Apart
from
the
lack
of
'services'
such
as
banks
and
a
chemists,
this
place
seems
to
be
almost
everything
a
'highstreet'
should
aspire
to
be.
It
really
is
a
lovely
place.
There's
ample
parking
and
routes
in
&
out
are
always
fast
moving,
even
at
busy
times
It's
nice
&
clean,
there
are
plenty
of
well
maintained
loos,
for
ladies,
gents,
disabled,
baby-changing
and
'family'
(with
side
by
side
toilets
🤣).
There's
a
great
selection
of
the
usual
OOT
'outlet'
shops
offering
all
kinds
of
clothing
(Next,
M&S,
Levi's,
Cotton
Traders,
to
suit
/
formal
wear
specialists),
footwear
(Clarks,
Pavers,
and
Soletraders
who
offer
broad
ranges
from
all
manner
of
brands),
sportswear
(Adidas,
New
Balance,
Reebok,
Sports
Direct)
'outdoors'
wear
(Mountain
Warehouse,
Trespass,
Craghoppers
/
Regatta),
bedding
and
soft
furnishings,
cookware
(I
spotted
the
Denby
store
today)
cutlery
&
chefs'
knives,
jewellers,
beds
&
mattresses,
furniture
&
ornaments,
chocolate
and
sweets
(there's
a
Cadbury's
AND
a
Lindt
shop
!!!
),
fragrance
/
cosmetics
places
(Body
Shop,
Fragrance
Company,
etc.)
and
almost
everything
inbetween
these
kinds
of
shops,
from
a
chip
shop
to
a
couple
of
big
name
fast
food
chains,
to
Millie's
cookie
store/stall,
and
various
cafés
&
coffee
shops.
There
are
even
a
couple
of
'gift
shops'
for
gifty
trinket
kind
of
things,
at
least
one
big
name
greeting
cards
shop,
and
a
branch
of
'The
Works'
for
all
manner
of
discount
books,
art
&
craft
materials,
fidget
&
'popper'
toys.
What
more
could
you
want
