Good selection of high street shops. I really enjoy my shopping there. Bare in mind that these are outlets hence not all discounts are available.

Clean & well laid out. Great shops. More relaxed shopping now & no arrows to separate shoppers. Almost back to pre covid normality. Nice to see the park busy & people shopping. Went to the Tempur shop & got great advice off a lady there & a Tempur brochure. First class service & advice. Still excellent & clean

Good choice of shops especially for outdoor wear. Nicely laid out and mostly undercover. Although it can be a bit of a wind tunnel at times. Good choice of coffee shops ,not much in the way of restaurants though if you are looking for something more substantial to eat. Worth a visit for 2 or 3 hours.

As a shopping centre, Dalton Park certainly has plenty to offer, however other than a huge family pub, The Dancing Betty, there's very little there you won't find in every town centre. Parking seems plentiful, and there's pretty much everything there you'd need for a day out of sorts.

Spacious, open but shaded, and a relaxing atmosphere. Got a good range of shops and a beautiful place to walk around and chill for the day. Addition of a movie theatre and a decent collection of food options make it worth the visit. There are a few walking routes besides the shopping; climbing up the hill and taking in the beauty that is nature is definitely an add-on point.

Nice vibe about the place, quite busy, too much to look at and great quality items. The beauty of it is you can park up and just meander through the mall.... no hassle, there's a few more places where you can get a bite to eat and drink. Would recommend with the proviso that you avoid home time traffic, getting on to the A19 North or South is a chore!!!

The range if shops is always changing but this keeps it interesting. Great Mark's n Sparks outlet, Molton Brown, Body Shop, Sketchers etc. Its much better now with more places to eat, a pub and cinema. Wrap up warm and you'll be fine.

Great experience! Now that they’re dog friendly we took our puppy there, he loved walking around the shops with us. The place is kept very clean and the cleaning team were quite regularly cleaning all of the “hotspots” for dogs to wee!

Great size and shops. Wrap up on a windy day! (It is near the coast) Lite lunch options or fast food. Cinema if needed. Big supermarket and a fuel station added in recent years

Always freezing like a wind tunnel. Used to be the place to go, for variety of shops, and occasional market atmosphere. A bit over priced, traffic chaos when busy. Is quite good for entertainment purposes.

  • 5/5 Helen b. 2 months ago on Google • 11 reviews New
Fabulous shopping complex. Plenty of coffee shops. Shame it didn't have full roof coverage as it blows a cold wind even during the summer months. Has Public toilets . Gets extremely busy on bank Holidays. Would avoid as the traffic queue is horrendous and backs up on the nearby A19. You will be sitting a very long time waiting to get into the car parking area.

Not happy at all so many people about and 80% not wearing face masks, surely security at outlet should sort this problem out. This is usually a great place to shop.

A shopping outlet that I frequently use. There are coffee shooed, places to eat, clothes stores along with an array of different shops to keep you busy. That added with the new cinema, pizza express and drive through fast food chains it really does have everything.

Dalton Park is a great place to visit with a variety of places to shop at discount prices. There are also a great selection of places to eat. Dalton Park is mostly covered, but still open to the elements so wrap up warm if you are visiting outside of spring/summer. There is also a Morrisons supermarket and a Cineworld cinema, so you can make a day of it. Overall I would recommend you give Dalton Park a visit.

  • 5/5 Femi A. 2 years ago on Google

  • 4/5 Stewart W. 2 years ago on Google
I’m an infrequent visitor always going for a purpose, rather than visiting the centre as a destination. I used to go to Gap, I’ve been for Pizza Express too. Latest visit was for the Levi’s shop. Got some new jeans (three pairs) and a hoodie. Service in the shop was lovely. The shopping centre itself looked clean and tidy.

  • 5/5 Ovi C. 2 years ago on Google
My favourite park shop to buy sports and outdoors clothing, plenty car spaces for free and there is a cinema, Mcdonald, KFC, and small cafe shops!

  • 4/5 john b. 2 years ago on Google
Good shopping centre a too few empty units and drafty. But always clean and safe. Difficult to get into at busy times.

  • 4/5 Jeffrey R. 2 years ago on Google
Been a while since I was last here . Nice to see that they've added a pub that serves food. A morrisons supermarket and petrol station and a cineworld . As always parking was easy always plenty of spaces . Nice to shop somewhere where most of the units are still occupied and trading. All in all Nice couple of hours spent .

  • 4/5 Jandhyala Kadambari D. 2 years ago on Google
Needs more shops. Quite and spacious. Good for shops but would be better if there are few more clothing options so that people can have a good chance for shopping around. Or a couple of cafes can help.

  • 5/5 Ian S. 2 years ago on Google
Apart from the lack of 'services' such as banks and a chemists, this place seems to be almost everything a 'highstreet' should aspire to be. It really is a lovely place. There's ample parking and routes in & out are always fast moving, even at busy times It's nice & clean, there are plenty of well maintained loos, for ladies, gents, disabled, baby-changing and 'family' (with side by side toilets 🤣). There's a great selection of the usual OOT 'outlet' shops offering all kinds of clothing (Next, M&S, Levi's, Cotton Traders, to suit / formal wear specialists), footwear (Clarks, Pavers, and Soletraders who offer broad ranges from all manner of brands), sportswear (Adidas, New Balance, Reebok, Sports Direct) 'outdoors' wear (Mountain Warehouse, Trespass, Craghoppers / Regatta), bedding and soft furnishings, cookware (I spotted the Denby store today) cutlery & chefs' knives, jewellers, beds & mattresses, furniture & ornaments, chocolate and sweets (there's a Cadbury's AND a Lindt shop !!! ), fragrance / cosmetics places (Body Shop, Fragrance Company, etc.) and almost everything inbetween these kinds of shops, from a chip shop to a couple of big name fast food chains, to Millie's cookie store/stall, and various cafés & coffee shops. There are even a couple of 'gift shops' for gifty trinket kind of things, at least one big name greeting cards shop, and a branch of 'The Works' for all manner of discount books, art & craft materials, fidget & 'popper' toys. What more could you want ‽

Dalton Park has a good vibe to it, especially when the sun shines. It almost feels a little like a touristy area abroad, people are not rushing around. It's great to just slowly meander your way round and enjoy the whole experience. The shop staff are to my experience all most helpful, cheery and willing to go the extra mile.

