Nice enough, but just a typical mall. Good choice of shops, but could be a shopping area in any town, a bit sterile and no sense of originality. The surrounding town is far nicer, even better if they got rid of the horrible 1970s plate glass shop fronts.

Quaint average clean shopping centre. Takes me back to the 60s. Some nice niche unique businesses here. Worth seeing such a place before I great will demolish and built block of flats in the near future!

Lovely day out in Shrewsbury, and to top it all, a Steam Punk event on to enjoy

We hadn't visited Shrewsbury for a while and we were disappointed to see how much Pride Hill shopping centre has deteriorated. There are hardly any shops left open. Even New Look had closed and that was a popular shop. Cafe Georgia in the bottom level had also gone and that used to be a busy cafe. Both shopping centres were disappointing in fact. Shrewsbury used to be such a great shopping place, but apart from a lot of small, independent shops, which are lovely but expensive, the town has lost its attraction for us.

Sad to say this shopping mall has about as much life as a graveyard. Our wise council decided to buy it for more than its worth in a retail decline, and is now only destined to house them. There were many pie in the sky ideas floated about, including a - wait for it - cinema!!! Overall the businesses here have either been moved out our have gone under.

Great shopping center. Not so big as some so keeps more of a warm personal atmosphere. Good quality shops and they also have the Danish Flying Tiger bargain shop with a difference formerly known as Tiger as well as H&M and a few others

Not the smoothest of layouts to negotiate around (if your new to the area). Couldn't find a map layout until we were leaving. Not great for those who need assistance and support. However, plenty of variety of shops to visit and we eventually found the specific shop we required. Will most likely visit again.

Ok if a little sad! Too many empty shops. But Shrewsbury is amazing for unusual bespoke shops if you want something special and unusual. It is, also quite picturesque for a lovely day out. The coffee shops and restaurants are varied so if anything the car park here is central and reasonably priced.

It is hard to give objective review on this one as it was closed every time I was in town. However before that it could offer variety of shops to choose from.

The market had a lot of interesting items to offer. I was disappointed with the restaurant black box spices as I had a rather traumatic experience and was incorrectly faulted by a staff member that did not even apologise for that mistake. Order was taken wrong but I do commend the manager who showed sincere concern which I appreciated much. I would not go back there.

I'm biased and don't like this place and went with my better half to hold her hand.it's a hodge podge .up and down escalators with no clear destination and grateful to exit into daylight. She however is quite happy there.

What happened? The pandemic unfortunately. Walked in after they reopened and theres nothing there anymore. HMV has gone, they had barriers stopping you going down to the second and lower floors. Real shame at what this pandemic has done to passing trade

Lovely place with a lovely atmosphere. So many different people expressing their arts in music and dance, attracted a huge crowd and a very supportive one. While I was there I felt relaxed and enjoyed my time.

😐 Good shops. Always use matalan and b&m and Iceland and farm foods. The bowling alley needs refurbishment and the area needs freshening up overall. The space between b&m and the bowling alley needs something putting there or at least made to look nice, it looks a bit derelict at the moment, it would...
