Good place to eat, it has mcd, pret and various food outlets, JD is on the 2nd floor. No toilets in the mall. Easy connectivity to bond street station.

I was in your centre today supporting a man with special needs and I ( we) need to thank Youseff ( a member of your security team) who could not have been more helpful or supportive when he realised we were in very urgent need of a toilet facility. He took control of the situation and guided us to an appropriate location where he ensured that we were okay. Which we very much were, due primarily to his positive responce to our predicament. Thank you on so many levels Youseff, regards Simon

really disappointing that a centre renting so many units to food and drink service doesnt provide a single public toilet. the security guard suggested we go to selfridges...why should they have to make up for the lack of service here?!

Popped in here after travelling to Bond Street station. Bought Oat Chocolate in Scribbler. Mcdonalds was very small, seating was downstairs but very limited. The whole place looked clean and tidy and was nice and warm.

Not worth £4.99 a child but my 2 daughters (4&6) said it was there favourite soft play so I suppose it is worth the money. It’s really small and just a bit old and fatty. I’m not a fan but they are so would visit again.

I have visited Disney for toys . And I am glad to see the collection. It's very unique and admirable. Children gonna love this and would definitely be demanding . So be ready for extra pounds of expenses ...inshort it's good to visit for kids as it's full of their favourite character toys..

This is one of the biggest shopping centres in Europe and it doesn’t disappoint. Vast range of shops and an amazing choice of food in their multiple food courts. Best time to visit is a Sunday late morning when it’s quite quiet.

Such a lovely little gem! I have fund the perfect spot for cakes and macarons - Heriots patisserie!!!I was surprised to see they had such a variety of flavours and they all tasted delicious! I have bought 2 boxes as a gift and they arrived perfectly fine.

If you want to work in a place full of micro aggressions and toxic masculinity, this is the place to be! Anton Essel and Daniel Williams-Ajayi have made it impossible for women to work within this “corporate” office. An Asian woman was just pushed out of this position. I’m glad I stood my ground and will continue to spread my experience with this place on glassdoors, LinkedIn, etc. I was employed as a receptionist and then given a different role within a company with no direction. I was also never told in advance about the redevelopment plans which means there was no long term plan for me anyway. Women, avoid!

Not the most convenient shopping area. It get's quite busy because it's basically the entrance of the Bond Street station. Not a wide selection of stores but probably not many people are there for the shopping experience alone, but might be an okay-ish place to grab a bite or quickly pick up something on the go. There's no restrooms, I missed that. Good services at M&S Food, McDonald's and Starbucks.

Convenient stores right at the entrance of Bond Street station. There're eateries, a huge sports shop and other shops. The place is currently under renovation. It's not a very comfortable shopping area at present and hope they do a good job cause this is a place with lots of potential.

Nice shopping area, I remember one old sweet kiosk called Cranberry there were two horrid ladies who were foreign,They were rude and tryed to short change me when i gave them a 20 pound note.I have more academic qualifications to my name than them.Very simple and nasty women, ill mannered is the word. They were a complete waste of money, rude and and unprofesdional is the word at Bond street station, they need to employ better people no sick mentally, ill and mannered people ,my experience was spoilt by their sick manner.

I visited The West One shopping centre when working up in London. It can be found right on the exit of Bond Street tube station.. on Oxford street. There are numerous food outlets here such as McDonald's and Pret a Mange as well in independent stores. There's a Boots and other outlets. I visited about 7pm so there were a lot people about. Its a good place to get a quick bite to eat

Not a bad little mall. The advantage of location being within Bond Street underground station is convenience. Makes for a good stop before / after travelling to pick something up or grab a coffee. There's a decent selection of shops for its size. I'm not sure that anyone local to the area would specifically go there to shop or browse. It's good to see the renovations over the years has vastly improved the mall.

Blasting out loud classical music early in the morning and various other genres which makes me wonder whose Spotify can be this distasteful.

I like this mall even just to walk through and see item options and prices. It is clean toilets, bench, and all kinds of shops I can spend the day there. Tesco, Clark, pharmacy , coffee shops all in one place. Enjoyable place

Very busy thoroughfare, as it's in-between bond Street and Oxford Street and is on the Victoria and Central line so it's very busy as most people to through here to get on our of the tube. In terms of doors I would explore outside given the sheet busy Ness of the store

Needs improving, the escalator is always broken, the downstairs just looks miserable since they've closed some of the shops, it just has no soul, needs some other cafe other than pret or Starbucks.