  • 4/5 Stanley G. 1 year ago on Google
Very windy even on a calm day. Car park is getting too full now that they have built on the car park. Most of the units are still shops. Just off a19 so easy to get to.

  • 5/5 Hobo F. 1 year ago on Google
Great place for shopping with lots of great stores. The outdoor areas have covering over so you keep nice and dry. Lots of seating and also places for refreshments. Also a big plus lovely and clean toilets.

  • 3/5 John R. 1 year ago on Google
Went here to get a suit. Got a suit and some nice polo shirts. But it is a retail park, it was expected. The cafe we stopped at for a quick break wasn't the best. Dirty table, that they didn't clean up when the brought out drinks.

Been to Dalton Park many times to visit big range of shops and places to eat. First visit to cinema today, was very impressed, lovely comfy seats, clean and cool, very pleasant staff. Will definitely go again. Lots of free parking too.

  • 4/5 Hannah A. 1 year ago on Google
Decent shopping outlet! Has a play area for the kids and public toilets along with places you can go for food! There's a Morrison's across the car park as well which is handy should you need some shopping before heading home! My favourite has to be the cadbury store!

  • 4/5 BARRY D. 1 year ago on Google
An unusual out of town retail centre, that tries to mimic a high street. Mainly fashion outlets catering to differing budgets. If you're after an outfit for an occasion or some decent shoes it's worth a visit. The usual coffee shops and a very nice cafe too. Plenty of parking although the road gets busy at weekends, but not awful. For a middle aged bloke with no real affection for shopping, I like it. Particular favourite is the Ben Sherman shop.

  • 5/5 Adrian W. 1 year ago on Google
Amazing place! Easy parking access and plenty of different shops available as well as cafés. Lots of people with lots of shopping bags so it can’t be that bad! Not recommended on a cold 🥶 and windy day though! 😂(It means you would spend more time inside the shops right?!)

  • 5/5 Family A. 1 year ago on Google
A very decent retail park to go to. There is a variety of shops to cater for everyone as well as several places to go for food. A really good place was Levi's and getting a pair of jeans for £35 which I thought was exceptionally good. If you do go in the winter, take a coat as even though it has a cover over to keep rain out, it can get very cold walking around with the wind

  • 4/5 Iena P. 1 year ago on Google
Visited on a Friday, beginning of the afternoon. Not to busy, enough parking spaces. This was my first time. Worth going if you looking for some of the brands. I'll remember the Sketcher's store when looking for new ones.

  • 5/5 Richie 11 months ago on Google
Dolton Park is a lovely modern shopping centre! It has continued to improve over the years. It’s especially nice going there in the summer months. It’s unfortunate the restaurants near the cinemas have closed for now. I also remember reading a couple of years ago that a hotel was possibly going to be built there, but this has not happened, which is a shame. Overall it’s a very pleasant place with plenty of shops to choose from.

  • 5/5 Lesley N. 1 year ago on Google
Went to Skopes for my son and his best man’s wedding suit. The lovely blond lady who helped us was amazing. We left all sorted and his groomsmen will be going for their suits as well. Service, quality and prices were excellent. Thank you.

Hadn't been since pre-covid. Several changes in positioning of shops. The seats for shoppers to sit on are a big improvement on previous type.

  • 4/5 Keith M. 11 months ago on Google
It's not bad but the Cinema needs to be reopened . The parking is free and some great outlet shops, with plenty of buses to & from Dalton Park. The exit when leaving though needs care as there are 2 lanes and should be marked like when approached from the A19,with the left lane NOT just for Murton but to exit towards Seaham,as many cars use the right thinking it's just for Murton

  • 3/5 Ron dela c. 10 months ago on Google
Large parking area and its free. There are a lot of outlet store here good for shopping discount and quality goods and apparel. Most staff are friendly, Adidas and new balance working the floor doesnt look like theyre happy serving minority groups here.

  • 4/5 Eileen H. 9 months ago on Google
Nice place but not many food outlets and prices more than one would expect at an 'outlet'

  • 3/5 Darren S. 8 months ago on Google
Dalton Park is always somewhere that the Mrs makes me go to when we are anywhere near, fairly standard shopping experience plenty of food and coffee places and though not a discount retail site there are often fairly good reductions in some places if you are prepared to hunt. The parking is free and plentiful and access to facilities is easy, those of which are clean and tidy, standard day out!

  • 5/5 Linda D. 8 months ago on Google
Great variety of shops. Lovely clean centre. Easy to park plenty of spaces even though it was school hols. Easy to get to just off the A19. Roof made up with sails to stop some of the rain and screen out the brightness of the sun. Only comment is not enough eateries had large queues everywhere for drinks and food even though it was fairly quiet

  • 5/5 Paula g. 8 months ago on Google

Dalton Park provided an enjoyable shopping experience, with a good array of outlets catering to a wide range of tastes. While it would benefit from a few more specialty shops, it's already a haven for bargain hunters. The layout is user-friendly and the environment is pleasant. It's well worth a visit for anyone seeking good value on quality items!
