. Using the access ramps to the 4th floor I noticed many paint marks where the tight access had caused less skilled drivers to scrape their cars. So beware. The parking charges are moderately high compared to other places. All in all an enjoyable experience.

Good shopping and food facilities however as a tourist, was underwhelmed. The toilets and car park were badly signed for so felt abit lost. The toilets also had the longest queues due to the fact more than half of the cubicles were out of order…. and the staff at chopstix were very cold and rude. Good food though.

Bright spacious and modern mall. Good choice of premium stores. Accessibility is good, both from the street and the multistorey car parks. On our first visit, clearly visible staff (wearing bright pink shirts) gave really good wayfinding advice. Parking is no more expensive than you would expect in the heart of Brighton, surrounded by shops and a short walk from The Lanes.

I loved the place since it's very good for shopping. I noticed shopping bags in everyone's hand. You could find brands like H&M Urban outfitters Primary Berskha Next Sketchers and many others There was a food court also there. We could not go there due to a time shortage. Must go place when you are in Brighton and its near the beach.

It's OK, has gone downhill a bit in recent years as shops have closed due to the pandemic but its doing its best to stay open and has a few decent shops inside.

Decent shopping centre. Biggest shopping malls in brighton and hove. You may find everything here as you need. I went there several times and it was possible to spend the whole day. Even the outdoor plaza is amazing.

What can you say about a shopping mall ? It is a small town shopping mall with 2 floors, it has lifts and esculators between the floors. It has a mixture of the usual types of shops found in shopping malls. It appeared clean and tidy. On the upper level it is linked to the Churchill square car park 2 which i think has around 600 parking spaces

My recent visit to Churchill Square shopping centre in Brighton left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, it's a bustling and convenient place to shop, and the variety of stores is commendable. However, I believe there's room for improvement. Many residents in Brighton are pet owners, and it would be fantastic if the centre could consider allowing dogs, not just guide dogs, into the premises. This would not only make it more inclusive but also enhance the shopping experience for pet owners. Additionally, considering the high number of pet owners in the area, having pet shops or services within the centre would be immensely helpful. It would not only cater to the local community's needs but also contribute to making Churchill Square an even more attractive shopping destination.

The shopping centre was OK but the parking price is an absolute joke - £11 for 3-4 hours. This is just pure greed - most of the people parking are doing so to shop at the centre, the car park should be free to welcome customers, not charge you for the very reason you are there. So much complaining from retail about customers being down, I wonder why that could be? In addition, parking bays are quite small so certainly not ideal if you have a larger car.

Great shopping center where you can get all that you need. And great for getting gifts or some good food or drinks.

Clean with good facilities. Food hall top floor with various choices. Goodnrange of shops but not a large shopping centre compared to other cities. Lift available from car park to all floors. Parking very expensive.
