Diabolical parking system. Discrimination against disabled customers. My MiL is a wheelchair user and there are insufficient bays in this carpark my FiL has to drop her off in car park outside m and s as there were no spaces. He then paid for an hours parking even though he had not parked and left. Landed with a £100 parking charge by the scam company that operates from this location despite paying the ludicrously high charge for parking even though there was no space. This car Park used to allow 20 mins free. Total rip off. Customer services on site apologetic about their scam company but done nothing to help.

There is nothing more sad than a Town center Stores all closed and devoid of shoppers. They are the 'lifeblood' of a town..they are the spirit of a town The Center is a meeting place for Adults and kids alike..all eager to spend...eat and meet, relax, compare purchases and yes occasionally argue...but Today..like many others, our center is closed, and those people who are around are mostly on their way home, with ' necessary purchases'... Our center is crying out for normalcy to return...

Parking is literally fraud. I stayed 1:20 and got charge for 3 hours parking. They are defrauding customers with parking.

If you want to put some plants in your garden then get down to Poundland. Various bulbs, rose bushes plus lots of other plants. I won't tell you the price!! But fantastic value. 🤓

Great place to go for shopping, all the top brands JD sports peacocks, Greggs River Island, M&S and 02. all the high street brands & the odd bargain. Good for a browse anyways. 😁 Get yourself down here, recommended.

This is a great shopping centre in Halifax town centre. There are lots of shops with a wide variety for everyone to shop, depending on what you want or need. There is also plenty of space for parking your car whether is be in the multistorey car park or on street parking if there is space. This shopping centre is also within a short walk from the bus or train station and also close to the cinema, local eateries and the like. Enjoy a day out in Halifax :-)

This is about car parking. The recent change, to 'Your Parking Space' works well, only if you park & pay. Don't bother pre-paying (booking) as the Woolshops staff are unable/unwilling to 'validate tour YPS booking' in order to allow you to exit. It seems that the Woolshops Customer Service staff (I saw 2 different ones) are refusing to help their customers by not engaging with the new system. Also, because there are now no physical barriers, no count is apparently made of numbers of available spaces, so you have no idea if you will find a space, even if you have pre-booked, as I did. I ended up paying again, in order to have hassle-free exit, the alternative being, as told to me by one of the Woolshops staff, "Just drive out and risk getting a parking summons".

It's a great place to park but I think there should be a paying machine on the other entrance/exit of the carpark (next to peice hall) so then people don't have to walk all the way around just to get to their cars.

Only one paynent machine working this evening, which wouldn't accept card payment only coins! The app didnt work, the office was closed appalling service and very expensive.

Not a good place to park if you're disabled. There's are lots of disabled bays but it isn't monitored so the majority of these spaces are used by non blue badge holders. If you are lucky enough to park here, it's handy to have most of the good shops in the same area

The parking is a scam! I went in and after seeing the new pay by app arrangements decided not to stay but was charged £2 without even parking.

Great area. Better when all the stores can open up again

A series of outdoor streets leading to a variety of shops, I liked the way all of the external signs were the same design but with subtle differences to the sheep illustration. It was clean and well kept and had a segregated one way system in place due to the current situation and the benches were marked with stickers to try and keep people apart. Otherwise nothing too exciting.

Shops seem to be closing down regularly, but halifax isn't a massive shopping destination anyways so what do you expect. Not too bad, has some basics.

Small, smart shopping area with a variety of chain stores

😠 I parked here for less than 20 minutes at night when all the shops were closed, and they fined me 100£ for that! Greedy owners , will never step foot again in this place

👍👍 Lovely to be able to eat in at the café again. Lots of great home cooking, friendly helpful staff as usual and the décor is really nice and spick and span. Sat outside on the deck today, nice shaded spot.
