Very beautiful and iconic building to walk around. It is well located and train station is just opposite. Have some nice shops around the building and top floor occupied by TKMaxx and the footbridge is easy access to carpark building nearby. The little cafe (like a pastry place) near the other exit is super nice and serve delicious snacks.

Beautiful historical building. Wished to find more local Harrogate's shops inside the shopping mall with local products, rather than the usual chain shops. One or two are fine, but it is way too much at this moment.

Good place but every year there is less and less shops. Harrogate doesnt need another caffe coz there is plenty (too much i would say) just more shops. Soon we will be walking full of food and coffees but naked 🤷🏻‍♀️

Quite liked it here. You can cross over a bridge from the top floor to get to the train station. Few different shops spread over the levels with a big TKMaxx on the top floor. Bit warm! Nice centre.

A nice arcade but lots of steps / lifts / escalators making disabled access not much fun. Today the main lift was out of order and I had to get help to find a customer lift hidden at the back of HMV. It would be much better if the Post Office was on the ground floor.

Nice little shopping centre in the middle of a very pleasant city. Great architecture and surrounded by a superb shopping district

Was disappointed with this centre as quite a lot of shops have closed down, but I suppose it's the same in every town. The shops that are there are all sort of high end and not in our price range.

Waste of money building this! We should have more food shops in town. Whitby has Food Warehouse with Iceland, it's a brilliant shop, just what Harrogate needs!

Does not open until 9am now!! Very inconvenient for early morning shoppers particularly those on way to work. Can no longer pop into Poundland or TKMaxx to buy things before work. Not doing their retailers any favours either. Very poor decision by the owners of this centre and it should be reversed. . It needs all the customers it can get!!

Great place you can get some good bargains, just like the other kind Markets around England, its one of our countries well loved Markets for some retail pleasure.

It looks alright I didn't get chance to go in there because I was too busy walking all over admiring the scenery

Its alright. Quite an outdating shopping centre with nothing of real note. Its serves its purpose but isnt anything special.

Not too bad. Got a couple of bargains in Tkmax. Shame it hasn't got a wider selection of shops - some units empty.

Well traveled. Downtown location. Easy to find. Lovely items at TK, one of my favorite places to go to. Always full of surprises and reasonably priced.

On visiting only worth a day there few shops. People say how lovely it is which bit.?.Houses made of locally sourced stone which looks lovely I was expecting more I guess.

Small shopping centre,the TKMaxx is a good size and has a great selection of clothing, footwear,bags and home ware.

Depressing as shops close down. A couple stores eg TK Max, Smiths are fine but like rest of Harrogate, no real shops.

Not been to Harrogate for a few years,and was pleasantly surprised by this new shopping centre.

Good wheelchair access considering I'm in a bariatric wheelchair the lifts have plenty of room inside them apart from the little lift in W H Smiths only has room for the wheelchair would fit in my carer had to meet me at the top of the stairs the stairs

Such a brilliant place to visit wide corridors plenty of shops to visit and services provided.

Some big stores in here and good to get out of the weather in winter.

Has three of my kids fav shops : hmv , toy shop and WHSmiths … and a Gregs just outside … what’s not to like … ooh and a TKMax on the top

Great shopping area and good choice of shops. Different places to eat.

Easy accessible car parking (and not too expensive)and loads of shops and cafés and restaurants. Most shopping areas are pedestrianised. Kept clean and tidy too.

Could do with a few more shops and a good cafe in there.

Clean, friendly staff, there were not many shops inside the centre, some of wish has closed down but it’s great there were shops outside! Overall good experience!

Fantastic architecture, just like most of Harrogate. Abundant shopping opportunities with large variety of products.

It’ is very beautiful here,with the amazing shops and staff aswell and there is also a figure and film or game shop here,overall I totally recommend going as there is much stuff to have fun with here

No toilets apart from Car park which aren’t nice ones , not many shops , shops constantly closing and changing .

This place ...honestly has ups and downs ...allot of shops shut would do well to open space up for creative purposes.

Clean and tidy. North Yorkshire is much cleaner than West, isn't it? Nice surround with everything you could need close together.

Haven't been here for years. Really surprised to see that there's a few empty shops and not a great choice when travelling up to Upper floors. Hope it gets some good shops back in there, the low end pound shops filling up the space may be better than more empty shops but sadly would be nice to see it thriving again with fashionable shops.

It's a while since I visited Victoria shopping centre. I was pleasantly surprised glad to see a few less empty shops and the place was clean and inviting. Pity the rest of Harrogate isn't doing the same.

Don't bring your baby here if you are on maternity leave, as there is nowhere to breastfeed or change your child. No baby change- but room for a large, free ping pong room. No seats to sit on, they used to have a bench but replaced it with a super useful sign promoting Harrogate. The cafe downstairs used to have a toilet but it's perpetually out of order. Caffe Nero around the corner did too, but since we are somehow running short of the lovely Eastern European staff who used to man the place, it often closes at 1pm. Or simply doesn't open. Next has a toilet but no baby change. I reccomend using the massage chairs when caught in an emergency.

Quite a few good shops to chose from. Lot's of space and felt light and airy

This is a lovely place to visit it has quite a few shops on the inside and all so on the outside of the building.

If you are in Harrogate it is like a little mall. Has some good stores including TK Maxx

Great old victorian building converted into modern shopping mall. More local councils should do this rather than build out of town retail parks.

Busy place today as the Xmas market is on but really nice place very clean and helpful staff in all outlets.

Not a very large shopping mall, but compact and a reasonable choice of options.

Not just the Shopping Centre but the whole area covering so much for the travellers and the shoppers. Should have visited many years ago.

Parking was easy and very clean. Some interesting stores. Will go back soon.

Wasn't. Sure where to get lift to.upper floor as my husband is in a wheelchair. A lady employee helped she was very nice.
